The Honorable John Boehner Speaker United States House of Representatives Washington, D.C. 20515
The Honorable Nancy Pelosi Minority Leader United States House of Representatives Washington, D.C. 20515
RE: Support for Immigration Reform
Dear Speaker Boehner and Minority Leader Pelosi:
We, the undersigned chief human resource officers of major corporations doing business in the United States, are writing to urge the House to enact legislation to fix the broken immigration system and work with the Senate to ensure that a bill is signed by the President this year.  We believe this would be a long overdue step toward aligning our nation’s immigration policies with its workforce needs at all skill levels to ensure U.S. global competitiveness, and we are hopeful that the House will address these needs.  The Senate bill is not a perfect measure and many of us hope to work with the House to enact more favorable provisions in certain areas.
Two years ago, the HR Policy Association, which represents the most senior human resource executives at the largest companies in the United States—and of which we are all members— issued a Blueprint for Jobs in the 21st Century, which provided a number of recommendations for restoring growth and competitiveness in the U.S.  Among these was a recommendation that immigration reform “address the reality that there is a global war for talent and that countries are competing to attract and retain the human capital essential to a culture of productivity and innovation.”  The report contained a number of recommendations aimed at attracting and retaining immigrants with strong science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) skills.  The Senate bill includes strong provisions along the lines of our recommendations, and we would encourage the House to adopt a similar approach.
Even with the economy still recovering, many of our companies continue to have difficulty finding sufficient American workers to fill certain lesser-skilled positions.  Thus, in addition to addressing the need for more highly skilled immigrants, we strongly support efforts to bolster the availability of a workforce at all skills levels, through a separate visa program as well as by creating a path to legal status for those already here.  Finally, we urge you to improve the E- Verify system so employers can rely on its results without fear of legal liability and to preserve federal preemption to ensure uniform application of the enforcement rules across the country.

The economic benefits of broad immigration reform were recently underscored by the Congressional Budget Office cost estimate regarding the Senate bill.  In addition to finding that the bill would reduce the federal deficit by about $197 billion over the next decade, it also estimates the bill would increase real GDP (adjusted for inflation) by 3.3 percent by 2023 and 5.4 percent by 2033.  Clearly, the positive human resource impact of the bill plays a key role in these estimates, as CBO projects that the bill would increase the U.S. population by about 10.4 million new residents by 2023 and 16.2 million by 2033, with the U.S. labor force growing by about six million workers (3.5%) by 2023 and about nine million (5%) by 2033.
Our global competitors understand that attracting top talent from around the world is vital to a country’s economic success, and many already have rewritten their immigration policies accordingly.  We urge Congress not to miss this opportunity to level the playing field for U.S. employers.  We can’t afford to wait.
Sincerely,

Shut the government down, Yes, you can kick out Senator Pat Toomey and all you have to do is look at Colorado state Sen. Angela Giron because she was kicked out of office by the voters. Senator Pat Toomey and Senator Bob Casey (Socialist) need to be removed from office. One is a nut case and the other one is lost in the maze of fame and fortune as a new Senator.

Yes, you can kick out Senator Pat Toomey and all you have to do is look at Colorado state Sen. Angela Giron because she was kicked out of office by the voters.  Senator Pat Toomey and Senator Bob Casey (Socialist) need to be removed from office.  One is a nut case and the other one is lost in the maze of fame and fortune as a new Senator.

Patriot News Update Senator Pat Toomey One of the disillusioning facts about Senator Pat Toomey Pennsylvania is that he likes his picture in the newspapers but won't take a stand against Barack Hussein Obama and his Marxist Socialist agenda. Washington is that Congress can vote on something and that vote won’t mean a thing.

One of the disillusioning facts about Senator Pat Toomey Pennsylvania is that he likes his picture in the newspapers but won't take a stand against Barack Hussein Obama and his Marxist Socialist agenda.  Washington is that Congress can vote on something and that vote won’t mean a thing.

The United States and its original Constitution is under direct threat and attack from President Obama, Holder, Kerry, Hillary Clinton, Soros, Biden and thousands of other socialist left wing radicals which now includes thousands of Czars on the taxpayer payroll.  Senator Pat Toomey Republican RINO has taken no firm public stand on any issues.

You will lose your job thanks to Senator Pat Toomey Pennsylvania RINO, suffer under ObamaCare socialist health care, stand next to released prisoners at the voting booth, watch over your shoulder looking for the black panther stick about to strike, pay more and more taxes to fund the destruction of America.

It would seem that a congressional vote should be a meaningful occasion but Senator Pat Toomey and Senator Bob Casey are really the same as your Members are not weighing the costs and benefits of voting for the particular measure at hand they are just always running for office and collecting money.

Unfortunately, political gamesmanship offered up by Senator Pat Toomey and Senator Bob Casey  often leads them to create voting opportunities that have no real impact, but will allow them to tell constituents, “I voted for this” or “I voted against that.”

Defund Obamacare Act of 2013:Pa Senator Pat Toomey Pennsylvania Pa Senator Bob Casey Pennsylvania DEFUND OBAMACARE Tea Party Pennsylvania DEMANDS OBAMACARE defunding today

“I have supported and will continue to support efforts to repeal, delay, defund, and block this unaffordable and invasive law. Obamacare will not only make health care less affordable but will reduce the quality of health care and patient choice, increase unemployment, and surge the nation’s debt. The Defund Obamacare Act is the latest effort to protect American families from this unwise government takeover.”

BACKGROUND:

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) introduced the Defund Obamacare Act of 2013. The bill would deny Obamacare federal funding for any implementation or enforcement activities, end any entitlements or benefits already put in place by Obamacare, and rescind any unspent dollars that have already been appropriated.

To assure that the unemployed, underemployed, colored people, illegal aliens and fellow union members can receive free food at McDonalds the Obama government imposes restrictions on working and retired people today. The AARP representing the older welfare class objected for only moments as Homeland Security officials quickly told them they didn't want any problems with the "aged class" during this very special day of food, fun and prosperity for coloreds and other needy minority groups.

“What the Doctor Can’t Order—You Can,” President Barack Obama and McDonalds is giving away a free hamburger and a small order or French fries today in support of the millions of Americans stuck on unemployment.  "You might find McDonalds absurd in many things but free hamburgers and fries cannot be all bad" stated President Obama.
"Those bastards don't pay well but damn they make a good hamburger and keep some of the coloreds working and the poor white trash off park benches" Hillary Rodham Clinton was overhead to say talking to Oprah over her cell phone.
McDonalds announced this dramatic give away in appreciation of all the American citizens that are continuing the struggle with unemployment and the weak economy. "People don't hire the Negro in big numbers so we're going to help feed them"   the first sign stated that went up early this morning.  Reverend Jesse Jackson Senior will be one of the first in line as he received a special McTation by email last week from McDonalds and sponsored by CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC which allows the reverend Jackson to receive more free food than the average colored man expected to show up today. Reverend Jackson was pleased with the McTation as he can also order food for his jailed son Jesse Jackson Junior which became another convicted colored felon recently.
McDonalds expects this to arouse the unemployed person off the couch and enjoy their fantastic McDonalds burger and fries for free.  The National Health Services and  Obama Care administrators have promised not to enforce medical services laws that have outlawed the cheap burgers which has met with strong resistance by union members belonging to SEIU and the AFL-CIO and its leadership.
McDonalds has been subject to great criticism over the last few years for offering minimum wage jobs and little true opportunity of advancement to under-educated and under-achieving workers across the United States. McDonalds plans to give away millions of dollar hamburgers and small fries free of charge to any person that walks into one of the many thousands of McDonalds restaurants today. We're loving it and in general terms support McDonalds and their efforts to feed the colored populations of urban centers.  This is not the unrestricted giveaway like Obama Care because "only domestic animals can be fed" stated the leaked memo as Obama Care, SNAP food stamps, section eight housing and free cell phones offered by Obama is free to illegal aliens, terrorists and colored citizens.
McDonalds, Wal-mart, Wendy's, Burger King and the Obama administration may include free haircutting services, free veterinary services for small animals owned by poor people that cannot afford to feed them and other services. Other big market players might jump in and offer free repair services for the free government computers and free cell phone covers for the free government cell phones.  The long ago ACORN group surfaced just a little today to praise the president and ducked back undercover as they seem very shy of cameras and reporters.
The logical implication is that the roads will be full today as colored people, terrorists and union members are expected to flood the McDonalds near you.  Other interest groups like the Muslim Brotherhood shows some distaste in regards to the McDonalds offer due to no McTation received at their world headquarters in Saudi Arabia.  Syrian officials stated that their McTation was hand delivered by Secretary of State John Kerry and they were promised all the Heinz catsup they wanted.
The federal reserve has warned McDonalds that offering free food to poor people may increase the demand and expectations for daily meals from welfare families.  Further, Obama spokesperson stated that the McDonalds increase in the supply of cheap fries and burgers may cause bread (bun) shortages in the free market.
The bakers have promised to honor their obligations to McDonalds and recalled their laid off bakers to increase their product output.  Former President William Bill Clinton and Hillary Rodham Clinton have made untold statements concerning the big McDonalds giveaway but they didn't want to be quoted due to the high number of colored people expected.
Mr. Obama, does want fries.
We're lovin it.

In other good news the Syrian War has been avoided thanks to a McMiracle and the old Soviet Union (Russia) coming to the aid of Obama and the Syrian dictator. The Syrians have promised not to gas and kill any more citizens which was great news for the Obama administration.  Rumor has it that major U.S. based companies have also informed the White House that they will try and sneak better products into Syria to help during the civil war.  Syrian citizens have long complained about no services from Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonalds, Burger King and have suffered long enough without Sears and K-Mart within their borders.  The NAACP declared Syrian dictator as a "friend of color" and they pledged to help the colored dictator learn how to control the media and get what they want.

Syrian War News 'CNN ABC CBS NBC FOX Syria Strikes First U.S. Army Troops Stranded On Beach Jet Bombers Remove the American Threat

Army Colonel Andrew Ledger was ready to meet the enemy head on and it didn't  matter what direction they came from.  The other fighting men that followed the Colonel into battle parted the tall grass and with great bravely planned on holding the ground.  Our fighting men were ready and had gathered at the preplanned rendezvous point right on time and all the soldiers checked their equipment but didn't dare whisper a single word.

The U.S. invasion fleet landed their ships at Tartus Syria and promptly placed 7,500 U.S. Army  soldiers with their equipment on the Syrian coast and started the curious and cautious march inland.  The U.S. planners inside the Department of Defense advised  the Generals and Commanders that swinging to the right in the almost darkness before dawn would be the best path to Hamah.  The Syrian Army and their formidable defenses were out of sight but U.S. intelligence knew thousands of Syrian forces were bunched around Hamah guarding their warfare and munitions depot which included Iranian thermonuclear bombs.

The U.S. Army forces did not expect the first massive attack from the left flank which came upon them less than two hours after their landing.  U.S. Command estimated that the Syrian Army force was at least 12,000 men and while taking heavy losses plummeted the U.S. Army forces.

As the U.S. Army forces stormed the Syrian beach the enemy troops stayed away and watched the U.S. forces form their lines of march.  Once the Syrian Army bench marked the U.S. troops they sent their jet bombers first and then  their crack troops attacked hard with full force.

Our fighting men were not ready but the war had just barely started.  The U.S. soldiers fell in their own blood but survivors defended their positions bravely and they regained their bloody soil and starting pushing the Syrian Army back in places and holding them in others.  Hundreds of American soldiers died in less than an hour and for the first time in his career Army Colonel Andrew Ledger waited on top of a little hill with his shoulder muscles hunched forward trying to catch his breath.  The little embankment would hide him from the Syrian soldiers only one hundred yards away.  For some reason the Colonel felt like an invader.

Obama said, no boots on the ground. "That Son of a Bitch"  was the last words that Colonel Ledger would ever speak.  The Colonel was crawling around now with at least one bullet through his chest as he would never really be sure.  He felt like taking a nap so he laid his head down to rest a bit.  He thought to himself about the Syrian Army "These guys aren't kidding around."  and with little effort closed his eyes and died.
