Third Amendment: prohibits the government from using private homes as quarters for soldiers during peacetime without the consent of the owners.

Barack Hussein Obama is forcing United States Citizens to House, Feed, Educate, Shelter, Provide Medical Treatments and other Services  to All Foreign Nationals that are now in the United States and that gained entry into the United States of America without U.S.A. Legal Documents or Permissions.

Some portion of the Illegal Aliens, by probability, must be or will become an enemy of the State and of the United States of America.

The citizens of America are being forced to house, feed, educate, shelter, provide medical treatments to future or present enemies of the United States of America.
