The impeached Democratic president Bill Clinton's daughter Chelsea is going to have a baby. It's a shame that Chelsea was raised by dishonest parents, corrupt at all levels and seemingly getting worse as they get older. Chelsea has no real chance in life, her baby, born to confused grand-parents, only time will tell.
