Mechanics, Merchants and Managers are depending on Congress to stop the Madman Barack Obama and his current Climate Change Socialist Plan.  The burden of higher and higher energy costs will fall upon the workers and benefit the others.  Coal fired energy generation plants by the hundreds will now close, no new ones will ever be built as the U.S. is forced by government EPA to use Wind and Solar at five times the price.  The average home energy bill will rise by $300 per month and all prosperity will be lost and the U.S. economy will collapse.  Millions of people will fall into unemployment again as manufacturing will be removed by higher energy prices moving to cheaper markets, cheaper electricity and cheaper labor.
