Was Patrick Kennedy on drugs or drunk during Benghazi - Clinton knows

Did another Kennedy drug addict, drunk, help Clinton screw up Benghazi? A congressional source said Patrick Kennedy, a deputy to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, turned down the request for security.  Clinton didn't care.  Clinton doesn't care now.  Clinton just wants to be president, nothing else matters, it's what the foreign cash paid for, a friend in the White House named Hillary Clinton.
