CZARS decided to put one more nail in the job market by demanding overtime be
paid to young supervisors and managers in training.
Hundreds of
thousands of training managers and supervisors across industry and business
will be dropped down the opportunity ladder to hourly wages again, limited by
ObamaCare the paid hours will continue to fall.
Obama doesn't
realize that you train and develop new supervisors and managers and it takes an
enormous amount of time and money.
Employers cannot pay overtime to train a person to become next year's
supervisor or manager.
