A woman is outraged after she says a man was permitted to use the women’s dressing room at a Mesquite, Texas, Ross department store on Monday.

Lisa Sickles said she was using the women’s dressing room when she suddenly “heard a man’s voice.” She said she immediately told the store’s manager.

“She went inside the dressing room, came right back out and called me to the side and told me… he was representing himself as a woman today,” Sickles told CBS DFW.

However, Sickles said the man “was in no way dressed as a woman.”

“He had on jeans, a t-shirt, 5 o’clock shadow, very deep voice. He was a man,” she recalled.

A Ross spokesperson reportedly said the company does not discriminate against transgender individuals, but refused to comment on this particular case.

Sickles said the incident left her feeling as if her feelings didn’t matter.

“What about me? Or my feelings?” she said.

Sickles claimed the manager told her if she “felt uncomfortable in the dressing room with him there,” she should “wait until he’s finished.”

Ross isn’t alone in its bathroom policy. Target, TJ Maxx and Marshalls all reportedly allow customers to use restrooms and dressing rooms based on their gender identity.

In December the ACLU contacted the stores for the unlawful discrimination under Washington state law, writing, “Ross was legally required to afford (Christy_M) ‘full enjoyment’ of its Lynnwood store, which includes the right to enter the store and not be treated as unwelcome, unaccepted, undesired or unsolicited.”

The ACLU of Washington says that California-based Ross Dress for Less has clarified to employees that company policy prohibits discrimination against persons based on gender identity and expression, and that the Ross Stores was drafting policy including a “special instruction” to employees on accommodating customers’ gender identities for use of the bathroom and dressing rooms.

Presently there is a woman crying because the father of her children cannot earn a living and she looks out into the cold and wonder about paying their heating bill this winter.

She noticed that the cities lamppost didn't work for several weeks because she saw on T.V. that their little town was broke but the teachers unions wanted more money and pension protection.

Stores that had been in business for years and years at the same location were closed now and even the old-time barbershop was forced to close its door.  She smiled when the tattoo parlor opened up on main-street because it seemed so out of place but, they seemed to be prospering.

Looking out her window she saw the elm and oak tree leaves fall to the ground helped by rain drops turning to snow.  The roads would be slippery but the city bus would surely show up at the square to pickup up the out-of-town labor clustered under the lamppost with no light given.

Her husband told her that they were out-of-country workers not just out-of-town or illegal aliens so don't treat them like tourists because they were here to stay.  They received free medical care and free government food and our little town would pay for their children's education.

She saw the city bus as it rolled up to the corner and stop at the square as the illegal aliens started to cluster around the door not yet open.

Keeping close together they really didn't talk to anybody unless the camera crews were filming another one of their protests. All these illegal aliens simply wanted to become legal.  She supposed that Al Capone wanted to be free also, no matter the laws on the books.

The bus driver got off the bus and had to move many of the waiting men away from his open bus door. 

One brown eyed man said; "Is it dangerous down there where you take us?"

The bus driver didn't respond to the one man he responded to the entire group.

"Now" the bus driver said, "you're going to work at one of the distribution centers."

The bus driver continued; "Stay close together and walk into the personal office when we arrive."  the bus driver looked at the few women in the group "I wouldn't exactly call it dangerous but you don't want to get separated from the group."

The bus driver felt sorry for every one of them because it was raining and a slight wind blew across their faces "The temporary employment agency is paying for your bus ride if you have the ticket coupon."  The bus driver again looked at the women "If you don't have the coupon you must pay the three dollars." The bus driver thought they were ready for the fifty five minute drive to the distribution centers.  He had always been apprehensive about these large groups because he knew that big business had the advantage.

These super sized distribution centers will not hire but a few people directly but hired hundreds and hundreds of temporary workers.

The big brand distribution centers would use a temporary employment agency to fill their open positions because the real employers were the temp. agencies and not the brand name.

The big brands didn't care if they were legal or not because they worked cheap and were disposable.

Needlessly, these people were almost slave like labor for big brand stores.  The bus driver knew why the borders were wide open so big business could get more and more cheap labor. 

These illegal's prodded into the distribution centers are were given poor instructions and high goals.  They were all apprehensive and mostly scared to say anything to anybody.  The illegal aliens knew they were illegal so they would go to their church on Sunday and pray for help including food, medicine and education.  They were for the most part good people in the wrong place. The younger of the illegal aliens were becoming very vocal and at times violent.  They carried the protest signs, shouted union slogans and tossed rocks through windows.

They had the frame of mind to riot and burn police cars and the bus driver knew many political leaders saw the dangerous opportunity for more power.

The bus driver closed the door and slipped into the driver's seat and released the parking break.  In a matter of seconds he had the regional city bus on the road at the right speed. 

He glanced to his left and saw the Doyer house as he changed lanes once again.  It was just on the local news; few months ago they had lost their home and their business when the family owned "Doyer Grill" had closed its door after being in business for twenty two years. 

The driver had never tried their steaks but he had known Miss Kathy who was their chief cook for many years and made the best burger anywhere.   

He was told that Kathy went on welfare and the Doyer family was in bad shape.  Their business failed when the factory closed and they mortgaged their home to try and save the business. 

They got buried in debt in the last two years or so and the local T.V. news filmed the Doyer Grill boarding up their front doors and dozens of employees huddled around Mr. and Mrs. Doyer.

The Doyer family had always supported the local schools and community events and were affectionately known as good citizens.

The bus drivers passengers didn't know the story because they just simply arrived.  Nobody knows how they got here but they occupied the lower side of town where the street lights didn't even work.  The city was paying for everything and they we're going broke just like the Doyer Grill.  These illegal aliens just kind of drifted into town and never left.  The citizens didn't really know if they were illegal because nobody in government cared at all. They would write letters and make phone calls to their Senators and Congressional representatives but never received any kind of response.  The minority groups were now fighting for government handouts so there was a great deal of tension.  The local T.V. showed the tension that turned to violence and it seemed a bartender was just killed last night.

Bus number five pulled up almost to the front door of the distribution center of the largest office supply store in the world and his passengers started standing up.  Many of them had gotten out of their free beds this morning at the mission and walked in the rain to the bus stop without breakfast or combing their hair.

They stood in the rain under the lamppost and looked across the vacant lot across the street trying to catch a glimpse of the bus, their ride to work.

Then temporary employment services supervisor was standing next to the front door with a clipboard and walked up to the opening bus door.

"I only need sixteen today!"  the men and women on the bus looked at each other and the twenty four year old supervisor that didn't know their language.

The young supervisor had a college education in supply chain management and had applied for many jobs and was glad to get this one.  The job market was bad so he was one of the few college graduates that got a job even though the pay was really bad.  He had a salary of thirty five thousand a year when he really expected to start at forty five to fifty thousand a year. 

The bus would depart in less than five minutes to go to the next distribution and fulfillment center.  By the time the bus arrived at the largest retailer in the world distribution center the rest of his passengers looked like they were dead because of the lack of sleep.

The last sharp turn on the road woke up a few of the illegal workers but the bloody angle just about killed them all.  The county had more pot holes than taxpayers now and the hatchet men mayors gave voters fearsome glances when they complained about conditions.

Everybody knew that back scratches ran this business under the table.  Give some money to the Democratic party and the borders would stay open.  Give more money to Republicans and they would make sure no border fence was ever finished.  These illegal aliens were used like chopsticks and would be thrown away after every shift.

The bus driver had only one passenger now, a Spanish woman that took up little space in the world.  The driver had seen her several times but she was seldom picked to work by the temp. agencies.  The young girl was a little pregnant so she wasn't on the pick list.

The bus driver was sad because he knew where she would get off the bus.  She would pull the yellow rope above her head to signal the driver she wanted off at the next stop. 

She would get off his bus at the small post office only a mile or so from the mission where she slept last night.  The bus driver couldn't prove it but she was working behind the post office at the "Temple Lounge" working one of the oldest jobs for women with long slender legs and a pretty smile.

He had seen her at various locations but she seemed to hang out at the Temple Lounge area the most.  The ancient habit of cash sex paid her bills but would never create her future fortune.

Her oldest job of sex for cash was also the oldest sign of absolute poverty and she would join other working girls to offer their full flavor for twenty or thirty bucks.

They were several girls there this morning as the bus was pulling up to the post office stop.  The bus door opened and she wandered out the rear door as he watched for her using his giant right side mirror.

The men that used to work at the factories and even at the distribution centers were just hanging around.  The illegal aliens would fill the boxes and load the trucks.  The cheap imported labor would saw the lumber and nail up new home frames for the fraction of the price.  They would cook the food and wash the dishes and they even became maids in fancy homes and moped the floors of government office building. 

You couldn't go to the grocery store without being helped by an illegal alien.  They were courteous at work but became radical when they formed their gangs that wanted more and more.  They were desperate people and didn't want the sight-seeing tour they wanted America and they wanted the whole thing.

Restaurants, Distribution Centers, Fulfillment Centers, Home Builders, Plumbers, Janitors and dozens of industries used these people for profit.

In this part of town the bus driver remembered when you could come down and everybody had manners now everybody had a price.  The old timers would ride the bus and enjoy the city park across from the post office but now the saloons are sprinkled everywhere and the streets were filled with liars, thieves and whores which made everything worse.

The unions were in cahoots with the government and the taxpayers kept paying for nothing and were being robbed with no end in sight.  Gambling was made legal to help pay the states bills and smoking was everywhere and five dollars would get a twelve year old kid a can of warm beer.

The liars ran for local, state and national office and the checker games in the park ended when the criminals outnumbered the cops.

The battered tables in the park were now cots for bums smoking their drugs and using their needles.  This government corruption must be very profitable because a few are getting very rich and even more powerful.

The President wasn't even called the President anymore he was simply called "the liar" but everybody knew his name.  He was shown on T.V. lolling around the golf club and people wondered if he had an ounce of opium in his pocket like he did in college.  Did he hit the pipe inside the White House because he told the world he quit smoking.  Most likely just another lie hidden away in the cellars of government.

Everything bad was now imbedded in government and the top floors of every business was corrupt and now the people lived in tenements because they lost their homes and were sitting on stone walls around every town.

The iron hooks of ObamaCare has been set into the meat of America. 

There will be no blankets this winter and shoes would be left untied and overcoats covering the children but the chicken wire would hold the honest citizen.

The race partition would be completed and the borders would remain open and the electric lights would blink off as the coal miners would spend their days and nights at the Temple Lounge.

In response to high-pressure lobbying from special interests like left-wing billionaire George Soros and a group of corporate executives pushing House GOP members for amnesty, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) National Council president Chris Crane warned members of the House that those lobbying for immigration reform just want to make money off the legislation.

“Numerous news reports have announced that a large group of CEO’s, special interests and groups opposing immigration enforcement plan to increase lobbying efforts on House members starting this week,” Crane, who represents 7,000 immigration agents and support staff, wrote in a letter to House members on Monday. “This lobbyist pressure campaign is designed to get House members to either support legislation similar to the Schumer-Rubio bill [the "Gang of Eight" bill] or to pass individual bills that will be combined with Gang of Eight legislation into a comprehensive bill in a conference committee."

"Many of the groups stand to make a fortune from the immigration provisions they are seeking," he explained. "Indeed, the 1,200 page Senate plan lined the pockets of many of the same groups now lobbying House members.”

Even though the Senate bill’s principal Republican sponsor, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), has since abandoned it and effectively un-endorsed the legislation by saying he is opposed to efforts to save the bill in a conference committee, several special interests are pushing for the House to pass a group of piecemeal bills to get to a conference committee.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), the Senate bill’s principal Democratic sponsor, has endorsed the House GOP leadership’s piecemeal immigration approach as part of an effort to get to a conference committee, thereby sneaking amnesty past the weary House GOP conference. House Budget Committee chairman Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) is on record having stated that he believes it is acceptable to go to a conference committee, at which he hopes to “fix” the Senate bill. Other House leaders like Judiciary Committee chairman Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA) have continually refused to state where they stand on conference, effectively leaving the door open to what Rubio’s office called a “ruse” to try to save the Senate bill.

Meanwhile, across Capitol Hill, special interests are aggressively lobbying members of the House GOP conference to try to save their expensive push for amnesty after Rubio abandoned the effort. Crane notes these groups are not interested in actually enforcing the laws of the United States and are working to damage American law enforcement.

“You should be aware that these groups have not worked with or consulted with ICE officers,” Crane wrote in his Monday letter to members of Congress. “In fact, their actions have undermined the safety of the country and law enforcement personnel. They do not represent the interests of your constituents, the law enforcement community, or the nation itself. They have demonstrated no evident concern for the constitutional rule of law."

"They are interested in power and money," he continued. "ICE officers are pleading with you to resist their well-financed pressure campaign and stand with American citizens and the immigration officers who put their own personal safety at risk each day to provide for public safety. The American public is fed up with rich individuals, corporations and special interests using money to control the legislative process.”

Crane added that these special interest organizations are clearly not interested in public safety because they have not joined him and other ICE agents in calling for an investigation of President Barack Obama’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its non-enforcement directives ordering law enforcement to ignore specific laws. “If these groups were concerned about public safety, national security and the rule of law they would be joining our call for an investigation of the Department of Homeland Security,” Crane wrote.

“In fact, we are urging all lawmakers to demand an investigation of DHS before moving immigration bills. ICE officers are being ordered by DHS political appointees to ignore the law," he explained. "Violent criminal aliens are released every day from jails back into American communities. ICE Officers face disciplinary action for engaging in routine law enforcement actions."

"We are barred from enforcing large sections of the Immigration and Nationality Act, even when public safety is at risk. Officer morale is devastated," Crane warned. "Our agency‘s managers answer to special interests and not to Congress. No reform can succeed as long as this or any other administration can choose to ignore Congress and violate the law with impunity.”
