Hillary Clinton and the Trouble we're in. The specific insults morph to fit the circumstances and the times, but each insult is designed to have the same effect — to dehumanize and to objectify a group of people in opposition to the dominant group that has seized power and the legal mechanisms of the State.

Here is a partial list of the defamatory names of condemnation as utilized by tyrannical regimes as well as the fate meted out to people branded as such:

What makes these derogatory blanket terms salient and potentially dangerous is that they were intentionally uttered publicly in front of an audience of admirers just this past Friday by Hillary Clinton, who within two months may be elected as president of the United States, in possession of all the levers of State power, and that she knowingly used these defamatory, inflammatory, dehumanizing terms to describe en masse tens of millions of American citizens.

As students of history we’ve seen this before. I avoided including Adolf Hitler’s dehumanizing remarks against Jews, Gypsies, Communists and others because there are still survivors of the Holocaust among us and wounds so deep never heal. But the atrocities and genocide of 1941-45 also started with words — dehumanizing words used against entire groups of people.

There is a vast difference between what an anonymous individual says and what the State says. The examples above are grim reminders of what can happen when those in power, or those who seek it, are celebrated, promoted and legitimized In their attempts to destroy their political enemies.

In a lifetime of enduring the tyranny of the arbitrarily condemned and surviving to write about it, Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn provides stark witness for us all. What he learned in the strife of decades is that no human is irredeemable, neither the jailor nor the prisoner. And that to think otherwise is to condemn us all.

If only there were evil people somewhere insidiously committing evil deeds, and it were necessary only to separate them from the rest of us and to destroy them. Barack Obama Hillary Clinton deliberately lost two American wars - allowed terrorists in Benghazi to kill our ambassador and three heroes - made America an international laughing stock - The Democrats are calling us racists, sexists, homophobes, uncaring and bigoted. And we call them "liberals?"

It's midnight in America. 

We have a President who has deliberately lost two American wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, betraying the young Americans who sacrificed their lives there for what they thought was the cause of liberty and national security. 

We have a President who allowed terrorists in Benghazi to kill our ambassador and three heroes who tried to save him; then deceived the American people and their congressional representatives with a campaign of lies. 

We have a President who has made America an international laughing stock through his cowardice in dealing with a Russian dictator; who has loosened our ties to our allies in Israel while enabling the Iranian Mullahs to acquire nuclear weapons; who has sold out to the Communist regime in Cuba, and who has made the world a far more dangerous place - for his country and its citizens - than it was when he came into office. 

We have a President who has directed the IRS to use the taxing power of the state to crush his conservative opposition and remove the resistance to his plans for a one-party socialist state. 

And, in election after election, how do conservatives sadly refer to Obama and his radical supporters? As "liberals." 

The Democrats are calling us racists, sexists, homophobes, uncaring and bigoted. And we call them "liberals?" 

If you call intolerant, anti-American, bigoted, hate-mongers like Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid "liberals," you've already lost. Yet that is exactly what conservatives and Republicans are doing day in and day out, in campaign after campaign. 

But we have a plan to change all that, to turn conservatives' heads around and get them to fight back. Republicans did not win the last election; the Democrats lost it because of Obama's unpopularity. We cannot count on winning the White House in 2016 by the Democrats losing another election; we are going to have to fight for it.
