A Secret Government Report - Climate Change - Strategists for the U.S. Army  Pentagon  issued a secret government report entitled Mercy of Nature GS1944 and has remained a top secret government document since 1944 but has been discovered.

The United States Army and the Russian Military gathered their top meteorologists to issue this secret report GS1944.

The two military groups formed an Advisory Committee on Weather Control - Mercy of Nature and published the secret report which has remained inside a Soviet Union - Russian Vault and we must assume that the U.S. Government also has records of the report.

The two nations started working together on climate control even to the point that it may be possible to create weather which would really mean controlling the entire planet.  The combined Strategists and Meteorologists produced the secret findings but then the joint government program was cancelled and the two nations engaged in a critical race that continues today.

Imagine being able to create a hurricane or harness a storm or maybe even causing a drought.  The enormous power of weather is a force and if any country could control the climate and tame the natural elements they would in effect control the entire world.

It was determined that controlling large scale weather patterns would be more disastrous than nuclear weapons in another U.S. Army Secret Report GS1951 that was not shared with the Russians.

Blotting out all the sunlight could be a powerful weapon during war or eventually control the globe and also every population.

U.S. Scientists agree that if we can change the rainfall over any country we would control that country in a matter of weeks or months.

M.I.T. Massachusetts Institute of Technology meteorologists warned the world in secret report GS1952 that it was very feasible to control the weather but the consequences of the Russians making the final discovery could easily collapse the United States.

Even in a peaceful way M.I.T. warned that the Russians could increase their food output times ten making them well fed and could export cash crops around the world making it unfavorable for the United States.

As it stands today, M.I.T. continued, if the Russians become stronger we  must become weaker and maybe the weakest over time.

The combined efforts of U.S. military and economic strategists, meteorologists and scientists gave far reaching ideas, plans and actions concerning what we call solar power as they refer as solar radiation power.

We know today that sun solar radiation pours down and hits the earth's surface, some of this radiation produces heat, some is reflected back into space that heats the air and some even evaporates water in the oceans, lakes and rivers.

We also know, just like living in a glass bubble we have a roof over us and this atmosphere bubble traps and imprisons the heat of day preventing it from leaving or radiating up and away into the night of space.

This heat moving down and up creates what they termed as the heat balance.  When you combine heat balance with the rotation of the earth, this same earthly  rotation causes the oceans to move and creates ocean currents and that great river of air moving down and up combined with other earthly elements is the basic knowledge that could control the climate.

You might be wondering why this was a secret after World War II and why the reports were kept as state secrets. 

Because since 1958 the United States has been experimenting with Climate Change.

We know about solar power but you know little about directed solar power.  The free energy from the Sun has been redirected by the United States and this is the reason for the state secret that Russian Hackers, it is thought, has leaked the information and the reports because the United States George Bush, Barack Obama and now Hillary Clinton are involved and it is thought that even Al Gore will become a Billionaire.

The United States is using free solar power, or free energy direct from the sun to reclaim frozen areas that will become fertile and food productive in a matter of years regardless of what you read in the news today.

Part of the plan is to make the world worry about the ice melt and create Carbon Credits to gather funds to help affected nations and people while at the same time secretly creating the ice melting.

The sunlight absorbing sands of Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern Regions can hold heat energy up to 1,000 degrees, loaded on cargo jets to be transported by Air and then dropped on the snow covered lands anywhere forcing the ice to melt at advanced rates.

It is thought now that the U.N. and the United States conspired to sprinkle sun hot sands over snow and ice covered lands to eventually permit food production and also oil drilling and coal mining in the most hostile parts of the globe.

Russia has realized that they have lost the race as the newly created productive land becomes the property of the United States and they have reacted by taking other parts of the globe by force in Crimea, Ukraine and now Syria which has forced China to concentrate on a larger Naval force which would allow them to challenge the Russians and the United States.

The greatest of world powers; United States, Russia and China also understand this recovered land mass could hold trillions of dollars in precious minerals like Gold, Silver and even Diamonds beyond food, oil and coal.

This large scale land mass grab first started within the sciences but is now moving into the arena of Military might as the land, air and sea components are changing very quickly. 

We understand to reclaim frozen land the ice becomes water and will increase the oceans level.  This same water rise will cripple almost a billion people as most richer or productive people live close to the oceans shore so the Carbon Credit Scheme and the Climate Change movement is growing around the world as the ice is melting and the water is rising.

In a world controlled by information you can see now why the United States wants total control over the internet to control knowledge.

This lack of control gives the Russians an advantage and also the Chinese as they have hacked into secrets of the United States for at least 10 years and now these secrets are being leaked to the world.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been selling desert sands for over 50 years so in time they wondered how much sand the West per say was using and how much was sand really worth. 

The Kingdom discovered that all the bulk cargo ships and air transport planes were predestined to Greenland for solar heating. 

The U.S. Geological Survey experimental lab gave the proof that sand could be heated, transported and in time slowly melt ice and could be done in a harmless way on a large scale.

The U.S. Weather Bureau and the U.S. Geological Survey with the U.S. Military has been dropping hot desert sands on Ice for years now and also burning fuel oil to create more heat at crucial points.

Officials at the Pentagon and the White House have denied any such actions but other government groups are now hinting at this mammoth landscaping task has been going on for years. 

The truth must come out as the landscape has changed forcing massive wind direction changes, higher water levels, lower ocean temperatures, as the polar icecaps become smaller and thinner new mountain ranges are exposed which again changes the weather, the ultimate remodeling job done in secret.

The rest of the world will experience profound changes as the Arctic and Antarctic iceboxes are removed, remember the arctic areas are the breeding grounds for the worlds cold-fronts.

The United States, Russia and China fully realize now that this ultimate land remodeling job and the thawing ice will rise the ocean, some say 40 feet and others expect at least 100 feet.

The grand cities of London and New York are near sea level now and will be removed from the earth.

The deep ice areas are being reduced as more and more solar heated sand is being dropped and now the ocean currents must be redirected by water dams, channels or jetties to reduce the damage.

The Russians have moved military forces around the world and so has China.  The Russians have long been interested in the territory as much of their own borders is the arctic circle.

We also see the Chinese claiming tiny island land masses all over the world and building them up to become strategic Chinese military bases on a global scale to threaten American and Russian dominance.

Aware of the challenge, it is also reported that the DOD, CIA, NSA and a presidential committee vigorously is trying to get the world signed up for Climate Change and you may notice that China and Russia has refused.

Experts interviewed said yes,  these actions have caused meteorological warnings around the world specifically the solar effects of the melting ice, weather has changed, global air circulation has shifted, the dynamics of cloud movements and large-scale storms are harder if not impossible to predict.

Modern experts also agree that within 20 years or less the actual land mass of the planet will change.

The White House is in damage control mode and there is a crash effort to create doubt over this leaked report and discredit this new knowledge.

Russian experts, military and meteorologists, have offered up their own modern opinion without telling the entire story and promised to intervene with the American Global Climate Change mission with military action.

The Russian and Chinese have made it clear that the American Plan to increase solar radiation, hot sands for ice melting and speeding up water evaporation and raising sea levels is a direct threat against their nations and the over-all effects will be negative to the world.

The newspaper man set up what he called the "Morgue Space" to warehouse the tens of thousands of reports, books and photographs on Washington D.C. corruption and of course the crooked politicians like Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.

Andy Ledger worked for the New York Globe newspaper chain first running "copy" of stories from reporters to the editors and then back again.  Andy was only sixteen years old when he started at the New York Globe and for future reference he was also fired three times by the editor.

Andy Ledger never finished High School but he did finish Harvard College with a degree in journalism and on top of that the New York Globe Newspaper chain paid for all his college expenses. 

Andy Ledger was the young man running newspaper copy back and forth and up and down inside the skyscraper that housed the New York Globe Newspaper headquarters in New York City. 

At one point Andy discovered photography with the help of Sam Burns a news beat photographer that also worked for the "Globe".  Andy had the brilliant idea of filming "story copy" and sending tiny little photographic negatives up and down and back and forth inside the giant skyscraper inside pressurized pneumatic air tubes.  These tiny negatives of written story copy were simply inserted into a light table viewer for easy reading.  The copy boys once numbered twenty seven but the Andy Ledger plan reduced that number to four young men hanging around in the concrete basement running errands for big shots.

His total idea was beyond brilliant and saved the New York Globe Newspaper thousands of dollars every week, week after week , year after year.

Andy took his idea further and photographed all the New York Globe Newspaper Printed Stories but most importantly all the research that went into the story.

Andy Ledger had created, almost by accident, the largest research library in the United States one tiny photographic negative at a time that could be used for future reference in any story printed by the "Globe".

This research area was called the "Morgue Space" as it contained millions of tiny photographic postage stamp sized negatives stored away in the Globe Newspaper basement. 

The simple act of taking a photo of a sheet of paper containing text or even drawings and then storing the postage stamp sized photo negative for future use solved newspaper storage problems and also created a world class research library called the "Morgue Space" and Andy Ledger, the eighty  nine year old copy boy was in charge of the whole thing.

The "Morgue Space" of the New York Globe Newspaper in New York City, New York was now owned by History  Research Corporation HRC Inc. as the old Globe newspaper went out of business years ago but Andy Ledgers archives were still in business and he had the best retirement job in the world. 

Andy Ledger had a private office with a beautiful young woman as his official secretary and HRC had maintained his salary and benefits and his young energetic staff was always eager even though not always efficient.

HRC  Inc. was in the information and research business and enjoyed thousands of clients from around the world as the old New York Globe Newspaper seemingly contained all the history of all the world on hundreds of thousands of miniature postage stamp sized photographic negatives, and this was done without any modern computers.  

The New York Times wrote a story about the Morgue a few years ago and they estimated that over 423 million individual photo graphic negatives were cataloged and stored in the old New York Globe Newspaper basement.

The New York Globe Newspaper started photographing every newspaper found around the world during World War II and beyond so the massive amount of history contained in the Morgue really could never be described.

The political wars of Watergate during the Richard Nixon administration  prompted the New York Globe Newspaper to photograph and catalog every government publication, report, white papers, police blotters, photographs, automobile records, motel receipts, FBI investigations and even I.R.S. tax returns if they became public.

The biggest customers of HRC History Research Corporation were found within the United States government, every major business including all of the fortune 1,000 and every newspaper around the world.

Those tiny little photographic negatives that Andy Ledger guarded every day as the original Morgue Director created $3.4 billion dollars in revenue last year and business was booming. 

HRC Inc. asked to unearth some old information from a newspaper back dated to around 1946 so the old man "Andy Ledger" sat alone in his office and placed the postage stamp sized film negative of that date in the picture developer and started reading the index of research.

Andy Ledger had an official title but he loved being the Morgue Director no matter what his business card stated.  When the informational request "IR" came in for records on the name Blythe Circa 1946 a lot of bells started to ring, and they were cash register bells as the tiny little photographic negative told a story that even Andy Ledger didn't know.

The Informational Request "IR" always indicated the customers identification and account number so Andy punched the numbers into the computer sitting on his desk and smiled. 

The Information Request was from TRIGON International which Andy recognized as the old Soviet Union name for their Ministry of Foreign Affairs now based in Washington D.C. as a business and not a per say spy agency. 

TRIGON was the Russian version of the U.S. C.I.A. Central Intelligence Agency so Andy Ledger paid special attention to the text index on the photographic negative and wondered what TRIGON was up to digging around into the Bill and Hillary Clinton family history.

The New York Globe Newspaper was dead and buried but the Morgue lived on, this was an opportunity as Andy inserted the next negative that caused him not to blink for the next three and a half hours.

The New York Globe Newspaper Reporter name M. Helms developed a worldwide spy story during the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis that was never printed.

Reporter Helms even had code names for sources and followed clues back to the Soviet Union concerning nuclear weapons in Cuba and their readiness.  It appears that reporter Helms had discovered a plot by the president's brother Bob Kennedy called "Gold Sword" to kill the Mexico City Station Chief of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Soviet Union.

But it seems the big secret held on this one particular photographic negative was a man using the code-name "Gold Envoy" as his real name was "Blythe".

It looked like "Blythe" traveled all the time between the United States, Mexico, Cuba and the Soviet Union.

It's also noted that this "Blythe" was an automobile parts salesman for several major automobile manufacturing companies in America which was a hoax as "Blythe" really worked for the C.I.A. or the Soviet Union and mysteriously died in a car accident.

The editor of the New York Globe Newspaper had written on the file - Reporter Helms died by gunshot 1962 in Little Rock Arkansas.

Hillary Clinton has been involved in scandals before. Here are some notable ones you may have forgotten.

Chinagate - The Clinton-Gore campaign in 1996 allegedly took bribes from Chinese banks and their government to help their dwindling poll numbers. The Chinese embassy in D.C. helped siphon funds into the DNC. Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown (who was killed in a plane crash), and at Hillary’s instruction reportedly sold seats on department trade missions to China. Joint congressional hearings were canceled after Democrats threatened to bring up Republican campaign issues and then Monica Lewinsky actually saved this scandal from media attention. 

Travelgate Scandal - Catherine Cornelius, a 25-year-old cousin of Bill's was allegedly promised the position of director of the travel office. Hillary Clinton then (indirectly) fired seven employees from the United States travel office and replaced them with associates from Arkansas. Records were either nowhere to be found or incorrectly filed. 

And, there's a reported attempt to give a White House airline contract to friend. Hillary had the FBI investigate Billy Dale, the head of the travel office, ruining his career who was found to do nothing wrong, but was then audited by the IRS for three years after.

"Billy Dale and his family went through hell thanks to the Clintons, Attorney General Janet Reno, the FBI and the IRS," Irvine wrote. "Hillary's greatest crime was not perjury, it was trying to send an innocent man to prison to justify having fired him and his staff without cause."

“A memorandum by a former Presidential aide depicts Hillary Rodham Clinton as the central figure in the 1993 travel office dismissals, a politically damaging episode that the aide said had resulted from a climate of fear in which officials did not dare question Mrs. Clinton's wishes," wrote the NYT in 1996.

Whitewater Scandal - Hillary and her husband were partners in a shady real estate development firm called Whitewater Development Corp in Arkansas. Accusations of impropriety against the Clintons and others soon surfaced, regarding improper campaign contributions, political and financial favors, and tax benefits. Clinton’s friends and majority owners,  James and Susan McDougal were jailed for fraud, Clinton's successor, Governor Jim Tucker, was jailed for fraud along with municipal judges David Hale and Eugene Fitzhugh who worked with James McDougal. The Clintons walked away unscathed, having apparently done nothing wrong.

Vince Foster Jr. Mystery - Questions cloud the suicide of Vince Foster, former colleague, friend, and White House aid  of Hillary’s who had connections to Travelgate, and the Whitewater scandals. Read the link above entitled "The Man Who Knew too Much. . ." 

Filegate Scandal - Craig Livingstone, director of the White House's Office of Personnel Security "improperly" accessed FBI files on several hundred individuals.

Mrs. Clinton called it a, "completely honest bureaucratic snafu."

Many of these files were on people from previous Republican administrations. Hillary Clinton hired Livingston and is alleged to have looked at the files and requested this move. She was accused by Republicans of  violating privacy rights of individuals she viewed as political adversaries.

Cattle-Futures Miracle - Hillary’s first commodity trade was in cattle futures where she ordered 10 futures contracts which normally cost $12,000 dollars with only $1,000 dollars in her account. This turned into $6,300 dollars by the next morning and after 10 months totaled $100,000, with trading help from James B. Blair.

“Blair, who at the time was outside counsel to Tyson Foods Inc., Arkansas' largest employer, says he was advising Clinton out of friendship, not to seek political gain. . ."  reports The WashingtonPost. 

Robert L. "Red" Bone ran the Springdale, AK financial services company REFCO allowed the trades and later, after investigation, had to pay the largest fine at the time in the exchanges history and was suspended for three years. Hillary Clinton said she was able to make the successful trading because she read the Wall Street Journal for research.

Lootergate - Bill and especially Hillary started to ship White House furniture to their personal home in Chappaqua, N.Y.. The Clintons claimed they were donated, but at only some were proven to be donated and meant to stay in the White House after contacting the manufacturers. The Clintons returned some of the furniture after pressure was put on them to do so.

“GOP lawmakers and others criticized Hillary Rodham Clinton in particular for accepting many presents just before she joined the Senate and became covered by strict ethics rules that prohibit accepting gifts worth more than $50.”

Drug Dealer Donor Scandal - Convicted drug trafficker Jorge Cabrera apparentlymade such a big donation to the Clinton’s campaign that he was invited to the White house without Secret Service present.

Ponzi Scheme and Political Favor Scandal - Norman Yung Yuen Hsu was a convicted pyramid investment promoter, and major Democratic donor. Hecontributed an undisclosed amount to Hillary Clinton’s 2008 campaign. 

“He was sentenced to more than 24 years in prison in 2009 by a judge who accused him of funding his fraud by manipulating the political process in a way that 'strikes at the very core of our democracy.”
