Charleston South Carolina is the new capitol of the New Upper South Country today as deemed by Barack Obama under Marshall Law and Executive Order

Maps of New Upper South and New Lower South revealed today to all major news outlets CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNBC and FOX News created on this day the two newest countries on earth today.  By executive order president Barack Obama deemed most of the South Eastern United States as new territory extending west into Texas and north into Virginia. 

The New Upper South country takes in the prior states of Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Maryland and Delaware.  President Barack Obama has also deemed Charleston South Carolina the new capitol of the New Upper South and federal troops and national guard units are now stationed with the city limits in force.

The troops are to guard federal property including land, infrastructure, buildings, roads, electricity generation, inventories, transportation hubs, manufacturing, banking, sewage, phones and technology and other once private enterprise segments.

National Guard Troops on this day were federalized and now report directly to the Pentagon and all state controls and responsibilities have been removed.  

National Guard Troops have been dispatched into all Urban Centers within the new nations of New Upper South and New Lower South as deemed into law by Presidential Executive Order on this day.  

The troops are to guard federal property including land, infrastructure, buildings, roads, electricity generation, inventories, transportation hubs, manufacturing, banking, sewage, phones and technology and other once private enterprise segments. 

Presidential Executive Order on this day and takes the property of all land owners and transfers the titles of ownership to the Federal government under the direct control of the executive branch of Barack Obama.

Under legal authority, with prior  authorization, Barack Obama has signed Marshall Law orders today and implemented REX84 and FEMA plans Garden Plot, Cable Splicer and Prism and received immediate approval of Paul Ryan, the Speaker of the House of Representatives. 

The land was taken today, by Barack Obama on Christmas Eve, at exactly 12:01 A.M. Eastern Standard Time the administrative federal government of Barack Obama deemed all lands and resources as federal property.  The once secret maps of the slave states between 1800 and 1860 were used as the basis for the new countries entitled New Upper South and New Lower South and was deemed into law by Presidential Executive Order on this day.

The New Upper South (Country) and the New Lower South (Country) was deemed into law on Christmas Eve of 2015 and became legal countries without Congressional authority.
