Letter 1, Hillary Rodham "Clinton" - The governor of New York wanted no colored people, white only strip girls, cheap liquor, gondolas and boat racing, swimming races and water sports of all kinds and without saying the proper words he wanted a lot of cheap whores for a secret gentlemen's amusement area.

Letter 1,
George bought all the land he couldn't afford, even the low sections along the side of the river that remained flooded most of the year, he had really big plans, it was 1866 and he was in New York state standing in the sunshine.

George was standing on the banks of the tidal estuary in New York  that everybody called the east river even though it wasn't a river at all.  He just bought 12,216  acres along the east river banks that connected upper New York Bay on the South to Long Island Sound on its North end.  It was only a few years ago that George had been paddling around in his wooden boat and found Hillary taking a bath in the nasty water.  His life had changed for ever after he fished out the naked woman called Hillary, she was smart, she was naked and she loved fu.king in his small boat when the sun went down.  George Clinton knew that Hillary was a whore from the city but he didn't really care because she had a lot of political connections in New York City.  She had pounded a lot of the boys in power and all of them were married so she loved making them mind and they always gave her money.  Sure Hillary was a bitch but she was George's bitch now.

The cold river separates the borough of Queens on Long Island from the Bronx on the North American mainland and it also divides Manhattan from Queens and Brooklyn, which is also on Long Island.  Hillary was a working girl from Queens so at times she dunked her dirty ass in the river and that's when George saw her for the first time. Some people knew that the river was dangerous because strong fluctuations in its current but Hillary insisted on bathing a couple of times a week to get rid of the sex smell that always remained after her working hours.  The river and its depth and narrowness were dangerous but boats filled it daily and traveled its 16 miles and was the center of maritime activities for New York City, New York.   Hillary could often be seen naked on the banks of the river and many men gathered to watch the free show.

Most of the land George had just purchased was in a low lying area with a meandering creek at the bottom creating a valley of salt marshes and the dump for rubbish and some of the money came from Hillary, her pouch was always full of coins.

Where he was standing today, the southern portion, is still the same as it must of appeared to George Washington with the swamp grass on the valley floor.  Clouds of dust would arise during the day and every resident complained because the ash dust could block the noon sunshine.  Hillary was standing next to him on the river and her dress made of bright colored cloth made her almost look pretty if you about ten feet away.

His land was full of broken bottles, rusted out bathtubs, old stinking garbage and ash hills almost the size of mountain hills.  When all the work was done his ground would be ready for building over 300 buildings he had planned and the swampy areas would be filled and landscaping put in and fresh water lagoons built from that meandering stream at the bottom of the hill.  George had contracted for over 10,000 shade trees to be planted and a small railroad to travel the full 16 miles to carry cash paying passengers and freight day and night.  If George got his way he might even connect to the Long Island Railroad some day, you just never knew.

He called his private project "The Public Good Foundation" and its purpose was to create a better and fuller life for every citizen, and the universal advancement of human welfare.

George had discovered that individuals were greedy and wanted wealth and communities also wanted wealth and power so he had a plan to inspire thousands of people to work with their fellow citizens for a more prosperous and worthy future, it was for the Public Good.

By this same time next year George would be standing on clean ground watching hundreds of workers building his central planning building that he would simply call the "Public Good Tower" and he wanted it to stand at least 200 feet tall even though he was told it was impossible.

From the top of the Public Good Tower visitors could see the panorama dream that he carried in his head as he told his investors that he could build the better world of tomorrow for thousands of people and this would be only the beginning.

In his mind he could see the giant central building and tower, the broad avenues with shade trees, the 300 buildings full of shops and homes for prosperous people and the promenades where beautiful women could walk in public and take pleasure in their personal safety as they stroll to a public dance and maybe even a marching band.

"The Public Good Foundation" would have a President and that would always be George, everybody agreed.  It would be operated just like a business and his land would be divided into ten equal parts and every part would have a manager or a governor that would be in charge of food, clothing, shelter, education, arts, health, recreation, transportation, water, communications, banking, distribution and every social service of these modern times and all of the modern basic industries that would create the great prosperity.

George could almost see the recreation areas, the basic factories, the shops and benches under shade trees. The whole plan provided for free circulation if you were a member of the community and the thousands of railroad passengers would be able to stop at any train station and take a walk in paradise and enjoy shops, proper saloons and a great variety of places to eat and even overnight accommodations.   They would be able to walk on the wide wooden sidewalks and enjoy buggy rides along the river on crushed stone roads as water fountains would be surrounded by gardens with flowers and white fences.

George had already contacted Washington D.C. and if he would allow federal employees sizeable discounts and free train transportation to the Union Army the government would help build the railroad that was the money maker of this great enterprise.  It would be required by the government that George build them a Government Administration Building at his own expense so George would need to borrow more money to entertain the government.  The government wanted guaranteed low cost amusement for government employees and Army soldiers so an amphitheatre would be required for operas, plays and pageants.

George wanted gorgeous buildings, new designs, new shapes and colors and the governor of New York wanted no colored people, white only strip girls, cheap liquor, gondolas and boat racing, swimming races and water sports of all kinds and without saying the proper words he wanted a lot of cheap whores for a secret gentlemen's amusement area.  The governor of New York also wanted a Government Plaza and a direct connection to the "Public Good Tower" where George would have his office.

George had very few plans completed concerning the roads, bridges, sewer ditches or other parts of his plan but he felt the sun on his face and he was sure about everything.

George Clinton was going to have a long year.

How Barack Obama plans to become a Billionaire just like George Soros.  The federal governments scheme is to sell off public lands to Communist Chinese Bastards (yellow menace) and keep the money through shadow companies and closed room deals.  Its clear now that leading Democrats are making a killing off SOLAR deals with the black radical Obama.  Land Deals.  Solar Power.  Communist Chinese.  How do you think Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and radical Barack Obama became millionaires on a government salary?

 When the story broke of Harry Reid's possible involvement to the Bundy Ranch/BLM land grab I was quick to jump on the story. Unfortunately, sometimes we make quick judgments without first checking all pertinent facts. As has since been exposed, the deal involving Harry Reid and ENN fell through at a later date. That agreement was terminated last summer:
A Chinese-backed company is pulling the plug on a multibillion-dollar solar project near Laughlin after it was unable to find customers for the power that would have been generated there, a Clark County spokesman said.

In a letter, an executive from ENN Mojave Energy LLC informed the county that the company was terminating its agreement to purchase 9,000 acres near Laughlin, stating that the "market will not support a project of this scale and nature at this time."

So where does that leave us?

Does that mean that Harry Reid is not involved?

Does that mean that the BLM is not involved in a land grab that involves ulterior motives?

No on both counts.

Just because the connection that the alternative media thought to be the smoking gun has seemingly vanished, it does not mean that this doesn't have a lot to do with Harry Reid and big government tyranny.

Cliven Bundy's daughter, Shiree Bundy Cox, had previously explained that her father is simply the last man standing in an area that used to be dominated by family ranches. Neighboring ranchers were paying the BLM management fees and the BLM was providing no sort of land maintenance or improvement. This is the alleged purpose of those fees. Her claim is that the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) used those fees instead to buy out the other ranchers. Cliven Bundy refused this fate and many years later we have arrived at this point.

We know that the BLM wants this land bad, for whatever reason, and we cannot assume that it has nothing to do with solar power. One deal, with the Chinese, that fell through does not negate the fact that the BLM mentions the impact of Bundy's cattle in relation to the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone. This is a screen shot from a document that has since been deleted from BLM.gov. Look at the last bullet point:

So how do we make sense of all this? We probably won't for some time. The single Reid land deal that fell through was too easy. It seems to run much deeper than that.

Enter BLM whistleblower Rusty Hill. He exposes the fact that the Reid family has been involved in land deals all over Clark County. He also exposes the fact that there are serious anomalies in the recording of land transactions in Clark County. BLM plots are shrinking while the adjacently, privatized plots of various investors seem to be growing. There is no record of money being exchanged and no record of how this is happening. There is also the matter of the state of the art highway exchange that was put in "the middle of nowhere."

There has to be a reason for that.

Hill also reveals that the BLM purchased one 10-acre plot of land, in Clark County, for an outrageous sum of $700,000. He claims that this land has no obvious strategic importance.

The Rusty Hill interview is over 30 minutes and it is well worth every second. Hill offers no definitive answers, but he gives several possibilities and tells provocative-minded truth seekers where we need to be looking.

Don't discount Harry Reid's involvement in this deal. Just because one solar deal fell through, it doesn't mean that the scope of things was not much larger to begin with.

Has Civil Rights NAACP MLK Heritage turned into a goverment backdoor land grab USDA President Obama Appointments Radicals Cheats Dishonest Brokers Throughout American The ACORN plan in the deep south

Land ownership is a vital asset to all communities. Within the last century, African-American land ownership has rapidly declined. Comparing the U.S. Agriculture Census data on African-American farmland ownership for 1910 and 1997, it shows a drastic decline from its peak of 15 million acres in 1910 to 2.4 million acres in 1997. A recent study estimated that in the early 20th century, rural landownership among African-American farmers and non-farmers was between 16 and 19 million acres (Gilbert, J., 2002). The 1999 Agricultural Economics and Land Ownership Survey (AELOS), which assessed private rural landownership across race and use (i.e. farming, forestry, etc.), found that there are currently 68,000 African-American rural landowners and they own a total of approximately 7.7 million acres of land, less than 1% of all privately owned rural land in the United States. (AELOS, 1999). Sixty percent (60%) of which is owned by non-farmers. (AELOS, 1999). However, this acreage is valued at $14 billion. (AELOS, 1999). With rural landownership clearly being a significant economic resource base in the African-American community controls, why do African-Americans continue to lose their land?

COMMON LEGAL CONTRIBUTORS TO LAND LOSS

The Federation has identified 7 common causes of African-American land loss:

1. Heir Property Ownership.

When a person dies without a will, or other type of estate plan, state law controls who can rightfully inherit and how much they can inherit. Land that is passed down to heirs according to state law is commonly known as heir property. If the deceased owned land before death, the legally recognized rightful heirs will each inherit an undivided, fractional ownership interest in the land. Their interests are fractional because each co-owner has an individual, partial interest in the whole. Their interests are undivided because the heirs do not have separate deeds to their ownership interest. In fact, no heir can assume that his/her interest correlates to a specific area of the land until AFTER the land has been subdivided. The size of each heir’s fractional ownership interest depends on several factors - How many generations removed is an heir from the deceased?; and, How many heirs can rightfully take their inheritance at a specific point in time?

Heir property ownership is often the precursor to land loss. With each passing generation of heir property owners who die without a will or other estate plan, a new generation of heirs inherits ownership of the land. Typically, each successive generation is larger than the previous one. As a result, the next generation of landowners’ ownership interests are smaller, yet the number of interest holders has increased. With numerous co-owners, the following can occur, which can impede proper management of the land:

* Heirs do not live on or near the land;

* Heirs do not liver near each other;

* Heirs do not know one another;

* Heirs do not how to locate one another;

* Heirs do not have a connection to the land;

These common situations can make it difficult, if not impossible for the land to be properly managed. Lack of a land management plan and/or improper implementation of a land management plan can lead to land loss.

In some cases, the land is being managed, but this responsibility rests in the hands of one heir, or a small group of heirs, with the other heirs enjoying an unearned benefit. Those few who do invest in their family’s land, however, can face many obstacles to properly managing it. Without specific authorization by the other heirs, many land use decisions (i.e. harvesting timber, leasing, building a structure on the land, etc.) can be made ONLY by unanimous consent.

2. Lack of Estate Planning.

Estate planning is the process of arranging for the distribution and management of your estate after you die. An example of an estate plan is a will. Estate planning is important tool for many reasons. One, you are prepared for the unexpected ? incompetency and death. Two, when you have an estate plan, you can prevent the creation of heir property. And, three, if you are currently an heir property owner, you may potentially be able to prevent further fractionation of it.

Despite the advantages to having an estate plan, very few African-Americans have an estate plan. In an U.S. Senate-commissioned study conducted by the Emergency Land Fund in the early 1980s, it was found that approximately 80% of African-American rural landowners did not have an estate plan.

3. Tax Sale.

A tax sale is the public sale of property to recoup the amount of unpaid taxes on land. One of the challenges of owning heir property is that you may not know who is paying the taxes, or if the property taxes are delinquent. Therefore, keeping track of who pays the taxes, and whether they are current are important.

4. Partition Sale.

Partition sales are a common way African-American landowners have lost, and continue to lose, their land. A partition sale is a court-ordered sale of land. With a partition sale, the highest bidder becomes the owner. The proceeds from the sale are then distributed among all the co-owners of the property according to the size of their fractional interest. The proceeds, however, are not distributed to the heirs until after the cost of conducting the sale, attorney fees, and any other sale-related expenses are deducted. While a partition sale is the less cumbersome means to clear the problem of multiple ownership, there are several disadvantages to partition sales because:

It is often difficult for heir property owners to outbid land speculators and developers who may bid at the sale.

An interest holder in heir property does not need to obtain the consent of the other heirs before seeking the partition sale of the family land.

5. Voluntary Sales.

The frequency of land sales between African-Americans is low. The 1980 Emergency Land Fund study found that when African-Americans sell their land to someone outside their family, they tend to sell it to non-minorities (ELF, 1984). Of the heir property surveyed, 21% were sold to African-Americans outside the family, and 30% were sold to Whites (ELF, 1984), and 38% were sold to family members. These statistics have remained fairly constant. Currently, there is no definitive explanation for why voluntary land sales to those outside the African-American community occur, however, the Emergency Land Fund’s 1980 study cited "economic stress; need to prevent foreclosures; family pressure; and, external pressures" as some of the reasons for this occurrence (ELF, 1984).

6. Other Contributors to Land Loss.

In December 2001, the Associated Press released a series of articles entitled "Torn From the Land" which documents the history of African-American land loss in the South. These articles chronicle the violence, exploitation and injustice African-Americans in the South endured in an effort to become and remain landowners. Investigators for this series interviewed more than 1,000 people and examined public records. Their research found 107 documented land takings in 13 Southern and border states. Their findings were extraordinary. From the 107 documented cases, more than 24,000 acres of farm and timberland were taken, including smaller properties like stores and city lots. Further, over half of the documented cases were violent land takings (57), and the others involved trickery and legal exploitation. From the senseless murders of African-American landowners, to the public sale of family land, African-American land ownership has rapidly declined in the 20th century, and continues to steadily decline in the 21st century.

7. Inaccessibility to Legal Counsel.

The need for attorneys to assist heir property owners, particularly those who wish to maintain ownership, is critical to curbing the crisis of African-American land loss in the United States. There are organizations that have existed for some time that are doing their part in meeting this need. The Federation of Southern Cooperatives has a summer legal externship program designed to expose law students to the issue of land loss. The Land Tenure Center’s Summer Legal Externship Program provides an opportunity for law students to learn about the struggle to retain land in African-American, Hispanic, and Native American communities. Other organizations, like the Land Loss Prevention Project, host law students each summer.
