The Negro Project, the year 2084 and the Progressive Nation once called the United States of America. There was no need to
panic because he had deactivated the alarm system first thing.
This calming
knowledge kept him working and his tremendous self-control gave him power over
the woman.
She was frightened
and terrified just like all the other ones but after all it was his job and he
couldn’t lose his nerve now.
If he lost control of
himself he would also lose control over the naked women that he just tossed
into the trunk of his automobile.
He had tied her up
with the best knots that he knew inside her house but now he chained her with
the homemade restraint system he had made in his garage. She was terrified and
started screaming again so he put the plastic ball in her mouth to shut her up
and he slammed the truck lid down.
The old Chevy started right up
like it always did and he placed the transmission in drive and pushed the gas
peddle down a little too much.
Loose gravel spit out
the back and to pacify the noise he relaxed his foot some and stopped the
spinning of the tires.
The gravel road was
now behind him and he was on the paved state road that would take him to his
destination. He watched the speedometer
closely because he didn’t want to be stopped along the way by some coffee induced
cop in the middle of the night.
His radio played
music to cover up the noise of the women kicking around in the trunk of his
car. He should have given her a blast of
morphine from the drug store he carried in his backpack on the backseat of his
car.
A shot of morphine
would have kept her quite and provided her some relief from the pain she was
suffering. Her blood was dripping onto
the sheet of plastic he always placed on the trunk flooring to avoid blood
evidence inside his automobile.
When she was coming
out of her shower he had grabbed her and she was as slippery as grease and she
had took off through the house. He
caught up with the slim blonde but she proved to be shifty and crafty as she
grabbed up a gun she was hiding in the kitchen.
He had slapped the
gun from her right hand and then kicked her hard in the upper body that laid
her out on the kitchen floor but that wasn’t enough.
She hit him back and
she tossed a good punch for a one hundred and thirty pound women but the clash
was soon over has he smashed her face into the kitchen cabinets which shut her
up for a few seconds.
If she didn’t stop
banging around in the trunk and making noise he might have to show his
annoyance by putting a bullet in her head.
He never liked doing that but sometimes caged humans acted like animals.
The hotel wasn’t the
best but it was o.k. for a fast shower and a quick nap. He had dumped off the women as he was
instructed and she was alive and well which meant he got his cash bonus.
She would be taken
off to the Saudi compound in West Virginia and some general practitioner
playing doctor would fix her up and give her time to mend up some before she
had to work for a living.
The Saudi Arabian
government civil servants called diplomats enjoyed the West Virginia resort
that consisted of over three hundred acres of prime land that was owned by
their government. It was no secret and
the resort was even shown on local maps but it had never been opened to the
public.
The Saudi government
with their oil money had great influence over the U.S. government and the
go-betweens enjoyed many benefits of power.
The resort has been
in place for almost fifty years and has hosted many international conferences
over the years. The Saudi’s enjoyed
their mountain playground and even landed their private long range jets at the
Charleston West Virginia airport and parked them in private hangers with private guards posted.
These women would be
used for leisure sex and they would never be heard from again.
His job was to supply
the women and that’s exactly what he did and he enjoyed the money. He would receive a thirty nine thousand
dollar payment for each live woman he delivered and they would take all he
could capture and deliver.
In fact the U.S.
government was his biggest customer and their checks never bounced. He and a few other guys formed their own
little company called HOBBY AMUSEMENT and CONSULTING and they made several
millions of dollars, tax free, every year.
The American
taxpayers had been paying for the Saudi playground for many years and there was
no end in site. He liked the work and
they liked to fuck the women.
Government officials
often visited the Saudi complex and were flown in by helicopter from the
Charleston West Virginia airport. Only
the best would do.
Andy Ledger was tired of the
communists roving around the Capitol and the White House, and Andy Ledger had
shot his mouth off in a local bar and grill one to many times and the Jumpers picked him up last night.
The regional police
department were mostly called Jumpers now a days among
other things due to their green military jump suits they wear as uniforms.
The jewel of the
Jumpers went by the name of Jocelyn
Hunter and was
based in Washington D.C. Jocelyn Hunter as the director
of the TSA has the unusual authority of controlling the only non-military
private army paid for by the taxpayers.
The TSA Transportation Security Authority was the very expensive private
army of the Home Land Security Department and the TSA Jumpers was like
controlling Jell-O most of the time.
Andy Ledger was tired of all the
questions but it was now federal law so he just patiently filled out the old
fashioned paper Charity Form required.
The Charity lady that
helped him sat behind her wooden desk and Andy knew damn well she could
directly and quickly jeopardize his prosperity as she represented the Treasury
Department of
the United States of America or what was left of it.
Andy Ledger wondered
why he was filling out paper forms instead of clicking away on one of the
dozens of government computers sitting idle in their own tiny cubicles. Each cubicle compartment was labeled Public
Charity and
contained an old desk and a government computer that seemed to be stalled out
today. This would be Andy Ledger’s third
and hopefully his final visit to the U.S. Treasury Department’s Public Charity
office for the month.
The Charity lady like
most government employees asserted some kind of strict government rule when
Andy Ledger might have to ask a question.
The Treasury
Department’s chief weapon was the tens of thousands of rules and regulations
that controlled everything between the borders of America. Andy learned years ago not to ask too many
questions because they could be deemed heartless or irresponsible by the Charity lady
and banishment from the federal charity program could be the result.
Andy Ledger has been
reporting to the Public Charity offices for several years now as required by
law. With Andy’s income level he was
required to turn up three times per month to make his contribution.
Andy handed the
Charity lady the completed charity form and waited for the scheming public
employee to advise him how much money he owed today.
The Charity lady
didn’t have to pay any charity taxes because she was a direct unionized
employee of the federal government. She
gave Andy that thousand mile look and simply stated; “The Charity Tax is
$187.43 for the period Mr. Ledger.” Andy
Ledger told her thank you and pulled his six foot three frame out of the tiny
plastic chair after he claimed the Charity Tax Ticket that the Charity lady
silently handed him.
Due to Andy’s higher
income he had to pay the Charity Tax three times per month. The Treasury Department would receive weekly
reports concerning Andy’s income and they calculated the Charity Tax based on
estimated earnings for the year. The
U.S. government finally got rid of the I.R.S. Internal Revenue Service and the
Treasury Department with the help of Congress created the Public Charity
Agency. Any citizen earning income from
any source had to pay the Charity Tax and you might pay once a year like the
old days or up to sixty times per year at higher income levels.
Andy took the Charity
Tax Ticket to
the next waiting area where he would actually pay the tax of $187.43 as
indicated on the ticket. He sat down in another too small plastic office chair
with the dozens of other citizens reading their tablets or enjoying the free
coffee found in every Charity office. To
promote people paying their charity taxes on Monday’s every charity office in
the United States offered donuts with the free coffee. Andy wished it was Monday as he was hungry as
usual.
Once the Treasury
Department found out that citizens would pay their charity taxes on Monday if
you gave them a free donut it had become a national policy. The government didn’t collect charity taxes
on Saturday or Sunday’s so the Treasury badly needed the money collected by
Monday morning before noon.
The Charity Tax
Ticket had a ticket number 0025489 and Andy’s number was called out on the
loudspeaker and this same number displayed on the 100 inch T.V. screen in front
of the room.
Andy took the $187.43
Charity Tax Ticket 0025489 to the bank teller window and handed the form to the
next scheming government employee who turned away to take a sip of her coffee
and take a quick bite of a government donut.
Andy Ledger thought it was odd that the cash window teller had a donut
on Tuesday as he was standing there hungry giving them money.
The same verbal
questions started and had to be answered before Andy Ledger could pay his
Charity Taxes. The same questions, three times every month.
“Mr. Ledger, are you
an American citizen?”
“Yes”
“Mr. Ledger, are you
a homeless American citizen?”
“No”
“Mr. Ledger, are you
a public office seeker?”
“No”
“Mr. Ledger, do work
on a public farm?”
“No”
“Mr. Ledger, do you
believe in the scriptures?”
“No”
“Mr. Ledger, do you
support freedom of public lands?”
“Yes”
“Mr. Ledger, can you
pay your Charity Tax today?”
“Yes”
Andy Ledger took out
his Treasury Wealth Card and handed it to the teller and she scanned it and
tossed it back on the counter top without looking up from her computer
screen.
“Mr. Ledger, you
charity tax is paid.”
She turned away and
took another bite of her taxpayer funded donut and Andy turned and walked out
into the bright morning sunshine. The
warmth of the sun felt better than the cool air inside the Federal
Treasury Department
building that served as the local Charity Office for the little town
he called home. The flowers outside were
in full bloom and the colors made him smile much more then the pale green walls
of the Charity Office. Andy was used to
being outside and he always enjoyed walking the downtown area as he got to meet
a lot of people and kept him in shape.
It was a rule now that you had to work out at least one hour per day due
to national health care
Andy Ledger had
graduated from the government college only seven years ago and enjoyed some
degree of freedom inside the borders of his own county in Virginia. It wouldn’t take him much longer to get his GOOD
CITIZEN passport that
would allow him to travel the entire state of Virginia if he wanted.
He clearly remembers
the tall and stately lady that handed him his food engineering degree during
graduation. He had knelt on the cold
concrete floor as ordered as the old lady stated the state
graduation prayer over
him during the ceremony.
“This graduate has
declined the sorrowful death-trap of free enterprise and open speech.” “Without reluctance or shame he kneels on the
state floor but looks up to the crusade of the state.”
“From every corner of
his life, even if he is unwashed and unkempt he promises the hard work that
will be demanded of him as truly as I did for my own years.”
“The peculiar freedom
of the past is no more and the workingmen have rendered a better state.” “May
the congenial society accept Mr. Andy Ledger with all the advantages given to
him by the state.”
“We have removed the
massacre of capitalism that has cheated his mother and father and soon this
dashing young man will become a good citizen and reap the unspeakable wealth
offered by the state.”
“Mr. Andy Leger, if
you make the promise and pledge your faith to the state you may stand in front
of these good citizens.”
“We will watch
attentively as you grow within the frontier of hope and your should reason that
we will always be with you, the undeniable truth.”
His graduation was
his first step to his own prosperity as the uneducated citizen was a total
dependent on the state and worked the farms and the factories without any
choice of a better future or a pension.
Andy Ledger was one
of the lucky citizens even though it didn’t feel that way all the time.
Andy Ledger without any delay
pulled the trigger again that would send her to the ground-worms forever. He
was almost sure that the women would be digestible even though the housewife
didn’t talk palatable at all.
Andy for his own
protection put the first bullet in her as she ran out of the church and through
the fields only minutes before. The
warrant made it clear that she had connections to the PATRIOTS and should be
apprehended without delay. With plenty
of nerve she bolted out the side door of the church when she saw Andy Ledger
and his FEDERAL GOLD BADGE clipped to his belt buckle.
She was some kind of PATRIOT
SCHOLAR that
was giving some kind of anti-government speech and had devoted herself to
reveal and cure all the social evils in Emerson Alabama.
She was full of all
those wonderful Christian miracles and values but to Andy she was just another
slug that traveled to churches and public worship services.
There was some kind
of sincere protesting going on at the church as other peace officers
arrived. It was clear to Andy that their
dissent was getting loud as he could hear them shouting over fifty yards away. They would spend all night worrying over the
dead woman laying with her face in the dirt at Andy’s feet. They were protesting against the evils of the
government as loud as they could shout.
Several police units were now on the scene at the church so Andy turned
back to the dead woman and noticed that she had the BREEDER
MARK on her
ass when he pulled her panties down around her knees to verify the government
markings.
As Andy rolled her
over he also checked the STRAIN-TYPE-CLASS number of Mistress
Harper to verify
that he had killed the correct Negro per the warrant, which he did.
He could tell that
Mistress Harper had been given past instructions because he noted the whip-lash
marks left on her body. Andy thought it
was a shame but it was his job, day or night his sworn oath was to protect and
serve the citizens.
Andy
Ledger was
assigned to the Carolina Republic formed by the United States Congress and despite the
regular day to day troubles the system seemed to work most of the time.
The cheerful spark of
the United States Constitution allowed the amends to be made to the
black-mulatto population of the United States.
President Frederick got what he wanted and Congress went along to end the
seven year civil war that had killed hundreds of thousands of American
citizens. The United States had been
consumed as President Frederick admitted in his national speech in Rochester
New York only three years before. The
federal government was relocated to Rochester New York during the civil war as
Washington D.C. the previous national capitol was stripped by the rebellious
and unruly black-mulatto populations.
The Carolina Republic
consisted of the previous states of North and South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama,
Mississippi and Louisiana which was deeded over to the Carolina Republic’s
regional government authority under the total protection of the United States
Government.
The Carolina Republic
was conceived to pay off once and for all the slavery debt of the past. The black-mulatto populations supported
Frederick and with a sound and healthy mind President Frederick wanted to
create a new homeland inside the United States.
He didn’t have the votes but he did have the U.S. Army and Presidential
Executive Orders.
President Frederick,
by presidential executive order, ordered the U.S. Army to move into the old
states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and
Louisiana and hold their ground against the angry citizens fighting each other
over jobs, food, fuel, shelter and even clothing.
Massive unemployment
had taken its toll on the citizens and President Frederick deployed massive
government aid to the effected southern states. The black-mulatto populations wanted more
and the working class wanted to give a lot less.
