ON JUNE 28, 2016 Shawn Lucas served the DNC with class action law suit papers. It cites internal emails and memos recently released among the 20,000 that WikiLeaks made public before the Democratic National Convention. The DNC claims that Russia hacked its servers, releasing the emails, which WikiLeaks denies.

The lawsuit alleges that former Democratic National Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz “rigged the primary for Hillary Clinton” (which the emails certainly indicate); and that:

“Wasserman Schultz and the DNC were fraudulent, negligent and misrepresented their true motivations in the Democratic presidential primary.”

Initially, five security guards told Lucas he could not meet with anyone, it was against policy. He politely thanked them and waited in the DNC lobby while he and the videographer talked about the experience. After a DNC staffer arrived in the lobby, Lucas served her with the papers and looked into the camera, saying:

“That is probably one of the most gratifying things I have ever done.

“They’ve been served. Democracy has been witnessed today. Happy July 4th everybody!”

Twelve days later, ON JULY 10, 2016, SETH RICH, the DNC’s Director of Voter Expansion Data, was shot several times in his back one block from his home. The police stated his murder “was a robbery gone wrong.” Rich’s wallet, watch, and cell phone were still on his body. What was “stolen” is unknown. His murder remains unsolved.

In response to the lawsuit, the DNC filed a motion that mentioned Shawn Lucas, but the date doesn’t match the recording of the video, which occurred one week prior to what the DNC states:

“On July 6, 2016, Plaintiffs filed affidavits of service of process, in which Shawn Lucas and Brandon Yoshimura of One Source Process, Inc. claim to have served Rebecca Christopher (described by the affidavits as a ‘Creative Strategist’) with process for both the DNC and its chair at 1:30 p.m. on July 1st…

“In fact, the person with whom Mr. Lucas and Mr. Yoshimura interacted was not Ms. Christopher, but a different DNC employee named Rebecca Herries…Ms. Herries came to the lobby to meet Mr. Lucas and Mr. Yoshimura after she was repeatedly advised by security that Mr. Lucas and Mr. Yoshimura were refusing to leave unless they could hand some legal papers to a DNC staffer.”

(How could Lucas be excited about July 4th, which hadn’t occurred yet, if the papers were served on the 6th?)

Within two weeks of Rich’s murder, another occurred.

ON JULY 25, 2016, JOE MONTANO, the Chairman of DNC before Debbie Wasserman Shultz, allegedly died of a heart attack. He was also a Regional Director for Tim Kaine. He was 47 and had no history of heart problems.

Next, ON AUGUST 1, 2016, VICTOR THORN was found dead on top of a mountain near his home. His death by gunshot was officially ruled a suicide. But, why would he kill himself if he was at the pinnacle of his success? His bestselling books, The Hillary (And Bill) Trilogy, had just been bought for translation and foreign distribution.

Thorn was a well known investigative journalist whose articles appeared in American Free Press and his books about the Clintons were bestsellers, including the recent, Crowning Clinton: Why Hillary Shouldn’t Be in the White House. The Political Insider reported that Thorn was recently reporting on the Clintons involvement with the Mena, Arkansas illegal drug trade.

Then, ON AUGUST 2, 2016, SHAWN LUCAS was found in a bathroom in his home by his girlfriend.

None of these deaths are coincidences, especially because of the timing and the circumstances surrounding them.

Despite the logical chain, prior to Assange’s interview, no concrete link between Rich and the Wiki-leaks documents existed. Now it does.

Julian Assange spoke to Rich’s involvement in the following segment:

“Julian Assange: Whistle-blowers go to significant efforts to get us material and often very significant risks. As a 27 year-old, works for the DNC, was shot in the back, murdered just a few weeks ago for unknown reasons as he was walking down the street in Washington.

Reporter: That was just a robbery, I believe. Wasn’t it?

Julian Assange: No. There’s no finding. So… I’m suggesting that our sources take risks.”

Democratic National Committee staff member Seth Rich was murdered not far from his home in Washington, D.C. Rich was shot multiple times. 

You might recall that in the wake of Rich's demise, Metropolitan Police Department officials attempted link the murder to recent robberies in the area. 

"We are looking into some robberies that have occurred in that area and we will match the lookouts to see if that has anything to do with this murder," acting Capt. Anthony Haythe said at a press conference one day following Rich's death. 

There's just one issue: nothing on Rich's person -- not his wallet, iPhone, watch nor money -- was taken. 

Rich's father even told reporters that if it was a robbery, "it failed because he still has his watch, he still has his money — he still has his credit cards, still had his phone so it was a wasted effort except we lost a life."

Now Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is offering a $20,000 reward for information that could lead to the apprehension of Rich's murderer and, in an interview for the Dutch media show Nieuwsuur, implied that Rich might have been the source of the DNC email leaks provided to Wikileaks.
