You can most likely speak about Hillary Rodham Clinton but maybe not Benghazi were Islamic Muslim Extremists killed the U.S. Ambassador but don't talk about Kennedy in Japan because they're still trying to kill her.  

We're not sure about most things except our free speech, our right to keep and bear arms and other silly things in the U.S. Constitution.
