The Clinton Email Scandal, indictment pending. It is known now that Hillary Clinton had to give her secret username and password to Clinton operatives to transfer all her government communications to her own private underground computer server handling her top secret email. The simple act of giving another person her state department top secret username and password is illegal which will cause her indictment and prison term.
The FBI is investigating whether any staffers at the State Department had knowledge that classified information was being trafficked through the unsecured network.
Pagliano's cooperation suggests the investigation "is deepening" although there is no evidence a grand jury has been convened.
The Clinton campaign continues to downplay the FBI's investigation: "As we have said since last summer, Secretary Clinton has been cooperating with the Department of Justice’s security inquiry, including offering in August to meet with them to assist their efforts if needed,” Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon said.
Clinton suffered another set back in the case last month when a judge ruled that her aides could be questioned under oath as to whether the homebrewed email server was an attempt to avoid federal record-keeping laws.
So far at least 2,079 emails were determined to have classified information in them. Last month, 22 were determined to be "top secret." Clinton only turned over a portion of her emails to the government, so there is no telling what was in the emails that she deleted.
Clinton claims none of the emails were marked as classified at the time she received them.
Hillary Clinton broke many federal laws, you would be in jail already.
Hillary Clinton broke many federal laws, you would be in jail already.
There’s one that says you can’t put classified information in a non-classified setting. There’s one that says you can’t expose national secrets through gross negligence. Then there’s one that says you can’t destroy government information and one that says you can’t obstruct justice,”
