A group called the Youth Policy Institute, or YPI,
was approved by the Obama administration as the lead agency for Los Angeles

years ago to receive “promise zone” grants. With little fanfare, YPI was awarded a $30 million
grant in January 2012 as the “promise zone” recipient for Los Angeles. The organization is slated to receive potentially

The United States district court judge overseeing
the class-action lawsuit against Trump University is a member of the La Raza
Lawyers of San Diego.
According to the Daily Caller, Gonzalo Curiel
openly admitted in a 2011 judicial questionnaire to having a long history with
the group – whose name translates to none other than “the race.”
The controversial judge, who has attended at least
two La Raza Lawyers of San Diego meetings and was involved with giving “a law
school scholarship to an illegal alien,” is also a supporter of presidential
candidate Hillary Clinton.
“I think first of all it’s important to establish
that the judge is not only a Mexican radical, he’s a Hillary Clinton
contributor,” political insider Roger Stone told Alex Jones Saturday.
The judge’s position is seen by many as a conflict
of interest given his public support of illegal immigration.
Meanwhile, the media has all but completely
overlooked a massive educational scandal involving both Bill and Hillary
Clinton that dwarfs accusations leveled towards Trump.
“Trump University was a real estate course and it
was a very successful one for many people. Now there were a very small
percentage of students who were unhappy with the success of the course because
they didn’t go out and make a million dollars immediately,” Stone said.
“There’s an overwhelming satisfaction rate. The
number of dollars involved here are relatively small. This scandal pales in
comparison to Laureate University.”
As detailed by multiple journalists including
Breitbart’s Stephen K. Bannon, Bill was forced to step down as honorary
chancellor of Laureate Education last year after several shocking revelations
surfaced.
“The reason for Clinton’s immediate departure:
Clinton Cash revealed, and Bloomberg confirmed, that Laureate funneled Bill
Clinton $16.46 million over five years while Hillary Clinton’s State Dept.
pumped at least $55 million to a group run by Laureate’s founder and chairman,
Douglas Becker, a man with strong ties to the Clinton Global Initiative,”
Bannon writes.
“Laureate has donated between $1 million and $5
million (donations are reported in ranges, not exact amounts) to the Clinton
Foundation. Progressive billionaire George Soros is also a Laureate financial
backer.”

that with “$4 billion in annual revenue, Laureate Education is America’s
largest for-profit college company.”
As more facts regarding the looming and gargantuan
Laureate debacle are uncovered, Trump’s alleged scandal
will appear even more infinitesimally small in
comparison – especially given the ties to Clinton by the very judge expected to
fairly rule over the Trump University case.
The lady that started the legal actions is not even part of the action anymore so the judge keeps going anyway... he wants Trump under ground and the Clinton lawyers are somehow paying Bill Clinton, La Raza and who knows most likely with George Soros cash.
Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is
overseeing a fraud case against Trump University, is reportedly a member of the
San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, which is affiliated with the Hispanic
National Bar Association.
The Hispanic National Bar
Association sent out a press release last summer after Donald Trump, who is now
the presumptive Republican nominee, announced he was running for president and
created a controversy by discussing illegal immigration and crime during his
announcement speech.
The press release stated the organization’s
mission to target Trump’s “business interests,” according to the Conservative
Treehouse.
“By his recent derogatory remarks
about Mexican immigrants, Donald Trump’s disrespect of such a large segment of
the population of America is not only unbelievable but outright wrong,” the
press release states. “His comment that Mexico only sends rapists and criminals
to the United States reveals a racist nature that cannot and will not go
unnoticed by the Hispanic National Bar Association nor the Latino community.”
The press release adds:
The HNBA calls for a boycott of
all of Trump business ventures, including golf courses, hotels, and
restaurants. We salute NBC/Universal, Univision and Macy’s for ending their
association with Trump, and we join them in standing up against bigotry and
racist rhetoric. Other businesses and corporations should follow the lead of
NBC/Universal, Univision and Macy’s and take similar actions against Donald
Trump’s business interests. We can and will make a difference.
“Now, I doubt you could find a
more conformational reason for Donald Trump to be concerned about a Judge
overseeing the Trump University lawsuit, which everyone admits is based on some
sketchy legal standing, than Judge Curiel specifically belonging to a legal enterprise
of affiliates who have clearly stated their intent to target Trump’s business
interests,” the Conservative Treehouse writes.
Trump has been criticized for
suggesting Curiel is biased against him because of Curiel’s Mexican heritage
due to Trump’s plan to build a wall along the southern border and his stance
against illegal immigration.

La Raza is a very radical group so most likely judge Curiel should be investigated and all his court actions should be reviewed. the National Council of La Raza, has ties to the controversial organization,
which translates literally “The Race.” The judge is raced based, he belongs to La Raza.
U.S. District
Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who has been criticized by Donald Trump as a “hater”
appointed by President Obama who should be recused from the case, listed his
membership in the “La Raza Lawyers of San Diego” on a judicial questionnaire he
filled out when he was selected to be a federal judge. You know the guy is a liberal socialist if Barack Obama appointed him.
He was named in a
brochure as a member of the selection committee for the organization’s 2014
Annual Scholarship Fund Dinner & Gala. Meanwhile, the San-Diego based law
firm representing the plaintiffs in the Trump University case, Robbins Geller
Rudman & Dowd, was listed as a sponsor of the event.

To most of the
mainstream media, most members of Congress, and even many of their own members,
the National Council of La Raza is no more than a Hispanic Rotary Club.
But the
National Council of La Raza succeeded in raking in over $15.2 million in
federal grants last year alone, of which $7.9 million was in U.S. Department of
Education grants for Charter Schools, and undisclosed amounts were for
get-out-the-vote efforts supporting La Raza political positions. Sounds a lot like ACORN but the media won't cover the story and the pussy riot Republicans in Congress are too afraid or too slow to complete the research before they shovel dirt in Trump's face.
The Council of
La Raza succeeded in having itself added to congressional hearings by
Republican House and Senate leaders. And an anonymous senator even gave the
Council of La Raza an extra $4 million in earmarked taxpayer money, supposedly
for “housing reform,” while La Raza continues to lobby the Senate for virtual
open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens.
Federal funding surged to a radical immigration
group under the Obama administration after a former top member of the
organization joined the Obama team in 2009.
In 2009, Cecilia Muñoz was appointed as the Deputy
Assistant to the President and Director of Intergovernmental Affairs in the
Obama administration. She served in this position until January of 2012 when
she became the President’s Domestic Policy Advisor and the Director of the
Domestic Policy Council, a position which coordinates the domestic policy
making process in the White House.

Prior to Muñoz
joining the Obama administration, La Raza received $4.1 million in
federal funds. When President Obama brought her aboard in 2009, he issued a
special “ethics waiver” since it violated his lobbyist ban. In 2011, it was
reported by Judicial Watch that between 2009 and 2010, the funding increased
from $4.1 million to $11 million — more than doubling and nearly tripling.
During 2010, La Raza also received $2.5 million in
funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for reasons
such as housing counseling. The Department of Education doled out $800,000, and
the Center for Disease Control gave nearly a quarter of a million.
A section of La Raza’s website is devoted solely to
addressing these funds, under a portion titled ” The Truth About NCLR”, which
claims critics are wrong about how the federally given money is spent. “Some
critics have implied that federal funding earmarked to NCLR for housing and
community development financing has been used, directly or indirectly, in whole
or in part, to advance our public policy efforts on immigration. This is simply
untrue,” it states on the site.
It continues, “Our housing and community
development financing is carried out through our subsidiary, the Raza
Development Fund (RDF). Established in 1999, the mission of RDF is to bring
private capital and development assistance to local organizations serving
Latino families in areas such as affordable housing, primary health care, and
educational facilities. The RDF board of directors includes experts in housing
and community programs as well as representatives from a number of prominent
private financial institutions, including Bank of America, State Farm Insurance
Company, Citi, and JPMorgan Chase.”
Later, it justifies the expenditures of the funds
by saying no funding earmarked to RDF is retained by NCLR.
“RDF uses the funds appropriated by Congress under
the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development
Fund for the sole purpose of supporting its lending activities. Moreover, RDF’s
policy is that all earnings from its lending activities are to be reinvested in
the fund for the sole purpose of advancing its mission. Thus, no federal
funding earmarked to RDF has been retained by NCLR for any purpose; on the
contrary, NCLR supports RDF by deploying considerable resources of its own to
assist Latino-serving community-based organizations in developing community
facilities and housing programs.”
La Raza is still heavily active and vocal in
today’s current immigration battle as their president and CEO, Janet Murguia,
recently appeared on MSNBC calling protesters who drove away buses of illegal
aliens from being dumped in their town appalling and extremists.
Murguia is a former deputy assistant to President
Bill Clinton. According to La Raza’s website, she also sits on the board of
directors of the American Heart Association and the Partnership for a Healthier
America.
Additionally, she is on the executive committee of The Leadership
Conference on Civil and Human Rights and serves as the board chair for the
Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility. Her sister, Mary Helen, and
brother, Carlos, are both federal judges.
