Confessions of a New York City Newspaperman

The twisted minds of the Progressive Democrats are best described as thieves.  I sat in my office and worried about my assignment because I knew that the boss wanted what he wanted. 

The editorial offices sent back my original story about Progressive Hard Left Democrats that are direct kin to Communists and told me to write it again.

My original story about President Barack Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Eric Holder and Uncle Joe Biden created something of a stir at the editorial desk.

My story warned people about the danger of lost liberty and the theft of freedom because of the hundreds of shadow government programs operating inside the U.S. economy.

I was proud to point out and describe specific ways that an honest person could avoid the theft of their wealth and property but the twisted minds inside the newspapers said, hell no.

Well, after a few hours of careful considerations and some deletions I sent my copy back to editorial and they kicked it back by the hand of my boss, the editor.

He told me it was a good story but the possible harm it could do to the White House and the President outweighs all the truth typed inside my second draft.  He told me to stop writing crime stories and write him a shiny new story about President Obama getting his seven million ObamaCare buyers.

So, I got caught writing the truth about ObamaCare and my second draft was hand carried back to my desk and tossed on top of my New York magazine.  So I will just give you some advice from a New York Newspaperman that got caught.

I turned down a fast chance to make $50,000 to sell my story research and historical documents and have it published on the internet, you know, places like Yahoo.

Another guy told me he would write the story if he could use my research and documents and promised me a brand new shiny Cadillac when my story hit the magazines.

All the offers were tough to turn down because I can tell you everybody inside the Obama White House does not believe in the destruction of wealth and liberty.  As opportunities go I could have made some quick cash just to shut up.  One of the think tanks wanted to buy my silence and research.  To be honest that kind of clicked on the porch light in my brain and made me wonder how close my story hit home.

One night, almost a year ago, I was parking my older car in my driveway when I noticed a brown box, maybe a soft yellowish box, sitting on the chair on my front porch.  I hadn't bought anything from Amazon lately so I picked it up and unlocked my front door and tossed it the chair. 

After I had tossed my coat down and placed my car keys and briefcase on my office desk in the next room I came back to the box and noticed the sender was from Alexandria, Virginia.

There was no name of sender on the box so I peeled away the clear box tape and once I had it open it contained several things of interest.  A very expensive camera, a blue ladies purse and a envelope about eight  inches thick that weighed a few pounds.

Not satisfied with the closed envelope I opened it up and callously read a couple of lines of the first few dozen papers and tossed them on the chair in my office.

Whoever sent the government documents had them all sorted in the order they were drafted, sent or received just like clockwork.

At last I just sat down and kept skimming the documents and they gave me a special feeling of looking in a rear view mirror and the view sure wasn't you seen on ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC or even FOX news.  Someone had taken the time to steal away very important communications directly out of the White House senior staff and had written notes on the bottom of every document.

I wondered if the guy got caught?  For some reason, I'm not sure to this day why but, I peeked outside and looked for some strange car or a bunch of guys in long trench coats.  It sounds silly now but I also returned to the front door and made sure the dead bolt lock was in place and secure.

A stranger was giving me a close look inside the Obama White House and in my crime story days, this was a scoop.
