Nevada attorney Christina Gupana, who is managing voter-registration efforts for the Clinton campaign in the key state of Nevada, was the unwitting star of O’Keefe’s undercover sting video this week. Gupana was caught on film apparently conspiring to violate election laws.

James O’Keefe strikes again. The Project Veritas Action video appears to show an undercover investigator, wearing a hidden camera, capturing several potentially self-incriminating conversations by several individuals working with Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

Much of the eight-minute video focuses on Christina Gupana, a licensed Nevada attorney, who apparently manages the campaign’s efforts to register voters. In one discussion, Gupana instructs individuals who appear to be the staffers and volunteers, “Do whatever you can. Whatever you can get away with, just do it, until you get kicked out, like totally.”

These seem to reference electioneering tactics, which could be a serious matter. Much of the video concerns Clinton campaign operatives registering voters. This can be done legally only if a county clerk in Nevada appoints that person as a field registrar, which imposes strict legal duties upon that person. Under Nevada Revised Statute 293.505(10), while registering a voter, a field registrar shall not:

(a) Solicit a vote for or against a particular question or candidate;

(b) Speak to a voter on the subject of marking his or her ballot for or against a particular question or candidate; or

(c) Distribute any petition or other material concerning a candidate or question which will be on the ballot for the ensuing election.

But one clip appears to show campaign workers doing exactly that, showing a man the video identifies as Phillip Kim, allegedly a paid campaign operative, telling a voter, “I would say Hillary is your girl. You should go for a Democrat.” He immediately adds a disclaimer, saying, “But I can’t tell you one way or the other, that’s not my job.” However, the disclaimer does not undo what the video shows Kim just did—soliciting a vote for Hillary Clinton and telling a voter that she should mark her ballot for a Democrat. If done in connection with voter registration activity, those words would appear to violate the statute.

Another clip shows a man identified as Harrison Lee, who says he and another campaign operative “got kicked out” from in front of a public library, because they “can’t push HRC, Hillary, in front of the library.” He can be heard explaining that he had a campaign sign along with a voter registration sign at a registration table. “I had been doing that for a couple weeks,” Lee adds.

Regarding another incident, Lee says, “Like at a library or the DMV, we had been able to get away with asking the Hillary question after voter registration, for a long time.” The phrase “asking the question” is likely a reference to soliciting support from a voter.

Still another clip captures a man the video identifies as Henry Engelstein, regaling other campaign workers with his account of an encounter he claims to have had with a librarian who had come out with a law book because she “thought we were doing partisan voter registration”—that is, registration activities combined with soliciting support for Hillary Clinton, or for Democrats in general—reading the Nevada statute to them regarding what activities they cannot engage in while registering voters.

At this point, according to the video, Gupana can be heard weighing in, asking, “Wait, so what did she see, the caucus cards?” That could be a reference to a voter commitment card, which is partisan campaign literature asking for the voter to commit to supporting one particular candidate—here, Hillary Clinton—in Nevada’s Democratic presidential caucus, which will be held on February 20, 2016.

Distributing such material might violate § 293.505(10)(c), and asking someone to make that commitment might violate § 293.505(10)(a). When the worker clarifies that the material consisted instead of Hillary campaign signs and related materials to persuade voters to support Hillary, Gupana responds, “You should just hide all that stuff.”

Under Nevada law, NRS 293.505(15) specifies that any violation of this law is a Class E felony in that state, which can carry one to four years of prison time, plus separate civil fines of up to $20,000. Several of the activities captured or referenced in the video may constitute violations of the law, and if so, then it appears possible that an attorney with the campaign may have been encouraging the commission of illegal acts to advance Hillary Clinton’s candidacy.

Boehner gets his ass kicked by the Republicans

Like a damn banshee the congressman half-running down the halls of Congress was waving the last minute deal to dump Boehner as House Speaker.  The Barack Obama Iran Nuclear Deal, most of it Secret, means that Boehner gets his ass kicked by the Republicans and Barack Obama goes down in the history books as the Tyrant that loves the Islamic Muslim Jihadist government of Iran.  It is clear that Congress is an open revolt against Boehner but it's a lot different now.  The drunken Boehner threatened everybody last time and kicked them around the last time.  The voters say revolt so revolt we go. 

Congressman Peter Roskam wants the Iran nuclear deal killed because everybody knows that Obama is hiding the facts.  Boehner brags about a healthy conversation but it's not going to work this time, Boehner gets the boot. 

GOP Republican lawmakers have no way out this time around as Boehner never learned his lessons from last time.  The GOP won't say yes to Iran and Boehner will be removed.  The Democrats that are helping Obama cheat the world of peace will pay the price at the ballot box, so polish your resumes boys and girls, you're gone. 

Regardless of how the House chooses to proceed, the survival of the Iran nuclear deal is in little question now that Obama holds enough Democratic votes in the Senate to uphold his presidential veto should Congress vote to reject the agreement.

The secret tape recording was delivered to the Clinton Mansion

The secret tape recording was delivered to the Clinton Mansion and although it was very hot outside the delivery man was not allowed through the front door.  The poor short little bastard was standing outside in the harsh sun and heat feeling that he would surely die if not allowed inside the air conditioned mansion.  

He had handed Huma the shoe box size carton that contained the secret tape recording of Barack Obama preaching to his drug infested friends in college.  He was told to wait outside until the voice tape could be verified.

 The man wondered how long it would take so he stepped away from the back door and sat on a garden bench under the giant walnut tree.  The shade blocked the sun but the security guys were watching his every move. 

It was not a difficult process to turn on the tape recorder he included in the box and listen to the tape that was decades old at this point.  He could only guess that Huma damaged the tape recorder or damaged the actual voice tape.  

It was taking too long and the Clinton security guys, including the Secret Service, were starting to make him nervous.  The delivery man had heard the old cassette tape of Barack Obama talking about black power, restitution for slavery and other radical thoughts but what took his breath away was Barack saying "the brothers had to kill all the white people" which was the money statement that brought about the one hundred thousand dollar price tag. 

Hillary Clinton had bought the tape recording or we should say the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation bought the secret tape recording of Barack Obama during his college days at Occidental College in California. 

The delivery guy could almost see Huma or Cheryl watching the reels turn inside the cassette tape and taking a deep breath when they heard Barack.  Hillary would never get close to the tape until it was verified and the delivery guy off the property.

He had driven four hundred miles to make the delivery and was told by Huma the exact time he would be allowed on the property, not one minute before or after.  After the tape was verified they would give him the location of the cash money that he could go collect on his own.  He was hoping it wasn't too far, he was hot and hungry.

The voice tape also came with a sample folder of documents. If they liked the documents it was another hundred thousand dollars in cash.

One legal document clearly indicated that Barack Obama's parents did not have a recognized marriage certificate before they entered the United States.  The folder also proved the point that Barack was born in Kenya and the parents had bribed officials in the United States for a fake birth certificate for Barack allowing the Obama's to get on the welfare list.

Barack Obama's father wanted to leave his old life behind but he couldn't keep his dick in his pants and loved young white girls when he was drunk.  All the real surnames had been cut short but the trail of evidence were clear.  The United States had a foreign african negro as president and a lot of people knew it.

Huma came outside with Cheryl and told the delivery guy to go to Newport along the railway bridge and wait for sunset.  The money, for all of it, two hundred thousand dollars would be delivered down by the jam factory.  The only good news was that Newport wasn't that far away and he had time to eat before sunset.

The delivery man was escorted off the property like a sick child and he could hear the steel gate lock behind him.  He remembered a diner down the road so his plan was to make his phone call and grab some food.

Almost uncontrollably he ate his $2.49  burger like he was starving and he was very pleased that he wasn't some gay vegetarian.

The approaching sunset made the old jam factory look ancient as he parked his pickup truck by the railroad bridge along the dirt road.  He had a little fear out here by himself so the six shot pistol tucked in his belt gave him some comfort.

Then the nightmare started, three cars showed up and the second one was carrying Hillary Clinton, they must have discovered all the stuff was fake, the occupants had guns so he lit his last cigarette and hoped for the best as his phone rang.

He thought about pulling his pistol but the first shot was fired and he hit the gas. 

The ritual of spinning truck tires tossed hard gravel all over the shooters but they kept firing as Hillary ducked behind one of her escort cars, she also had a weapon.

The Ford pickup gained traction and the chase was on.

In addition to those resources specifically for pregnant women, the federal government funds roughly 1,200 federally qualified health clinics across the country that served 21 million people in 2012 alone and often provide birth control options, cancer screenings and women’s health exams, not to mention a wide-range of primary health services for women, children and men.

Congress Must Stop Funding Planned Parenthood

Regardless of the outcome of the very necessary congressional inquiry, there is no reason to continue entangling federal money with an organization nearly allof whose pregnancy-related services are abortion procedures.

There is nothing stopping individuals, organizations and businesses from continuing to fund Planned Parenthood with private dollars (although, requests by Coca-Cola, Ford and Xerox to remove their names from Planned Parenthood’s corporate donors list may be indication that even the private sector isn’t too happy with the latest, horrific revelations about the non-profit).

Policymakers looking to put limited taxpayer funds to more efficient and effective use should redirect those dollars to centers and clinics that can provide more comprehensive care for women. All women – but especially those facing difficult circumstances – deserve better care for their health and more options than the cold doors of an abortion facility.

No society that is truly committed to protecting basic human rights can continue funding an industry that harms women, takes the lives of the most vulnerable children and cheapens our respect for life – especially when its leader allegedly harvests and sells tiny organs for profit.

Those should be all the facts Congress needs to end funding of Planned Parenthood.

Levin claimed he has sources who inform him that Boehner, his “McCain staffer” aide Rebecca Tallent, Cantor, House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy, and Ryan are “finalizing these so-called ‘principles’” on immigration soon. Levin said those GOP leaders plan to attempt to force the House GOP conference to support their plan, similarly to how Ryan got House Republicans to support his budget deal with Senate Budget Committee chairwoman Patty Murray. 

“They’re finalizing these principles of their immigration plan without input from the rank and file and the rank and file will forced to go along, just like they did with the budget just a few weeks ago,” Levin said. “Remember? 'This is our budget, man, and we’re going with it, and anybody who criticizes it, you haven’t read it.' Turns out, none of them read it, and they’re cutting benefits and pensions from combat veterans.”

Levin said the reason why Republicans and the Chamber of Commerce—which he called the “Chamber of Crony Capitalism”—support amnesty is not because they think it will help the GOP but because they want more money. “If you increase or legalize people who are here illegally, there’s really no reason for business to increase wages or benefits on their own—which is exactly why the U.S. Chamber of Crony Capitalism is pushing it,” Levin said. 

You and I and everybody else, we have to pay for these school systems and hospital systems and the infrastructure that’s affected by all of this, local law enforcement, state law enforcement. And if the supply of foreign workers were to be addressed, illegal foreign workers, what would business do? Well, they’d have to offer higher wages and more benefits and better working conditions and so forth. That’s how the free market system works. That’s how free enterprise works. But they don’t have to do any of those things if we import labor or we legalize labor that was imported illegally. The Republicans don’t expect to get a majority of this vote. That’s just tripe. Boehner’s motive, Levin accused, is because he wants a lobbying job when he leaves Congress sometime in the next few years. “I will bet somebody $1,000 today that when Boehner leaves his Speakership, he’s going to become a lobbyist,” Levin said. “If I’m wrong, I’m wrong. Levin cited Milton Friedman to argue that a welfare state cannot have open borders. 

“Let me cite to you Milton Friedman, may I do that?” he asked his listeners. “He said it’s just obvious you can’t have free immigration in a welfare state. You can’t have free immigration in a welfare state. And our welfare state is massive, and getting bigger.

He also quoted former Sen. Eugene McCarthy (D-MN), who ran for president in 1968 as a Democrat but later endorsed Ronald Reagan for president in 1980, as saying the United States “cannot regain its competitive standing in the world by importing low-wage workers from other countries.”

“On the other hand, it endangers conditions this country cannot and should not tolerate,” Levin said, while quoting McCarthy. “Furthermore, in the modern age, a nation’s wealth and prosperity are procured by high worker productivity and investment and not by the availability of low-wage labor.”

Levin agreed with McCarthy’s one-time assessment of how amnesty and importing large swaths of unskilled or low-skilled immigrants would hurt the United States, and specifically, American workers.

“We’re dumbing down our labor force,” Levin said. “All this talk about inequality? When you import poor people, illiterate people, not all, but too many, unskilled or low-skilled people from other countries, from the third world or from Europe or what have you, from the Middle East or Africa, when you do that, obviously that has an impact on the ‘disparity between the rich and the poor.’”
