Obama gave millions of dollars to a foreign company to build out and present the world of losers with ObamaCare and the perfume from the White House won't cover up the smell of socialism.  The people that are responsible are trying to avoid the hanging but it might be too late.  Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama must again explain their lack of progress in saving the world.  Even with all the money in the world Barack Obama is just another loser that got an honest break from Americans and went bust.  The contractors are failures but they're worried about their reputations which really means that they don't have a leg to stand on.  What's a Development Seed Company that build HealthCare.Org and has failed completely?  How much money did they get?  Who monitored the contract performance?  Who's the government dummy pet that was in charge? This CGI group is some Canadian company which stands for the queer name "Conseillers en Gestion et Informatique" Group got a no-bid contract.  Now how in the world did the Canadian dummies get a no-bid contract out of the White House? They got 93 million bucks and since 2009 they've received 678 million taxpayer dollars.  The Obama, Pelosi and Reid failure known as ObamaCare The Affordable Care Act sucked up almost a billion dollars and shipped it north to Canada and hold your breath when we discover the players inside Development Seed and CGI Group. I guess you know that ObamaCare will cost you more than $2.6 Trillion dollars over ten years.  ObamaCare isn't a train wreck it's murder.  It's going to kill you.
