Barry Soetoro aka. Barack Hussein Obama does not have any further legal authority to hold the office of the President of the United States of America, even now Democrats may agree.  The Authoritarian Dictatorship of Nudge, Shove, Shout and Shoot is hereby made void by the people of the United States.

As Nancy Pelosi has also shown contempt for the people and descended from the same belief system she is also removed from her public office at this time.  These three people, Barry Soetoro/Barack Hussein Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, but not limited to the three, has gone against the wishes of the people to divided powers, profits and privileges.  

It has become common knowledge that to the respect of the nation many of their personal dealings have been motivated by their individual profits and not the wealth of the nation.  Their actions have resulted in wrongs against the people and insults against the nation of people.  The prosperity and wealth gained while in office shall be removed from the persons named and their heirs without delay and returned to the people of the United States. 

A constitution is the property of a nation, which means the constitution belongs to the people and not to Barack Hussein Obama or the federal government.  All the constitutions, by state, belong to the people and again, do not belong to Barack Obama or any person within the federal government. 

Our Republic was declared and established by the people, for the people.  We give Barack Obama no further rights or authority over any of the people.  The people have the right to revoke and remove Barack Obama so therefore it is said.  Barack Hussein Obama is hereby removed from office as the President of the United States as brought about by the people's constitution.

It is our right to petition the government and remove tyrants against the people and others that have never been elected by the people but simply hold office by authority of the above named people hereby removed.
