The tens of thousands of small factories that were scattered all across America are gone and are gone forever leaving the Negro unemployed for the next twenty to fifty years so Hillary Clinton wonders if a $ 4.3 Trillion Dollar Slave Restitution Compensation and Reimbursement Act could save the DNC Democrats and create a president Hillary Clinton.

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama understand that the Negro is much like a windup toy but this election cycle the Negro is not 100% into impulse buying the Democratic choice Hillary Rodham Clinton.  The psychological edge has been failing so the Clinton Crime Machine came up with the Slave Restitution Plan.
