The White House won't say anything about running and paying for Brown Whores in Cartagena, Colombia in 2012 but anyway, The whores were busy with the Obama Boys that you call the Secret Service, the protectors of the President. Now we know that Obama Boys were having a lot of fun and keeping a lot of secrets away from the citizens of the United States.
