Congress, both houses, do in fact now support a Slavery Restitution Bill, "Steamboat Amends and Slave Restitution Bill" has been circulating, secretly, through the House and Senate being pushed by people like Valerie Jarrett, Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder, Van Jones and always Barack Obama.
He sat alone even though he had an appointment. The five star restaurant was always full with people dropping names trying to get in. His reservation was for two as we looked blankly at the half page menu.
You could almost sense the money and power in the room. It was the place where deals were cut, handshakes were given, checks were passed, companies opened and closed over lunch. They were a couple of billionaires in the restaurant and if you looked hard enough a lot of millionaires sitting with power brokers, the Washington D.C. kind.
He wavered for a moment looking at the menu as the black suited waiter waited. The tall black waiter with his black vest and white shirt persisted in clicking his pen while he waited which was making Andy a little panicky. Andy Ledger had reservations but they pushed people through with an average spend of $300 a table for lunch so they were in a hurry as Andy kept stalling.
Even with a bundle of cash in his suit pants front pocket Andy was suffering that sense of poverty as the downtown restaurant was completely out of his league. He could see Hillary and Bill entering the restaurant with a couple of other people he didn't recognize but he was confident they had to be players. Hillary was running for President of the United States and was always in the news about something from the Muslim Brotherhood to secret computer servers in her basement.
Andy was sure that his inexperience in a five star restaurant was showing as another server swooped in unexpectedly with iced water and a mysterious basket covered with a linen cloth, most likely fresh baked bread he was sure as the smell filled his senses and urged him again to order.
The restaurant, the place for players and deal makers was named the "John Craig Walker Tavern" and had been in business since 1921 in New York City and was made famous by FDR carefully getting his "product" and "parcel" there which meant booze and a five dollar girl for the evening. Franklin did like his girls and booze so he enjoyed both in the back rooms or the upstairs rooms reserved for a very few.
The period of prohibition of alcohol from 1920 to 1933 didn't slow down sales at all as real life gangsters roamed from New York City to Chicago and everywhere between running booze, girls and guns. The Kennedy clan were gangsters tossing cash around for political favors and powers so the game is the same, the names have changed.
There was no difference between the Clinton Gang, The Kennedy Gang, The Obama Gang or a host of other corrupt government officials. Andy wondered what Franklin Roosevelt would have thought about Barack Obama, Van Jones, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson Sr, Louis Farrakhan and the other black radical nationals roaming around America. Andy was sure that the Secret Service would of been up their ass, photos taken, files created and pressure applied to keep the Negro's in their place, quietly.
There were a lot of stories about Franklin and what Mrs. Roosevelt didn't know wouldn't hurt her and Al Smith, the past governor of New York assured Franklin that the old lesbian wouldn't care anyway. FDR was a political power player and this was the place that he ate lunch, took his drinks and played in the back rooms.
The designer and architect of the famous Attica Federal Prison sat at these tables with Franklin and others while millions of dollars moved from the State Capitol of New York to the friends of Franklin mostly under the table and out of view. As the governor of New York Franklin was the man and then he was the king as president of the United States.
Some people say that unemployment insurance and the old age pension was thought out in one of the back dining rooms inside the John Craig Walker Tavern. FDR would never stand for 94 million men staying at home and not working or 47 million families on food stamps and the government paying their rent. Andy knew that America was changing but the political class was kind of nervous. America was changing but getting a little bit out of hand. Just because you were rich didn't mean you were safe in Baltimore, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles and other places and the minorities were out of control. Like always, gangsters have a plan, a under the table deal to make problems go way and put the Negro back in the box.
Jimmy Walker the corrupt Mayor of New York City, also the owner of the restaurant, often times visited the Franklin Roosevelt Governor's table and the Tammany Hall boys picked up a lot of Franklin's bar and bar fly tabs. Franklin called the graft or the cash fix as a donation to the future. If you wanted something in the state of New York you had to deal with street gangsters, Tammany hall boys and Franklin at the end of the day. You paid to play and their was a lot of playing. Once Franklin became president the games got bigger and the taxpayer money piles got deeper. Franklin knew about bribes, prisons and gangster because it was his playground.
When the Wall Street Crash brought about the Great Depression the "Johnny Walker" as locals called it about went under but the crime families of New York needed a place and "The Johnny Walker" was the place.
The five star restaurant was the place to be seen during the depression night or day just as was today and it took Andy three days to reserve the table for two.
Andy Ledger had been directed to meet the political activist "Mr. Hunt" from Tuskegee, Alabama at the Johnny Walker at noon on Thursday and his boss told him to pick up the tab in the pursuit of Mr. Hunt's happiness.
Logan Hunt had acquired many black American advantages from the political class but he also had a story to tell to the F.B.I. and Andy Ledger was the special agent assigned to take the notes and listen to the story. The minority leadership across America had promised to burn down major towns and cities if they didn't get what they wanted so the corruption in the DNC and GOP was full blast. It's against the law to buy or sell votes but that was of little concern to the D.C. power girls and boys.
Andy really didn't know but he would bet a cheeseburger that the NSA, DHS, DOD, DIA and even his own F.B.I. had this placed wired ten different ways.
He did know that the F.B.I. had files on all the players as they just released the files on Valerie Jarrett which was a very willing Communist working inside the White House for Barack Obama.
Michelle Obama and Valerie Jarrett were rivals for B Rock Obama so the first lady and the girl friend were friends of sorts but rivals for affection. The way to Barack Obama's heart was a cigarette, a cold beer and a porn flick without the girls.
The F.B.I. had started a file on Obama while he was a junior Senator from Chicago so they knew all about his scam of being a foreign student to get free college cash. They knew about his real life gangster connections and his b.s. college records that were hidden under layers of cash payments and lawyers. What people didn't really know for sure about Barack is that he wanted a total transformation of America.
The Secret Service guarded the President, the F.B.I. monitored them and the N.S.A.and D.O.D. watched everybody. The taxpayers and voters didn't see the real government because most of it was underground now and they had some really big plans. It seems the Negro Slave trade was open for business. The U.S. government was going to buy every American born Negro in America that 40 acres and a mule promise made years ago.
Mr. Hunt was friendly with many high level politicians and he had been pushing to create a change in America, constitutionally providing compensation for Negro's as a result of past slavery.
It was not like Lois Farrakhan wanting to kill all the white people or Jesse Jackson Jr. stealing almost a million dollars of donated dollars it was very real and threatening.
The President Barack Obama could sign an executive order today that would cause the flow of Trillions of dollars to minorities, without Congress. By the time Congress and the Supreme Court caught up Obama America would be burning to the ground and gunfighters would roam every street.
Many past presidents of the United States had attempted several national programs to make grants and payments to the Negro's but the trillions of dollars would not be enough for Mr. Hunt as compensation for past evils. Mr. Hunt wanted cash payments made to the Negro, regardless of Congress.
Mr. Hunt was not talking about more welfare programs he was pushing for a cash deal that would total trillions of dollars and be payable over a ten year period. Obama liked ten year deals because they ran past his term as president. As the GOP will take the White House they would also have to deal with the massive riots, raging unemployment, business failures, open borders and terrorists roaming downtown American streets. If the GOP won the White House they would still lose America, and that was the point, the total transformation of America by wealth-shifting not wealth re-distribution.
Mr. Hunt had already received enough DNC Democratic support in the House and Senate to have written the "Steamboat Amends and Slave Restitution Bill" and was sitting in a Congress committee at this very moment. The Slave Restitution bill had support but the GOP in the Congress had blocked it but Mr. Hunt wanted it moving again.
The F.B.I. knew a lot about Mr. Hunt and one thing for sure he was not satisfied with anything but action and he believed in deeds and not words. Mr. Hunt was very rich but more important he had worldly friends that were billionaires.
The Chinese government wanted re-payment, Greece destroyed the European Union, Russia was running rampant with Putin pushing Obama around so it was the perfect time to flip the civil war switch and start writing checks. Yes, Mr. Hunt believed in blackmail so he stirred up Baltimore and Washington D.C. and even the Negro politicians were afraid.
He seemed to be a kind and gentle man but he also played the weaker members of the African American community as suckers and was worth tens of millions of dollars. It was rumored that he could save your business buy steering rioters around your property.
The old hat players like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Barack Obama and others were low class players and Mr. Hunt's discouragement about the first black president was well known at the New York Times, Forbes, Wall Street Journal, L.A. Times, Boston Globe and all the big networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN and others. Mr. Hunt laughed about Trump getting shut down at NBC because it had proved big business, big government and corruption had combined. Mr. Hunt never wanted anybody like Trump in the White House so he was in a hurry. This is the year of the deal, the slave restitution deal that would transform the free union into a truly slave union of states with the Negro's in charge this time, taking their revenge.
Mr. Hunt was very willing to have another American Civil War.
He was influential and also late for lunch as Andy attempted to extend his free stay at the Johnny Walker table for two without ordering.
The clicking pen was driving him nuts.
He watched as Hillary waved at the kitchen staff.
