Here, then, is a brief list of things that will not get you banned by a sports league for life. Donald Sterling, as mentioned above, settled a lawsuit from the Department of Justice in 2009 in which the DOJ alleged that Sterling had discriminated against Hispanics, blacks, and families without children in housing. When specifically asked today, NBA commissioner Adam Silver explicitly said that the NBA’s ban on Sterling had nothing to do with past actions, only his nasty views. 2. Strangling somebody. In 1997, Golden State Warriors All-Star Latrell Sprewell, playing for coach P.J. Carlesimo, decided to go berserk after Carlesimo asked him to “put a little mustard” on his passes. Sprewell then wrapped his hands around Carlesimo’s neck and dragged him across the floor for seven seconds. He then emerged later and punched Carlesimo. Two years earlier, he had accosted a teammate with a two-by-four. He was suspended for a grand total of 68 games.

The suspension was unrelated to the slur. In 2012, Amare Stoudemire of the New York Knicks sent an anti-gay slur to a fan via Twitter. He was fined $50,000. There was no suspension. In 2013, Roy Hibbert of the Indiana Pacers used an anti-gay slur and was fined $75,000, without suspension. The Houston Rockets team is currently being sued by a gay waiter for their alleged use of anti-gay slurs. The NBA has taken no action.

5. Attacking patrons of your sport. In 2004, Stephen Jackson and Ron Artest of the Indiana Pacers leapt into the stands in Detroit to attack fans. Jermaine O’Neal fought fans on the court. A full-scale melee ensued with players fighting fans and fans fighting players. The result: Ron Artest was suspended the remainder of the season, Jackson was suspended for 30 games, and O’Neal was suspended for 15 games. In 1995, when Houston Rockets guard Vernon Maxwell didn’t like the comments of a fan, he charged into the stands and punched him. That resulted in a whopping 10 game suspension.

6. Pushing your girlfriend to have an abortion, then harassing her about it. In 2013, the press reported that current Clippers guard JJ Redick had an abortion contract with girlfriend Vanessa Lopez. When she became pregnant, the contract stipulated, she would have to have an abortion, and Redick would then have to “maintain a social and/or dating relationship” with her for a year or pay her $25,000. When she refused to have an abortion, he pressured her to do so. So far, there have been no repercussions.

7. Drawing your gun on a fellow player. Gilbert Arenas was suspended for 50 games, and his teammate Javaris Crittenton was suspended for 38 games after they drew firearms on each other while arguing over gambling debts. In the locker room.

8. Reckless driving resulting in a passenger’s death. In 2009, JR Smith, then of the Denver Nuggets, pled guilty to reckless driving. His reckless driving resulted in one of his passengers dying. He was suspended a total of 9 games.

Andy looked up at his white faced wall clock and wondered why he was still working so late because his staff of agents had already gone through the fifty plus files on his desk and had written them off as pissed off tea-baggers, tax-dodgers, child molesters, teenage drug addicts and one elephant trainer in California.

Andy decided to review one more file but the gatekeepers alarm went off indicated by a flashing red light on his computer monitor.  In a matter of thirty seconds the gatekeepers alarm had ended and the red light turned green indicating no further action required.  Andy knew in about one minute his phone would ring as was required and so it did; "Agent Ledger, this is Guard Gary Shane at the West Gate"  

Andy pushed the volume button on his black phone to increase the volume "We have a Ellie Ruby with a tire iron chasing her husband"  

Andy was flipping through the pages of the file on his desk as the White House guard Gary Shane told his story that was captured on camera which Andy Ledger flipped the switch "on" to watch the show on his secure computer screen. 

Andy smiled and started speaking "Mr. Shane, that lady is bigger than you!"  "Now that you've caught her Mr. Shane call the locals and get her some punishment"  Andy turned the next page of the folder opened up on his desk. 

The White House guard Gary Shane kept talking but Andy Ledger stopped listening because the FBI file he was reading out of Missouri was about a guy named "Brian" and his coworkers starting a gun club.  It looked like the club was getting some members from the real life police officer populations and were training in the woods which CBS uncovered and reported over eleven months ago. 

The story had several layers to tell but what caught Andy's eye was that every member in the gun club was suffering from HIV contaminated blood disorder.  A bunch of guys with the AIDS virus and a truck load of guns could be a problem.

Andy picked up his cell phone and punched up the Chicago office of the FBI while the guard Gary Shane concluded his story about the tire iron lady and hung up.

Referring to infringements on our freedoms, the Father of the Bill of Rights once wrote that such encroachments were more often “gradual and silent” than “violent and sudden.” That’s exactly what we’re seeing with President Obama’s proposed regulation on so-called 501(c)(4) groups: a stealth attempt to stifle the ability of ordinary Americans to participate in the political process

If you make $10.00 an hour

other people, this is called wealth re-distribution.

pensions for government workers.

This freedom to speak freely without censorship or limitation has now been directly challenged by the President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama II by requesting that you report private emails or other communications directly to the government of the United States. Do you remember this?  Barack Obama wanted to control you back in 2009 and now he's just about done it.  NSA knows everything about you, who your friends are, who your talking to and all your emails and text are saved for future use against you. This is now a centralized corrupt government and they have gained enough power over you to stop you.  Homes are financed by the government.  Major corporation want more illegal aliens made legal for cheap factory labor.  ObamaCare controls your actual health, life and death, and will absorb a larger and larger portion of your labor, called income.  The Obama government is stealing your actual manual labor through taxes, you're working for the state.  This is North Korea power.  This is Cuba power. This is Russia Soviet Union power politics.  

Each night you go to sleep in your government sponsored

home (FHA) and all the money came from China.

You own nothing.

China owns your home, car and everything else.

The President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama II, has clear leanings towards Marxism, which is a political-economic theory that presents a materialist conception of history, a non-capitalist vision of capitalism and other types of society, and a non-religious view of human liberation. President Obama closely relates to the ideology of communism. It is my belief that Obama is on a campaign to bring back slavery within economic expressions against middle class - tax-paying - working people.

The synonymous term freedom of expression is sometimes used to indicate not only freedom of verbal speech but any act of seeking, receiving and imparting information or ideas, regardless of the medium used. Freedom of speech and freedom of expression are closely related to, yet distinct from, the concept of freedom of thought. This is a direct attempt by the government of the United States at Censorship. Censorship is the suppression of speech or deletion of communicative material which may be considered objectionable, harmful, sensitive, or inconvenient to the government or media organizations as determined by a censor.

Political censorship occurs when governments hold back information from their citizens. The logic is to exert control over the populace and prevent free expression that might foment rebellion. You have the right to object and complain in a safe and legal manner. The government cannot halt your freedom of speech or inspire your neighbors and friends to spy on you through any form of political censorship.

This president has requested that others spy of your speech, behaviors and your thoughts. The censorship of thoughts, communications and actions are not new to human history, President Barack Hussein Obama needs to refer to historical events before he attempts to control the population of free citizens. His propaganda, his needs for his stated objectives are no more important than yours. His powers are limited by the Constitution of the United States which he has disregarded.

Independent journalism to verify and confirm the actions of the government, including congress and the judicial has been made voiceless in recent years making the free citizen limited in knowledge. Newspaper articles are now limited and offer limited details. Television news is owned by massive business and their own financial interests and political agendas limit their coverage and in depth coverage is almost nonexistent.

The republic of China has instituted thousands of persons as their government internet police and it seems that President Barack Hussein Obama will be monitoring the voices, emails, and communications of the free citizens of the United States of America to control the population.

Government is a device or a machine.

They control what you read.

They control what your children learn.

His attempt to hinder publications and distribution of ideas are the same as Arab socialists in Iraq, Communists in China and also Cuban media among a few. This sanitization policy allows President Obama to control the thoughts and communications of the free citizens.

It is certain that the U.S. government must have already hired censors to collect and report offensive or challenging thoughts and ideas from the people. There are only a few rational and reasonable reasons to censor. This censorship must be used to stifle, gag and repress some opposing thought and stop free citizens from arguing against the presidential plans and actions.

We are now moving quickly to a near-censorship situation. The government will hold information and the free citizens of the United States will barely know true and real facts. Through these presidential actions the free citizens of the United States will fear open, honest, safe and free communications of ideas and actions.

Your rights as a free citizen of the United States of America are now in full Peril. Your freedom to assemble, your freedom of movement, freedom of association, freedom of religion, freedom of information, thought and press is something that tens of thousands of Americans have paid for with their very life.

I urge you to write the President today and counsel him against his socialist activities, attempting to destroy capitalism, negating free enterprise and freedom of speech as he fails to understand that the United States of America is governed by our Declaration of Independence, Constitution of the United States and Our Amendments by the people and for the people.
