The Pentagon had never trusted the little bastard once the C.I.A. had discovered that Barack was following a stream of treason that would lead to the total destruction of America. It was years before the American people started to listen as most were scarcely aware that Barack was a Dictator and had a Communist enthusiasm and passion that would make Stalin blush. Helen was shocked for a while once she gained almost total access to the White House by shocking the Presidents system with drugs and sex and at times sex and drugs.

Her job was an inside job because Barack had been watched from day one.  The not so  friendly Russian Putin had been fighting back against the American economic sanctions and the RD-180 rocket engine was just the first shot at the White House.  The Pentagon had warned Barack but questioning the President these days was never a good idea.  The Democrats wanted to cut a deal and the Republicans wanted to move aircraft carriers to the Crimea to push back this newest Czar of Russia.  Barack had been accused of cutting a side deal with Putin concerning the RD-180 rocket engines with his political friends at Boeing and Lockheed Martin.  The contradiction with law and order was typical of Barack as his administration offered up harsh sanctions against Russia with one hand and took millions in bribes with the other.  The White House denied all of the charges but the GOP on Capitol Hill wanted his head on a stick.

Barack knew the rocket engines, built in Russia, were required to launch his NSA and CIA global satellites so there was money to be made.  Russia wants to ship them and the Pentagon wants them, only a nice bribe was needed.  Barack had learned and never accepted a suitcase full of cash but bartered for land around the world and mansions remodeled and painted fresh to Michelle's liking.  With a 523  million dollar defense appropriations bill for Russian rocket engines sitting on the floor of the House Barack promptly cut the deal.  His presidential library - tax free - charitable fund would receive ten million dollars in a cash donation and fifty acres of prime land in Virginia for his signature.  The Virginia land would be the site of his presidential library that would take at least a decade to design, fund and build but now the United States was totally reliant on the Russian bear for rocket engines.  His claim of global competition within the industrial base was the only way that America could save money.  Boeing and Lockheed Martin went to court and the halls of Congress to stop the deal but these two giant firms did it all for show as their business depended on government spending.  Barack would wink and nod because the Air Force had been spending almost $400 million for a single satellite launch and now it only cost $153 million each thanks to his intervention with Russia.

Helen Watkins watched the President move around the pork barrels out of site but they were filled to the brim and Barack always took a dip for his future plans.

Helen had conditioned Barack much like you would train a dog and with very few reversals the C.I.A. campaign to infiltrate the very inner circles of Barack's White House had been successful.  Helen had entered the land of hopes and dreams to find a corrupt administration of criminal activity and underground cash.  Thousands of people inside the Washington D.C. beltway were living off the gravy train but Barack's closest friend had opened the door for the C.I.A. operative Helen Watkins to enter the underworld.

Michelle was full of fascinating details about political corruption and underworld cash moving through hundreds of channels.  Michelle was caught up inside a secret F.B.I. sting operation in Nevada as high ranking members of Congress were controlling hundreds of millions of dollars of property and buildings. 

The Delaware Corporation "The New Owners" or "TNO" had many confidential dealings with the government including individual representatives from the Senate and the Congress.  The F.B.I. sting investigators were shocked but pleased to find Michelle in the middle of the money pile after "TNO" "The New Owners" went  public and raised over seven hundred and eight million dollars during their IPO initial public stock offering.

Michelle in a pair of handcuffs would destroy Barack but after all that's what the C.I.A. really wanted so Helen Watkins went to work.  The idea of pink handcuffs on the Communist Michelle made her smile and she finished by slipping on her black leather shoes.
