Ten little Indians cannot be suspended from public schools without district approval. Ten little Negro boys cannot be suspended from schools but Ten little White boys get kicked out. As the minority groups, black, brown and mixed try their best to avoid their education and disrupt the teaching of others the Barack Obama administrative state puts in the fix. You cannot kick out a colored kid, only the white ones. Really. In the progressive democratic way the colored children cannot be held responsible for their actions. In time, these same children will or course end up in jail because of poor habits, crime behavior and lack of self discipline.
