It is thought that DOJ Loretta Lynch ordered FBI James Comey to arrest Hillary Clinton for using CP Time (Zulu Time) colored people time in a white restaurant without government approval.

The Department of Justice DOJ issued an arrest warrant for Hillary Rodham Clinton as the primary operating office of the Clinton Foundation aka Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation under the Racketeering and Corrupt Organizations Act commonly known as the RICO act for using CP Time while in public office aka Secretary of State for the United States of America.  It is thought that DOJ Loretta Lynch ordered FBI James Comey to arrest Hillary Clinton for using CP Time (Zulu Time) colored people time in a white restaurant without government approval.  Mayor New York City Bill De Blasio could not be reached for comment, at any time, per his spokesperson. 

Hillary Clinton the Democratic Party front-runner for the President of the United States was denied all First Amendment Protection Rights during her arrest as FBI agents quickly removed her from a New York City west-side restaurant late last night, having dinner with Global Warming icon Al Gore and his lawyers.  RICO charges have been pending for almost two years, states DOJ spokesperson, claim no further details will be released as the DOJ office is operated under CP Time, referred to as Zulu Time, the office was about to close.

“C.P. time,” for the uninitiated, translates to “colored people time.” The phrase refers to a negative stereotype that when arriving to an event, black people generally tend to show up late. It’s a stereotype commonly joked about between black people and other minorities. Hillary’s line was meant to clarify what de Blasio meant by “C.P. time.” But the damage, it appears, had already been done, And it didn’t take long before social media was rife with ridicule toward the Clinton camp.
