MSNBC MSNBC IS DONE - MSNBC announced Friday that it is bringing on a new
vice president of communications. Rachel Racusen, currently an associate
communications director for the White House, will fill the role. Racusen, who starts her new position on December 8,
will arrive at MSNBC with experience at the White House, President Barack
Obama’s campaign and FEMA. She served as the deputy communications director for
the president’s 2012 re-election campaign
