Article 4. No woman shall have the legal right to bear a child, and no man shall have the right to become a father, without a permit for parenthood.

Article 5. Permits for parenthood shall be issued upon application by city, county, or state authorities to married couples, providing they are financially able to support the expected child, have the qualifications needed for proper rearing of the child, have no transmissible diseases, and, on the woman’s part, no medical indication that maternity is likely to result in death or permanent injury to health.

Article 6. No permit for parenthood shall be valid for more than one birth.

If you have not prepared your family against minority violence you should do so today.  If you do not have a food storage you should buy one right now.  If you do not have enough supplies to shelter in place those plans should be made today.  Barack Obama does not plan to slow down the minority violence because he wants Marshall Law and the FEMA holding camps opened, this time to hold millions of white folks as Farrakhan enjoys calling your family.

Farrakhan stated in his speech — given at Morgan State University, a black college located in Baltimore, Md. — that violence was justified in response to the decision not to indict officer Darren Wilson and peaceful protests are only in the interest of “white folks.”

The Negro, in their careless and robust language threatens, burns down, throws a  bottle and some rocks at innocent reporters that are filming their familiar crimes against their own people.

America is the only place and Barack Obama's America is the only place on earth that would allow open violence with a bit of laughter.  People now mostly understand that Barack Obama is a sot of a president, has no improving days in the future and is a chronic liar.  You can be sure that a liar is a cheat and be quite certain that the Negroes in Ferguson MO watches their colored leader for clues.

The Negro is a social and economic problem.  The Negro is a chronic and unending problem to the overall American populations health and prosperity as the Negro lacks the willpower to stay out of trouble. All the famous Democrats have spoiled and kept the Negro in slavery.  LBJ hated the blacks but not as much at JFK that used them daily for ignorant power.  The Clintons, both Hillary and the Impeached Bill Clinton pander to Blacks and suck up all their power to be used against them.  The slave is a slave still, thanks to the Masters, Pelosi, Biden, Holder, Obama, Clinton and thousands of others.  The Negro keeps selling and the Masters keep buying, it's the plantation of Washington D.C. The NAACP keeps talking but never talk about Jesse Jackson Jr. in prison for stealing his supporters money.  Al Sharpton pays of the IRS and works for the FBI and the mafia at the same time.  Something is wrong. 

As Ferguson MO is looted by the blacks and burns to the ground millions of honest citizens rapidly become in favor of absolute force to stop the criminal behavior.  As we understand that Barack Obama has become a dangerous joke as he has just made legal millions of criminals he clearly displays that he will never solve this problem.  The heredity of the Male Negro seems to distinguish their future regardless of what society does to try and help them.

The basic male Negro spends most of his day trying to satisfy some normal thirst for all things free.  Many believe that this trait was caused by slavery but most also realize that these are choices by black revolutionary fanatics.

Obama uses his executive power for stimulation like a drunk would use beer, wine and alcohol to circulate his emotions.  The Negro Obama continues to hide his past, college records, accurate historical records but the whiskey of corruption in his blood is showing.  We're seeing the same thing in Ferguson MO as the taste for violence and crime is in the Negroes blood just like his gin or brandy.  They drink in corruption and are mostly habitual criminals.

As a rule, the Negro Black Man takes in violence, corruption and crime in a direct proportion to their desires which, generally speaking, does in fact constitute a mental indulgence and disease.  What Negro would burn down another Negros small store?  What Negro would throw a rock or bottle at a T.V. reporter from behind?  What Negro would join the street mob and burn down police cars to their frames while on camera?  This is proof that this Mental Disease may flow from one generation to the next.

The people (voters) that gave Barack Obama his power in the first place did not have the historical perspective of the Negro Obama.  As a community organizer with mafia type connections Barack Obama was mostly a street thug with a free college degree and a winter coat.  Habitually the media calls Barack Obama smart but the largest numbers of Americans have discovered his true colors of corruption and greed.  As all habitual liars the Negro Obama declares nothing wrong; Benghazi, ObamaCare, IRS Lois Lerner, GITMO, Solyndra, Bundy Ranch raid, ISIS ISIL AL-QAEDA TALIBAN, Fast and Furious, Iran Nuclear, Israel, Putin of Russia, NSA Domestic Spying and now Ferguson MO.

Generally speaking, Barack Obama is a deep liar.  Everything he says or does therefore is based on one lie or another.  His mental illness should be checked by Congress and most likely removed from office today.  Barack Obama is delightful on the campaign trail as he only entertains the members of his own regional gangs and local mobs. 

There is nothing pleasant about Barack Obama.  There is nothing moderate about Barack Obama.  Obama is a street mobster that gained national power and he remains under intoxication of his fame.  The Negro in Ferguson MO has not been helped by Barack Obama so therefore they loot and burn their own town without regard to their own future.

Obama and his racial radical indulgences, are physical and mental.  When he makes a stump speech to Negroes he sounds like one.  When he creates fake fiat money with the Federal Reserve it demonstrates his plans for the total destruction of America.  Barack Obama will ruin the White Middle Class out of pure pleasure to comfort his internal flames of hatred.  Other world leaders have recognized this mental evil and now avoid him.
