There was no basis for the prior Ninth Circuit decision. Well, this Hawaii decision goes further than any court had ever gone before. Hopefully, it will get reviewed and reversed, but in the interim, the country’s safety is put into jeopardy because one federal judge decided to anoint himself the one Supreme Court of the country

If you start to apply logically all of the consequences of this judge’s ideas, it goes to places that would destroy the whole concept of borders, destroy the whole concept of nationhood sovereignty, destroy the presidential prerogative to destroy our borders. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton lost several mobile telephones carrying e-mails from her private server during her time in office, according to newly-released FBI documents on the investigation into her mishandling of classified information.

“[Huma] Abedin and [former Clinton aide Monica] Hanley indicated the whereabouts of Clinton’s [mobile] devices would frequently become unknown once she transitioned to a new device,” one report indicates.

On other occasions, a staffer would destroy Clinton’s old mobile phones “by breaking them in half or hitting them with a hammer,” the FBI documents reveal.

The fact that Clinton’s staff attempted to destroy her old smartphones whenever they could indicates that they knew there was sensitive information on the devices.

FBI director James Comey revealed in July that Clinton had sent and received emails that were marked classified at the time, and contained information that she and her aides should have known was classified.

Federal law prohibits the unauthorized transfer, storage, or destruction of classified information. Federal records acts likewise prohibit the destruction of government documents, which would have included work-related emails on Clinton’s server and mobile devices.

When old devices containing government documents are to be destroyed, there are precise procedures to be followed, especially if the devices are storing classified information that could endanger national security in the wrong hands.

Presumably, if Clinton’s old smartphones were lost, the information in her emails would be accessible to whoever had found them or obtained them by other means.

Comey indicated that Clinton’s use of private e-mail had indeed posed a risk of being hacked by hostile powers during her travel abroad. Her cell phones certainly would have been a prime target for foreign spies.

However, the documents do note that Clinton said she did not lose a cell phone while traveling.

One report notes that Clinton is known to have used 11 smartphones while Secretary of State, and 2 thereafter. Investigators sought all 13 mobile devices, but two had been destroyed and none of the others could be found.

Barack's ankles had marks left behind by the chains and so did his wrists as he was chained hand and foot for the last ten years and one day.

The federal government had jailed Barack and then convicted him in front of a federal judge and with a solemn nod the federal judge had sentenced him to death, by electric chair. 

He was transferred to the federal prison in Colorado and took the elevator to the tenth level down, most people thought they were only six and escorted to his cell, chained hand and foot.

He was in his isolation cell but he heard the voices of others and his cell block was swarming with Islamic Radical Terrorists transferred from GITMO Cuba all those years ago, he was in the beehive of Allah and everybody prayed through Muhammad, including Barack.

Barack learned very quickly that the pretty angels of Allah had no mercy for infidels, even Barack.  The massacre in Syria, Iran, Iraq, Israel and other places like Saudi Arabia and Jordan had in fact been the start of World War III, they blamed Barack.

The middle east had exploded in war as Russia, China, North Korea fought the United States, England, France, Saudi Arabia and Jordan but it was the Iranian nuclear explosion that ignited the world against Barack.

At sunrise, only a few days ago the federal guards opened his cell door and escorted him to the elevator that would take him to fresh air and probationary freedom.  He had been told that over 100,000 government protesters waited for him outside to welcome him back to freedom.

Barack's normally youthful and boyish look had been gone for years and he had lost the weight and a lot of his steam as he listened to the warden read his pardon by executive action, signed by the President of the United States Chelsea Clinton.

The so-called trial of the century had convicted Barack and his sentence was death but the socialist radicals wanted him free if Chelsea wanted another term in the White House.

The thousands of government protesters were screaming as they glanced at Barack being escorted off the prison property.  The police and military picket lines kept them from reaching their socialist hero as Barack waved and smiled for the first time in ten years.

Andy wasn't prepared to believe it! "Mr. Ledger, you're under arrest for the murder of Hillary." as the middle aged gold badge'd detective spread out like a brown bear.

The agent was to go to the end of the garden and wait.  His orders were almost whispered by his CIA boss only four hours ago, and the agent was asked to repeat it back exactly, so that's what Andy did, to the letter.

Hillary was unimpressed inside the silent C.I.A. world as the presidential front runner for the president of the United States she pulled a lot of weight, all the way to the Oval office.

Nevertheless Andy was intrigued by the old cougar as he noticed her eyes becoming very active which left Andy a little unsure.

"Luckily for you agent that your boss got me the cash today."  she turned away and starting walking through the garden and back to her mansion a few hundred yards away through the manicured plantings, fountains and walkways.

Andy noticed the sound of her walking, every stepping stone used, as he moved away in the other direction to the back streets and alley's reserved for delivery trucks and he guessed irresistible C.I.A. agents.

A white man packing a gun, delivering a fat brown envelop of cash, possibly to the next president of the United States in the middle of the night contributed to his feeling of dishonesty and he acknowledge the feeling by spitting on the Clinton lawn.

Andy could tell that Hillary Clinton was from the streets, not really that intelligent and taking bribes meant she had no pride of dignity.  The Clinton Foundation had a mountain of cash so why all the countless hundred dollar bills?

The C.I.A. often times played childish games with politicians around the world and even inside the United States but the games were increasing since North Korea exploded their very own Hydrogen Bomb just a few days ago.  The White House and Barack Obama has really funked up the world from North Korea to Syria, Iran and Iraq and the Ukraine.

The unseasonally cool breeze caught Andy Ledger off guard as he should have worn a heavier coat but his train of thought was broken.  He heard distant squabbling and he recognized Hillary's voice and there was no mistake, the other voice was Bill Clinton.

The weather was cool but Andy could tell the sliding door was open in the swimming pool building located in the middle of the mansions garden off the main house.  He couldn't really see their faces but he surely recognized their famous voices.  They were having a tangle about something as Andy noticed the floating lights of a flashlight approaching him.

Andy knew it would be the "workmen" on duty guarding the famous couple that everybody knew simply as the Secret Service.  At the distant between them the lights were just attached to dark figures approaching him and they were moving slowly and relaxed.

And then the boom filled the air.

It was an explosion and it was big.

Andy had been protected from the force of the blast by an old wooden fence but it didn't protect him from the noise as the booming continued ringing in his ear as he lay flat on his face on top of broken fence planks.

He was thrilled to be alive but the fear was filling him very quickly.  The uncertainty was clearing but the fear was replacing it and then his training and experience kicked in.

Andy got on his feet with his pistol drawn and looked toward the mansion as he was spinning from one side to the other looking, looking for anything that could kill him.

He heard running on the streets, like Army boots.

The air was now stale with smoke and bitter-tasting.

The massive dark cloud of smoke with a fire center must have been twenty to thirty feet high and the mass of construction girders, glass, wood and steel merged into some kind of tangle that was once the Clinton mansion.

Andy noticed that he was very thirsty and his panic exhilaration was almost gone as he became weak and sat back down on the wooden fence planks as the warning sounds of fire trucks and police cars got closer and closer. 

The guard dogs were barking and restless and they were making their own dangerous sounds in their own exhilaration.  Andy felt kind of empty and lost as he watched the mansion burn as he felt a knot of pain and damp blood on his leg.  

He tried to use his cell phone but his vision was getting darker and he understood that he was most likely going into shock so he just hit the home button on his phone, she would be worried if he didn't call.

As his phone rang he just closed his eyes.

Andy wouldn't wake up for three days as the hospital nurse was shaking him trying to wake him up from surgery.   All Andy saw was the nurse winking at him and his wife "Sandy" smiling down at him swaying around the nurse to get closer to him and give him the hug he must surely need.

Sandy leaned over and whispered into Andy's ear "Sam Lucy" which was like hitting Andy in the face with a stick.

"Sam Lucy" was the code words for immediate deadly danger that Sandy and Andy had agreed to years ago.  His eyes were still running over her beautiful face but her huddling so close and moving his hand to the hidden pistol under his pillow said everything.

He felt the solid pistol.

He saw the local P.D. outside his hospital room.

He heard the newspaper and T.V. reporters getting excited outside his door.

He heard the Washington D.C. Homicide Detective's cuffs click shut around his wrists.

"Mr. Ledger, you're under arrest for the murder of Hillary Rodham Clinton."  as the middle aged gold badge'd detective spread out like a brown bear.  "You have the right to remain silent so don't start crying here, you're lucky to be alive."  the detective had done his duty and stepped back away from Andy's hospital bed and smiled, kind of weird.

Later Andy would discover that it was more than a bomb blast that knocked him down he had been shot twice at the exact second of the explosions.  He knew it must have been the Secret Service or Pretenders coming toward him with the flashlights.

Andy had a lot of unfinished business and the first thing was this funking judge doubting everything Andy Ledger had said in the closed hearing.

Andy had some broken bones but he took the top cops and the judge back to the Clinton mansion grounds and retraced his every step and re-told his every word.  

It was like Andy walked off the edge of a cliff, it took him four months to get the fed's off his ass and sit at his desk at the C.I.A. staring at his boss.

"She ain't dead Andrew."  the director quenched his thirst with hot coffee.  "We just needed some time to discuss Iran and North Korea and Gitmo was full so she's floating out in the middle of the ocean."   the director of the C.I.A. is a retired admiral and he just loved talking about boats, boobs and booze. 

"We just borrowed her for a little."  the director would fill in the blanks at some point but Andy felt drugged because he was so his joy was silent.  "Hell Andy, she knew about the whole deal but it kind of freaked out Bill for a while."  the admiral looked at Andy with worry in his face "Don't worry, you're almost free Andrew."

"You hear me Andy, she's hold up in the murky lights of a Naval Destroy, the U.S.S. Something or another sailing around the world."  

"Somebody had to politically kill her Andy, so we picked you, no hard feelings."  the director got up and handed Andy his cup of coffee  "Andy, drink up boy, you look tired."

Andy was feeling hungry, the doctors said that was a good sign.

He needed a good sign.

You can bribe them, threaten them, flatter them of maybe there is another solution?

Maybe you can put Hillary Clinton in jail?  Maybe Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills will look better in prison garb?  John Kerry and Boehner could be cell mates. 

You can round them up, hold them in detention centers, feed them two colds and a hot daily and wait for the buses to show up.  The next time one of the progressive socialist radicals say "F**k America", hide their email's, accept a bribe to their foundation, or break the law, jail them, if they cheat the system, spread secrets around for cash we can bus them to a federal judge, the "F**k America" judge.
