The Open Letter to Barack Obama

Dear Mr. Obama:

Have you ever seen a Muslim hospital?

Have you heard a Muslim orchestra?

Have you seen a Muslim band march in a parade?

Have you witnessed a Muslim charity?

Have you seen Muslims shak[ing] hands with Muslim Girl Scouts?

Have you seen a Muslim Candy Striper?

Have your seen a Muslim do anything that contributes positively to the American way of life????

The answer is no, you have not.  Just ask yourself WHY???

Were those Muslims that were in America when the Pilgrims first landed?  Funny, I thought they were Native American Indians.

Were those Muslims that celebrated the first Thanksgiving day? Sorry again, those were Pilgrims and Native American Indians.

Can you show me one Muslim signature on the United States Constitution?  Declaration of Independence?  Bill of Rights?  Didn’t think so.

Did Muslims fight for this country’s freedom from England?  No.

Did Muslims fight during the Civil War to free the slaves in America?  No, they did not.  In fact, Muslims to this day are still the largest traffickers in human slavery.  Your own half-brother, a devout Muslim, still advocates slavery himself, even though Muslims of Arabic descent refer to black Muslims as “pug nosed slaves.”  Says a lot of what the Muslim world really thinks of your family’s “rich Islamic heritage,” doesn’t it Mr. Obama?

Where were Muslims during the Civil Rights era of this country?  Not present.  There are no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking side by side with Martin Luther King, Jr. or helping to advance the cause of Civil Rights.

Where were Muslims during this country’s Woman’s Suffrage era?  Again, not present.  In fact, devout Muslims demand that women are subservient to men in the Islamic culture.  So much so, that often they are beaten for not wearing the ‘hajib’ or for talking to a man who is not a direct family member or their husband.  Yep, the Muslims are all for women’s rights, aren’t they?

Where were Muslims during World War II?  They were aligned with Adolf Hitler.  The Muslim grand mufti himself met with Adolf Hitler, reviewed the troops and accepted support from the Nazis in killing Jews.

Finally, Mr. Obama, where were Muslims on Sept. 11th, 2001?  If they weren’t flying planes into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon or a field in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people on our own soil, they were rejoicing in the Middle East.

No one can dispute the pictures shown from all parts of the Muslim world celebrating on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and other cable news networks that day.  Strangely, the very “moderate” Muslims who’s asses you bent over backwards to kiss in Cairo, Egypt on June 4th were stone cold silent post 9-11.  To many Americans, their silence has meant approval for the acts of that day.

And THAT, Mr. Obama, is the “rich heritage” Muslims have here in America…

Oh, I’m sorry, I forgot to mention the Barbary Pirates.  They were Muslims.

And now we can add November 5, 2009 – the slaughter of American soldiers at Fort Hood by a Muslim major, a doctor and a psychiatrist, who was supposed to be counseling soldiers returning from battle in Iraq and Afghanistan.

That, Mr. Obama is the “Muslim heritage” in America!

Obama's Ties to the Son of an Arafat Confidante

In 2007 Obama appointed Robert Malley, a director with the International Crisis Group (ICG), as a foreign policy advisor to his campaign. Over the years, Malley—whose late father was a confidante of Yasser Arafat and a beneficiary of Soviet funding—has penned numerous articles blaming Israel for the failure of the 2000 Camp David peace talks, exonerating Palestinians, urging the U.S. to disengage from Israel to some degree, and recommending that America reach out to negotiate with its traditional Arab enemies such as Syria, Hezbollah, and Hamas. He co-wrote some of these articles with former Arafat advisor Hussein Agha.

In mid-2008, the Obama campaign was forced—out of political necessity—to sever its ties with Malley after the Times of London revealed that he had secretly been in regular contact with Hamas leaders.

Notwithstanding Malley's fall from grace, President Obama's foreign policies have been very much aligned with the recommendations of Malley. For one, Obama has often emphasized his willingness to negotiate with even the most unyielding enemies of the United States, and has sought to persuade Israel to take that same approach. Six days after his inauguration, for instance, Obama stated in a television interview broadcast in the Middle East: “[A]ll too often the United States starts by dictating ... and we don’t always know all the factors that are involved. So let’s listen.” He subsequently called on Israel to drop its “preconceptions” and to negotiate for peace with Hamas, the terrorist organization whose founding charter remains irrevocably committed to the permanent destruction of Israel and the mass murder of Jews. Obama further signaled an eagerness to conduct “unconditional talks” on nuclear matters with Iran—even as as that nation was actively supplying high-tech weaponry to Hamas and Hezbollah, and even after its president had repeatedly declared that “Israel must be wiped off the map.”

Obama's Ties to J Street, Advocate of Israeli Concessions

President Obama has also demonstrated an ideological compatibility with J Street, an organization which believes that peace between Arabs and Israelis depends wholly upon the development of “a new direction for American policy in the Middle East,” a direction that recognizes “the right of the Palestinians to a sovereign state of their own.” Toward that end, J Street supports “diplomatic solutions over military ones,” and “dialogue over confrontation.”

Israel’s partner in such a dialogue would necessarily be Hamas, which holds the reins of political power in Gaza and steadfastly denies Israel’s right to exist. Yet J Street has cautioned Israel not to be too combative against Hamas, on grounds that the latter “has been the government, law and order, and service provider since it won the [Palestinian] elections.” In the final analysis, J Street traces the Mideast conflict chiefly to the notion that “Israel’s settlements in the occupied territories have, for over forty years, been an obstacle to peace.”

In October 2009, Obama signaled his support for J Street's agendas when he sent national security advisor James Jones to deliver the keynote address at a J Street conference.

Obama Appoints a DHS Official with Ties to Islamic Extremists

In April 2009, President Obama appointed Los Angeles deputy mayor Arif Alikhan as assistant secretary for policy development at the Department of Homeland Security. Two weeks before he received this appointment, Alikhan—who once called the jihadist terror group Hezbollah a “liberation movement”—had participated in a fundraiser for the Muslim Public Affairs Council, which is linked to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Alikhan had previously served as deputy mayor of homeland security and public safety for the City of Los Angeles. There, he was responsible for derailing the LAPD's efforts to monitor activities within the city’s Muslim community, where numerous radical mosques and madrassas (Islamic schools) were known to exist, and where some of the 9/11 hijackers had received support from local residents.

Obama Appoints a Pro-Sharia Advisor

During the early part of his presidency, Obama appointed Dalia Mogahed—a pro-Sharia Muslim—as his chief adviser on Islamic affairs.

What Dalia Mogahed Has Said About Sharia and Radical Islam

According to the Investigative Project on Terrorism, in 2007 Mogahed “appeared to suggest that the Muslim Brotherhood might be a peaceful alternative to jihadists.”

In a 2007 interview, Mogahed was asked to comment on the harsh punishments (like stonings, canings, and dismemberment) associated with Sharia Law. She replied that Muslims generally tend to view Sharia as a framework for achieving “a more just society,” “protection of human rights,” and “rule of law.”

Mogahed has consistently defended radical Islamist organizations like the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the Islamic Society of North America, both of which have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. At the Religion Newswriters Association's annual conference in Washington, DC in September 2008, she stated that it would be unfair for those groups to be “disenfranchised” because of “misinformation” about their affiliations to Islamic radicals. “[T]here is a concerted effort to silence, you know, institution-building among Muslims,” said Mogahed. “And the way to do it is [to] malign these groups. And it's kind of a witch hunt.”

Mogahed was a leading voice in the Leadership Group on U.S.-Muslim Engagement, which in September 2008 issued a 154-page recommendation paper—a number of whose suggestions (on how to improve America's relationship with Muslims globally) were eventually adopted by the Obama administration. The paper specifically called on the U.S. to engage opposition parties (including the Muslim Brotherhood) in Egypt, and to use intermediaries to engage Hamas—in hopes of moderating the terror group.

In early October 2009, Mogahed was interviewed on a British television program hosted by Ibtihal Bsis, a member of the extremist Hizb ut Tahrir party, which seeks to facilitate the creation of a worldwide Islamic state governed by Sharia Law. Bsis and another guest (also a member of Hizb ut Tahrir) stated that Sharia should be “the source of legislation” for all nations in the world. They also repeatedly condemned the “man-made law” and the “lethal cocktail of liberty and capitalism” that existed in Western societies. Mogahed did not dispute any of their assertions. Instead she stated that the Western view of Sharia was “oversimplified,” and that the majority of Muslim women around the world associated Islamic Law with “gender justice.”

Obama Goes to Cairo to Address the Muslim World

On June 4, 2009, President Obama went to Cairo, Egypt to deliver a much-anticipated address to the Muslim world. During the weeks prior to the speech, he made sure to invite Muslim Brotherhood leaders to attend. During the speech itself, the President stated that “anti-Semitism in Europe culminated in an unprecedented Holocaust.” But he made no mention of the Arab anti-Semitism of the World War II era (and beyond), even though he was speaking in the very country that had made a national hero of Grand Mufti Haj Muhammed Amin al-Husseini, who spent the war years in Berlin as Hitler's guest, helping the fuehrer facilitate the Final Solution. Nor did Obama once mention the word “terrorism.”

Drawing a moral equivalence between the historical experiences of the Jews and Middle Eastern Arabs, Obama said: “The Jewish people were persecuted.… [A]nti-Semitism … culminated in an unprecedented Holocaust…. Six million Jews were killed…. On the other hand, it is also undeniable that the Palestinian people — Muslims and Christians — have suffered in pursuit of a homeland.”

Obama also made reference to the “pain” of the “dislocation” experienced by some 600,000 Arabs during the 1948 war—a war that began when five Arab armies united to attack Israel in an effort to destroy the nascent Jewish state on the very day of its birth. But he said nothing of the 900,000 Jewish refugees who were forcibly expelled from regions all over the Arab Middle East, where they and their ancestors had lived for hundreds, even thousands, of years.

“There has been a stalemate,” Obama elaborated. “Two peoples with legitimate aspirations, each with a painful history…. It's easy to point fingers—for Palestinians to point to the displacement brought about by Israel's founding, and for Israelis to point to the constant hostility and attacks."

Professor and Hudson Institute fellow Anne Bayefsky observed: “Calling the Israeli-Arab conflict a ‘stalemate’ represents an abysmal failure to acknowledge historical reality. The modern state of Israel emerged after an internationally approved partition plan of November 1947 that would have created two states, one Jewish and one Arab; this plan was accepted by Jews and rejected by Arabs. One people has always been prepared to live in peace, and the other has chosen war in 1948 and 1956 and 1967 and 1973 and 1982, and renewed terrorism after its every loss.”

Obama Urges Jewish Leaders to Put “Daylight” between the U.S. and Israel

In July 2009, President Obama hosted American Jewish leaders at the White House and informed them that he sought to put “daylight” between America and Israel. “For eight years [i.e., during the Bush administration], there was no light between the United States and Israel, and nothing got accomplished,” Obama said. In that same meeting, the President told those in attendance that Israel would need “to engage in serious self-reflection.”

Obama's First Address to the UN General Assembly

In his first address to the UN General Assembly in September 2009, President Obama devoted five paragraphs to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. In his remarks, Obama boasted that under his administration, the U.S. had already joined the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). He did not mention that the UNHRC had adopted more resolutions and decisions against Israel than against all the other 191 UN member states combined. Moreover, many of those member states are themselves notorious human rights abusers.

Regarding the Mideast conflict, Obama drew a moral equivalence between the suffering of the Israelis and of the Palestinians. Most notably, he rejected the legitimacy of Israeli “settlements” and he referred to Israel as an “occup[ier]” of Palestinian territory: “We continue to emphasize that America does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements.”

Obama Opposes Israel's Plan to Build Houses in Settlement Near Jerusalem

In November 2009, Obama expressed displeasure over Israel's approval of a plan to build 900 new homes in Gilo, a settlement of 40,000 Israelis situated in a part of the West Bank that Israel had captured (and annexed to Jerusalem) in the 1967 war in which the armies of several Arab nations sought to destroy the Jewish state. While Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu pledged to limit new construction in West Bank settlements, he stated that the Jerusalem municipality would be excluded from any settlement limits sought by Washington. Said Obama: “I think that additional settlement building does not contribute to Israel's security. I think it makes it harder for them to make peace with their neighbors. I think it embitters the Palestinians in a way that could end up being very dangerous.”

Obama Laments that Israel Has Been Unwilling to Make any “Bold Gestures” for Peace

In a January 2010 interview, President Obama said—despite Israel’s acceptance-in-principle of a Palestinian state, its readiness to negotiate, and its commitment to an unprecedented ten-month Jewish construction freeze in Judea and Samaria—that Israel theretofore had made no “bold gestures” for peace.

The Obama Administration Again Criticizes Israeli Settlements

During Vice President Joe Biden's visit to Israel in March 2010, a Jerusalem municipal office announced plans to build some 1,600 housing units for Jews in a section of that city. In response, Biden reportedly told Prime Minister Netanyahu: “This is starting to get dangerous for us. What you’re doing here undermines the security of our troops who are fighting in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. That endangers us and it endangers regional peace.”

Sustained and Blatant Disrespect for Israel

The Wall Street Journal describes what happened in the aftermath of Biden's visit: “The president launched an unprecedented weeks-long offensive against Israel. Mr. Biden very publicly departed Israel. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton berated Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on a now-infamous 45-minute phone call, telling him that Israel had 'harmed the bilateral relationship.' (The State Department triumphantly shared details of the call with the press.) The Israeli ambassador was dressed-down at the State Department, Mr. Obama's Middle East envoy canceled his trip to Israel, and the U.S. joined the European condemnation of Israel. Moments after Mr. Biden concluded his visit to the West Bank, the Palestinian Authority held a ceremony to honor Dalal Mughrabi, who led one of the deadliest Palestinian terror attacks in history: the so-called Coastal Road Massacre that killed 38, including 13 children and an American. The Obama administration was silent. But that same day, on ABC, [Obama adviser David] Axelrod called Israel's planned construction of apartments in its own capital an 'insult' and an 'affront' to the United States. Press Secretary Robert Gibbs went on Fox News to accuse Mr. Netanyahu of 'weakening trust' between the two countries. Ten days later, Mr. Netanyahu traveled to Washington to mend fences but was snubbed at a White House meeting with President Obama—no photo op, no joint statement, and he was sent out through a side door.”

Washington Post columnist and Middle East expert Jackson Diehl wrote that “Netanyahu is being treated [by Obama] as if he were an unsavory Third World dictator.”

According to the Jerusalem Post, Israel's ambassador to the U.S., Michael Oren, received “the same message of American disapproval and outrage” from Deputy Secretary of State James Steinberg. Oren called the incident “the worst [for Israel] with the U.S. in 35 years.”

It should be noted that, contrary to the Obama administration’s insistence that Israel was jeopardizing peace by encroaching on negotiable terrain, the construction site in Jerusalem was anything but disputed territory. Jerusalem is Israel’s capital and the construction site was in Ramat Shlomo, a Jewish neighborhood where housing construction had been underway since the early 1990s. By its insistence that Israel cease all building in East Jerusalem, it was the Obama administration, and not Israel, that was breaking with precedent.

Obama Refuses to Intervene in an Israeli Dispute with Turkey and Egypt

In April 2010, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu withdrew from an Obama-sponsored Washington summit on nuclear proliferation after it became apparent that Turkey and Egypt intended to use the occasion to denounce Israel's nuclear program; Obama chose not to intervene in this dispute.

Obama Sidesteps Referring to Islamic Terrorism As the Cause of Daniel Pearl's Death

In May 2010, when President Obama signed the Daniel Pearl Press Freedom Act, he did not mention that Pearl, the late Wall Street Journal reporter, had been beheaded by Islamic terrorists because he was a Jew. Nor did the President mention that Pearl, in the video recorded of his gruesome murder, had been forced to state specifically that he was an American Jew. Instead, Obama euphemistically referred only in general terms to Pearl’s “loss.”

The Obama Administration's Response to a Gaza-Bound, Terror-Linked Flotilla

In early 2010, a Turkish organization known as the IHH—which has known ties to Hamas, al Qaeda, and the Muslim Brotherhood—collaborated with the Free Gaza Movement (FGM) to organize a six-ship flotilla of Muslim and anti-Israel activists who would sail to Gaza for the purpose of breaking Israel's naval blockade (which had been established to prevent Hamas from importing weaponry from Iran and other allies abroad). The IHH owned and operated the Mavi Marmara, the flotilla's lead ship. The flotilla set out toward Gaza in late May of 2010. For several days, Israel issued warnings that the ships would not be permitted to dock in Gaza without first submitting to an inspection of their cargoes. When the crews of the vessels refused to comply, Israeli commandos intercepted the flotilla on May 31. The IHH-affiliated activists responded violently, attacking the commandos with knives, clubs and pistol fire. In the melee that ensued, nine activists were killed and seven Israeli soldiers were wounded.

In the wake of the flotilla incident, MSNBC reported that the Obama administration “wants to see a new approach that would allow more supplies into the impoverished Palestinian area while guaranteeing Israel's security”; that there was “a growing consensus within the administration that U.S. and Israeli policy toward Gaza must change”; that “White House officials said they had warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government to use 'caution and restraint' before the raid on the aid convoy”; that Vice President Joe Biden was in favor of putting “as much pressure and as much cajoling on Israel as we can to allow [the Palestinians] to get building materials and other designated humanitarian aid into Gaza”; and that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton supported a Security Council statement condemning the “acts” that had cost the lives of the activists aboard the Mavi Marmara.

In remarks he subsequently made during a meeting with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, Obama urged Israel to put a stop to its settlement activity and called on the Palestinians to avoid inciting further confrontation. He also called on Israel to reassess its blockade on Gaza, adding that “the way to solve this problem” would, by necessity, involve the “creation of the Palestinian state.”

$400 Million in Aid for Palestinians

In an effort to contain the political fallout from the Mavi Marmara incident, in June 2010 President Obama offered to send an extra $400 million in “humanitarian aid” to the Palestinians of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. This was to be above and beyond the $600+ million in aid which the U.S. was already sending to the Palestinian Authority each year.

The Obama Administration Allows the Palestinian Flag to Fly at the PLO Office in DC

On July 25, 2010, JTA News reported that “the Obama administration will allow the PLO office in Washington to fly the Palestinian flag and assume the title of 'delegation'”; that this decision had “symbolic value” but had “no meaning under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations”; and that the White House “suggested the [measure] would help spur the Palestinians toward direct peace talks with Israel.”

A Stark Contrast between Obama's Holiday Messages to Jews and to Muslims

In his Rosh Hashanah message in 2010, President Obama only once referred to “Jews”; made no reference at all to “Judaism”; promoted the creation of a Palestinian state; and never mentioned the monumental contributions Jews had made to the United States. By contrast, in his August 2010 Ramadan Message, Obama referred to “Muslims” six times and to “Islam” twice; he stated that “American Muslims have made extraordinary contributions to our country”; and he praised “Islam’s role in advancing justice, progress, tolerance, and the dignity of all human beings … a faith known for great diversity and racial equality.”

Obama Criticizes Israeli Settlements Yet Again

On November 9, 2010, The New York Times issued the following report regarding the increasingly strained relations between the U.S. and Israel: “President Obama’s criticism of new Israeli housing plans for East Jerusalem, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s even sharper retort, have thrown the Middle East peace talks into jeopardy, with the dispute over Jewish settlements looming as a seemingly insuperable hurdle.... [T]he brusque exchange between Mr. Obama and Mr. Netanyahu reflected again the gulf between Israel and the United States over settlements.... When asked about Israel’s plans for 1,000 housing units [in] a contested part of East Jerusalem, Mr. Obama said, 'This kind of activity is never helpful when it comes to peace negotiations.' ... A few hours later, Mr. Netanyahu’s office responded with a statement, saying that 'Jerusalem is not a settlement; Jerusalem is the capital of the State of Israel.'”

Sabotaging Israel's Relations with Egypt

In 2011 the Obama administration supported the Egyptian revolution that overthrew Egypt's longtime president (and U.S. ally) Hosni Mubarak. In June 2012, the high-ranking Muslim Brotherhood figure Mohammed Morsi won the first free presidential election in Egyptian history. After being sworn into office on June 30, he announced that Egypt’s peace treaty with Israel would eventually have to be “revise[d].”

Obama Expresses His Belief that the Palestinians Sincerely Want Peace with Israel

In a March 2011 meeting with Jewish leaders, President Obama contended—against all historical evidence—that “Israel’s [Palestinian] partner is sincere in wanting a peaceful settlement.” Meanwhile, he asked his Jewish interlocutors to “speak to your Israeli friends and relatives and search your souls to determine how badly do you really want peace … Israelis think this peace process is overrated.”

Obama Calls for an Arab-Israeli Land Swap Based on Pre-1967 Borders

On May 19, 2011—just a few hours before Prime Minister Netanyahu flew from Israel to Washington—President Obama delivered his “Arab Spring” speech at the State Department. After saying that “Palestinians will never realize their independence by denying the right of Israel to exist,” he called for the establishment of a Palestinian state—even though neither Hamas nor Fatah had ever acknowledged Israel’s right to exist. Nor did Obama make such acknowledgment a precondition of the establishment of a Palestinian state. Obama also urged Israel to understand that it would never be able to achieve genuine peace if it persisted in seeking “permanent occupation.”

In issuing his call for the existence of “two states,” Obama said that “the borders of Israel and Palestine should be based on the 1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps, so that secure and recognized borders are established for both states.” He was referring to the borders that had existed before the 1967 Six Day War in which Israel occupied East Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza. In that war, Israel defeated the armies of three Arab nations (Egypt, Syria, and Jordan) that were massing on Israel's borders and preparing to launch a war of annihilation against the Jewish state.

In response to Obama's speech, Prime Minister Netanyahu said that a Palestinian state based on the pre-1967 borders would leave the Jewish state “indefensible.” “The viability of a Palestinian state cannot come at the expense of Israel's existence,” the Israeli leader said.

Obama Avoids Mentioning Terrorism Directed against Israel

In early September 2011, the Obama administration issued talking points for the upcoming 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. A follow-up question was: “Is it the view of the United States that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel …? Nuland replied: “We are not going to prejudge the outcome of those negotiations, including the final status of Jerusalem.”

At a July 26, 2012 press briefing, White House spokesman Jay Carney likewise refused to state directly which city is the capital of Israel. Our position has not changed.” The reporter then repeated, “What’s the capital?” Carney responded, “You know our position.” The exchange grew more tense when World Net Daily reporter Lester Kinsolving, who was also in attendance, interjected: “She doesn’t know, that’s why she asked … she does not know, she just said she doesn’t know—I don’t know! ... Tel Aviv or Jerusalem? ... Could you just give us an answer ...?” Carney, however, would not elaborate any further. “You know the answer ... Our position hasn’t changed,” he repeated again.

Pro-Israel Language is Removed from the Democratic Party Platform

In September 2012, it was learned that several pro-Israel sections that were part of previous Democratic Party platforms, had been removed from the 2012 platform. For example:

The 2012 platform made no mention of Jerusalem, whereas the 2008 and 2004 Democratic Party platforms had declared “Jerusalem is and will remain the capital of Israel … It should remain an undivided city accessible to people of all faiths.” The revised platform was consistent with the Obama administration’s controversial refusal to openly recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

Whereas the 2004 and 2008 platforms had asserted that the creation of a Palestinian state “should resolve the issue of Palestinian refugees by allowing them to settle there, rather than in Israel,” the 2012 platform was silent on the matter.

The 2008 platform had declared that “the United States and its Quartet partners should continue to isolate Hamas until it renounces terrorism, recognizes Israel’s right to exist, and abides by past agreements.” The 2012 platform, by contrast, contained no mention of Hamas.

Previous Democratic Party platforms also contained promises to help Israel maintain its “qualitative military edge” in the region. The 2012 platform said only that “the administration has also worked to ensure Israel’s qualitative military edge in the region,” but made no pledge to continue doing so in the future.

Following much public criticism of the foregoing omissions, Democratic Party delegates (at the party's National Convention) amended the platform to restore the reference to Jerusalem—but not the references to the refugee issue, Hamas, or Israel's “military edge.”

We have a president who described 21 Coptic Christians beheaded on a beach in Libya by Muslim terrorists as just some “Egyptian citizens.”

As Islamic State beheads and burns to death prisoners in slick promotional videos, Obama’s spokeswoman proposes the solution is finding them jobs. Yes, at the direction of the president, she says this is about “jobs for jihadis.” So I ask the crucial question, “Who’s hiring?” How about Obama? I hear there’s a need for White House interns. Just keep them away from gasoline and matches.

We have a president who won’t use the words “Muslim” and terrorist in the same sentence, even at a White House terrorism summit.

That summit opened with a Muslim prayer, primarily included Muslims, excluded the head of the FBI, and welcomed the head of the former KGB.

Even the former head of the CIA, James Woolsey, was flabbergasted and worried by Obama’s statements.

We have a president who claims Muslims have been “woven into our country’s fabric from the first day”…even though this is a complete lie.

There were no Muslims present at the founding of America, then, but we did interact with them. America’s first war as a new nation was against Muslims (the Barbary Pirates).

We have a president who not only won’t tie Muslims to terrorism, but amazingly considers conservatives and anyone who believes in individual rights to be the biggest terrorist threat.

It’s not as if we don’t have a terrorist threat from radical Islam right here, right now. It was just Sunday that we heard about a serious jihadist threat against the Mall of America – with Somali immigrants in Minnesota at the center of this frightening episode.

Yet we have a president desperate to bring more and more Muslim immigrants to our country – including Syrian refugees coming direct from the home of Islamic State, leaving even our own even intelligence community shocked and frightened.

In the midst of all this, Obama chose to scold Christians at the annual White House prayer breakfast for actions taken hundreds of years ago during the Crusades.

Obama doesn’t just blame Christians. He blames Jews too. He refuses to meet with the Prime Minister of Israel, at the same time he meets enthusiastically with Jihad-supporting Qatar.

In light of these statements and actions of just the past few days, what exactly is wrong or “extreme” about Rudy Giuliani’s statement about the president? What conclusion would you draw? Who’s side is Obama on? Obama’s thinking can only be described by any normal American as “foreign.”

While the agent was trying wake up the President other agents across the nation were also rapping on doors in the middle of the night. America was attacked, in several places at once as the drunken president watched T.V. from the bedroom in the White House.

Barack Obama is a dangerous fraud as he announced his war plans to the enemy which could cost tens of thousands of lost lives and ISIS ISIL TALIBAN AL-QAEDA to regroup in a different area to save their Islamic Caliphate State of Murder, Raper and Destruction.

The national security of the United States is a play today as Germany has failed NATO and cannot fight, Greece cannot pay back its loans and they will default as China dumps 80 billion dollars in U.S. bonds which will force an international trade war, like in 1930 that will collapse America, American jobs and put every home and family in danger. 

These things are the things that create the times of war. The time of war is again upon the people of the United States and we have the wrong leader in the White House.  The Middle East is in the heart of Obama and not America.

The White House, Barack Obama, has ordered the State Department to issue a travel warning to Israel, of course two weeks before Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel date to speak in front of the entire U.S. Congress, all will attend except the radicals of the DNC that will boycott.

Barack Obama has sent operatives to Israel, the Jewish State, to overthrow the government and destroy the re-election of Netanyahu as Israel understands that Iran plans on a global nuclear war, which Obama will be party to as he has done nothing to stop the Islamic Muslim Extremists develop a nuclear weapon and international delivery system.

Timidly the White House secret service agent rapped on the presidents bedroom door, perhaps apprehensively but with more force than the first time.  President Obama was now the world's greatest hobbyist as the American people no longer respected his words or deeds to the presidents astonishment.

This president, thoroughly, could care less about the United States and his only occupation was acting like a spoiled teenager when he didn't get his way.   Beyond golf and riding around on Air Force One this president always claimed the high ground even if he had to dance around the truth in front of the entire world.

The presidents late night that the press would call needed leisure time had done Barack in as his eyes were puffy and you could tell he had been drinking and smoking too much, just like the activity reports suggested when the agent reported for duty tonight.

ISIS, ISIL, Taliban, Al-Qaeda, AQAP and dozens of other Radical Islamic Muslim Extremists were painting their Sharia Law across the world with blood but leisure time dominated this presidents schedule.  In the last several months, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Jordon, Yemen, Libya and other hot spots around the world moved from private hands of their citizens to the bloody hands of the Jihadist.

The problems inside the United States bear heavily on every honest citizen as unemployment breeds the Barack Obama welfare state and wealth re-distribution.  The terrorists are killing by every way possible but President Obama has reduced 100 million Americans into poverty by his combined failed liberal, progressive, socialist government policies.  The combination of Islamic Terrorism and Economic worries the average family could not forget his daily problems even with ObamaCare, Food Stamps, Free Cell Phones, Subsidized Housing and other government welfare programs.

All the official government reports were lies and cheated the truth like M.I.T. professor Jonathan Gruber did and now made famous by lying and cheating citizens about ObamaCare.

The American people discovered that Brian Williams of NBC  lies and cheats the truth to get the cash and to be a big shot.

People knew the name Lois Lerner, the now retired I.R.S. liar and cheat that targeted the American Tea Party that now wanders around during her retirement paid for by taxpayers.

People now understand that New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio is comfortable with Socialism and Communism and doesn't think much about the NYPD police department but he loves Cuba.

Congressional records clearly indicate that Eric Holder should be held in contempt of Congress, the first attorney general in the United States to be held in contempt.  The Fast and Furious Gun Running by the government has probably killed hundreds of people in Mexico but Eric Holder isn't going to share the entire story with the America citizens or their Congress.

With all this is mind the secret service agent stood silent for a couple of seconds while Barack Obama tried to open his eyes and clear his head from expensive alcohol and tried to speak.

By this time the staircases leading up to the presidents White House bedroom were filled with armed guards and secret service agents.  The agents filled the White House grounds and military security teams were activated within the one hundred mile radius of the White House.

The White House Mansion was now a military fort and graphic reports flowed into the situation room about Militant Islamist Jihadist killing people all across the District of Columbia the home of the United States government.

Despite official reports and documents the American people had been told by Barack Obama that Islam was not the problem as  it was just a few bad apples at the bottom of the barrel.  Many wondered about the size of the barrel as thousands of minority Black and Latino insurgents filled the streets and joined in with the Islamic Extremists and were lighting fires of arson across the country.

The Congressional library was on fire this very moment and the first responders were being fired on with high powered rifles and even pistols from drive by cars.  It was being reported that collections of books were already destroyed and some of the finest paintings in the world were ashes and the fire was growing.

America was under attack this morning, not by planes like 9/11 it would be a ground war by the hands of Islamic Terrorists.

Reports of heroic deeds by the New York City Police Department were coming in to the almost empty situation room and vivid pictures of Americans being beheaded on main streets across the nation.

Even Ferguson Missouri was making the national news again as colored militants and insurgents were busy burning down the local police department and rioting was reported across St. Louis as excited local reporters got in their news vans and hurried out and away from the gun shots and radicals.

The Al-Jazeera network was on top of the news reporting with more vivid shots of riots, shootings and fires as the president knew as Barack's T.V. was on and tuned into Al-Jazeera in his bedroom and his private study.  Barack Obama looked up but did not say a word and opened the door wider to allow the Secret Service agent enough room to enter as if the agent was a most intimate friend.

Authorized persons were standing outside the bedroom as they are not permitted to enter the presidential bedroom at these hours without permission from Barack Obama or Michelle.  Michelle Obama  was also up and covered by her silk pink robe as she hated these late night visits, even though very rare.

The presidents mother-in-law was now walking down the hall and entered her daughter's bedroom and revealed her displeasure about all the men in the halls.  She always had an interesting angle on anything and everything and was mostly just a house pet that enjoys the good life helping supervise the grand children's sun shinny days.  

She also had a bad habit of collecting heads of secret service agents she didn't like and she was on a roll trying to find out who leaked the picture on Twitter of one of the girls.

Barack Obama went into his study and the secret service agent followed and ingeniously remained silent until the president spoke his first words of the day "What is it?"  the president didn't even look up as he returned to his television watching.

The secret service agent was staring straight ahead at the Gordon Grant painting of the ship "Constitution" to avoid staring at the hung over and ragged president at 3:17 on a Friday morning.

"Cottage Burning Sir!"  the agent truly stood at attention because those two words "Cottage Burning" was the code for a complete evacuation of the White House Mansion.

The remarkable group of guards and secret service agents were mostly men of war and they knew a war when they seen one and they were about tired of waiting.

The president raised his left hand and gestured to the agent to stop talking as he was listening to a special report on Al-Jazeera.

The governor of New York was planning on calling out the National Guard in Albany and New York City as the governor and New York City mayor Bill De Blasio were being shown together in their own situation room in some basement filled with computers and advisors in bright red jackets with large white letters printed on their backs "Emergency Response".

The secret service agent waited some more and was now looking at the painting of the war ship "Old Ironsides" which was noted for its victories in the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812 which was the last time the White House was attacked and set on fire which could happen again in only a few moments.

The DOD Department of Defense, CIA Central Intelligence Agency, FBI Federal Bureau of Investigations, DIA Defense Intelligence Agency, DHS Department of Homeland Security, CBP Customs and Border Patrol, NSA National Security Agency and White House officials were now arriving and leaving the White House at the same time.  The "Cottage Burning" order was out so leadership arriving was removed and the leadership in the Government including Congress, Supreme Court and the White House were ordered and escorted off White House grounds.

Barack Obama's chief of staff entered the presidents bedroom without asking and not one person dared to make him pause.

He sat a presidential executive order on the presidents candy desk in the study and handed Barack a black pen.  There were three copies of this presidential executive order and Barack took the pen and started signing the documents.

It was not appropriate for the secret service agent to try and read the order but tried he did.  The deeply tanned chief of staff was in blue jeans and wore a white t-shirt with Harvard printed on the front in red letters.

Reports were now coming out that the ports on the West coast down around Long Beach and San Pedro were now on fire and SWAT teams were in a fire fight with unknown subjects.

The little steamer Al Sharpton was now showing up on another T.V. set, The  MSNBC network militant radical star Al Sharpton was shouting about the sinking of America and a new beginning and was giving some kind of victorious speech when his voice cracked in excitement.

ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN and others were reporting some kind of engagement with Cuba in the Gulf of Mexico with U.S. Naval ships with a promise of more information to follow.

FOX News was the first to report that the radicals from the Gaza Strip was firing hundreds of missiles at Israel.  The secret service agent was sure now that the president was trying to avoid hearing the news even as he watched the pictures on T.V.  FOX also reported that our own Secretary of the Navy was about to go live on T.V. to make some announcement which motivated the president to get out of his chair and stand by the mantelpiece of the fireplace.

The noted Secretary of the Navy showed himself in full camouflaged uniform which the secret service agent knew was a very close friend of president Obama.  The president turned away from the fireplace and was watching FOX news of all things.

The Secretary had just returned a few days ago from a tour of Europe and an inspection of NATO ground forces that were still fighting the Russian bear in the Ukraine.  Putin didn't stop at Crimea and he had sent over 100,000 Russian troops into Ukraine and thousands had been killed and the CIA reported that Moldova and Romania were next on the list.

The Secretary was aboard a Naval war ship and fully camouflaged which made him look a little ominous and threatening.  This man had earned his way up the military chain and now the political chain but was sinking in front of the cameras.  It was reported that he was aboard the U.S.S.  Naval Vessel Roosevelt somewhere in the Persian Gulf area which was considered secret.  A few years ago the Secretary of the Navy was the picture of health but even his deeply tanned skin didn't hide the scars of reporting to the current commander in chief.

Last summer the Islamic States of Iran, Iraq, Syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkey, Lebanon, Libya and Egypt among others declared Jihad against Israel and the United States and the friends of America.

Last summer Putin of Russia mounted a strenuous campaign against the United States and NATO allies and at the same time the Islamic Radical States declared their Caliphate and Jihad.

Closer to America Fidel Castro died and passed on to hell as the island nation of Cuba slipped back into the hands of Russian economic, military  and political power even as U.S. citizens spent their dollars at the newly constructed hotels and casinos built by capitalism.

Americans could fly from Orlando Florida to Havana Cuba during the summer for $29.00 one way so tens of thousands would travel daily to the island of whores, poker hands and legal drugs under Communism including Congressional leaders and White House staff members.

The Secretary of the Navy; "It has been reported but not verified as of yet that Israel has completed early morning airstrikes against the Islamic State of Iran."  the secretary turned the page of his white briefing book and continued

"Israel rebukes the government of Iran and their killing of Jews and Christians around the world."  the secretary turned the page with a little more energy this time

"It must be confirmed but DOD Department of Defense has determined that Israel most likely used several U.S. made "Amberjack Bombs" and as many know they  can leisurely destroy most capital cities."  the secretary looked up as he turned the page of his statement

"After the last election, our past friend, Netanyahu of Israel, promised that he would never allow Iran to gain nuclear weapons and after months of trying to convince our own leadership took matters into his own hands."  the secretary closed his briefing book and looked straight at the men and women gathered on the deck of the ship. He noticed that his grandchildren would be the age of most of the men and women facing him today.

"Our own leadership, navigating the Islamic menace around the world, looking up and down for solutions, trying many assortments of solutions failed to stop the creation of a nuclear weapon in Iran."  "It saddens me, and many others, that Iran has now deployed several nuclear cruise missiles against the people of Israel, Saudi Arabia and Jordon  and the missiles have caused great destruction."  the secretary took no question and ended his statement "God bless America."

The president returned to his chair and his Chief of Staff reminded him of the "Cottage Burning" order which mandated the evacuation of the White House.

The president slipped deeply into his leather padded chair and pulled out a map of the East coast of America and looked almost happy and cheerful as he pointed to the exact spot where the pilgrims had landed off the ship Mayflower.

The president talking now, to the room, not to anybody in particular, 

"It seems the Muslim swordfish and killed the American whale."  

"The thrilling enthusiasts of the founding fathers and the so called supremacy of Democracy has been smacked down by Allah." 

"It was a thrilling race and the front ranks of Israel have been killed." 

"Iran will now kill the various celebrities starting with the gay men, will start beheading high government officials here and there, navy officers, military men and rape the women, slaughter the diplomats and their children, and kill every publicists around the world."  

"My friend Putin should postmark his last will and testament today as his representatives are already under ground where you want me to go."  The president was not rambling  but seemed to be confused using wordy stories that could fill volumes.

"The Constitution is Scrap as I told you before."  "The general idea of man being free of Allah was silly."  "The variety of your death and the degree of your torture is not known yet but, it won't be much longer now."  "They are no more cares and troubles gentlemen if you only acknowledge Allah as God and lay aside your own Christian hobby."

The secret service agent heard a pistol hammer being pulled back but the first body dropped to the floor in a pool of blood before he could reach his own.  As the first pistol shot grew older a new blast replaced it and then another.

The secret service agent remembering what happened in China when someone tried to kill a White House representative grabbed the president and tossed him down to the floor.

The president was no longer a man he was just a package and it was the agents job to protect him and get him out of harm's way. 

Now automatic weapons were heard firing, sounding like it was from the attic as  the president was grabbed up by several agents now and pulled down the hall to a lower level.

During the last several years the White House grounds had been breached, one intruder making it inside the White House so the president was first to realize this was a real life attack.  The training kicked in as the agents moved the president lower into the mansion and collected him and his family at the secret door to the underground shelter.

In some ancient sense the secret service agent knew he would die that day but, he had to save the president.  Suddenly like a clipper the agent heard the helicopter pounding and landing on the White House lawn, it gave him hope and his resolve surged a thousand percent as his commander ordered them outside to board the helicopter.

The agent knew they had all been lured out when he realized the Marine presidential helicopter was full of Russian special forces and opened fire on the group.

Finally he felt the pain, likely the shot to his chest would kill him and his wife would become a widow in moments.  They had collected the president and he was loaded into the helicopter and occasionally he could see the presidents face screaming but could not hear him.

It had been a busy day that he had sold off to the government for a middle class salary but he had tried and lost.  Fellow agents laid around him, some already dead.

The engagement to kidnap the president lasted no more than three or four minutes, time has passed in some time warp, nothing in real time, almost slow motion.

He saw the Russian special forces toss out the body of a White House official as they left the ground and turned the helicopter away from the battle.  Some U.S. sailor ran to her side as the wind tossed the tree limbs across her broken body.  The ambitions of this president was like a rolling wave breaking in on the rocks at the beach during a storm.

The giant wave broken up into little tiny drops of almost nothing only to be formed again, repeating the cycle, over and over.

Actual History of the United States;

America's dealings with Islam following her founding. wonder if they have even considered the words and actions of the third President of the United States, Thomas Jefferson, especially his sense of reading their own texts from the Qur'an and knowing just what his enemies thought. Let's take a stroll down memory lane and expose Obama's lies on Islam, shall we?

First, keep in mind that Islam and terrorism have gone hand in hand since its inception at the beginning of the 7th century. In fact, it's founder Muhammad was a terrorist and used "religion" to band his merry men together to conquer, rape and pillage.

For nearly fifteen centuries the world has faced the disease of Islam, but our nation faced it head on when Thomas Jefferson, serving as the ambassador to France, and John Adams, serving as the ambassador to Britain, went to London to meet with Ambassador Abdrahaman, the Dey of Tripoli's ambassador to Britain. Of course they met with Abdrahaman to negotiate a peace treaty, but keep in mind that in Islam, the only peace is submission to Islam.

Islam requires jizya under Sharia law, you know that alleged "harmless law" they want to impose here in the West.

Jizya is a per capita tax levied on a section of an Islamic state's non-Muslim citizens, who meet certain criteria.  Obama is paying this Jizya tax now with federal dollars with federal grants.

The tax is and was to be levied on able-bodied adult males of military age and affording power. So as Adams and Jefferson met, they found out the price of peace was quite expensive.

If America wanted "temporary peace," a one-year guarantee, it would cost $66,000 plus a 10% commission. "Everlasting peace" was a bargain at $160,000 plus the obligatory commission.

This only applied to Tripoli.

Other Muslim nations would also have to be paid.

The amount came to $1.3 million. But there was no assurance that the treaties would be honored.

In vain, Jefferson and Adams tried to argue that America was not at war with Tripoli. In what way had the U.S provoked the Muslims, they asked? Ambassador Abdrahaman went on to explain "the finer points of Islamic jihad" to the Koranically challenged Jefferson and Adams.

Jefferson then wrote a letter to John Jay that read:

"The Ambassador answered us that it was founded on the Laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as Prisoners, and that every Musselman [Muslim] who should be slain in battle was sure to go to Paradise."

This is loosely based upon the Qur'an's teaching from Surah 47:4 which reads,

"Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite at their necks;

At length, when ye have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or ransom:

Until the war lays down its burdens.

Thus (are ye commanded): but if it had been Allah's Will, He could certainly have exacted retribution from them (Himself); but (He lets you fight) in order to test you, some with others. But those who are slain in the Way of Allah,-

He will never let their deeds be lost."

So what happened?

Though the US, along with Great Britain and France had paid a "tribute" for protection against piracy, once Tripoli increased the tribute following Jefferson becoming President, he refused to pay them the increase, though he did continue to pay until the end of his presidency. Tripoli then declared war on the United States on May 10, 1801. This was the beginning of the First Barbary War.

Interestingly enough, before becoming President, Jefferson had opposed funds be used for a Navy except to provide coastal defense. Gerard W. Gawalt writes concerning Jefferson and the tribute payment:

After the United States won its independence in the treaty of 1783, it had to protect its own commerce against dangers such as the Barbary pirates.

As early as 1784 Congress followed the tradition of the European shipping powers and appropriated $80,000 as tribute to the Barbary states, directing its ministers in Europe, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams, to begin negotiations with them.

Trouble began the next year, in July 1785, when Algerians captured two American ships and the dey of Algiers held their crews of twenty-one people for a ransom of nearly $60,000.

Thomas Jefferson, United States minister to France, opposed the payment of tribute, as he later testified in words that have a particular resonance today.

In his autobiography Jefferson wrote that in 1785 and 1786 he unsuccessfully "endeavored to form an association of the powers subject to habitual depredation from them.

 I accordingly prepared, and proposed to their ministers at Paris, for consultation with their governments, articles of a special confederation." Jefferson argued that "The object of the convention shall be to compel the piratical States to perpetual peace."

Jefferson prepared a detailed plan for the interested states. "Portugal, Naples, the two Sicilies, Venice, Malta, Denmark and Sweden were favorably disposed to such an association," Jefferson remembered, but there were "apprehensions" that England and France would follow their own paths, "and so it fell through."

Paying the ransom would only lead to further demands, Jefferson argued in letters to future presidents John Adams, then America's minister to Great Britain, and James Monroe, then a member of Congress.

As Jefferson wrote to Adams in a July 11, 1786, letter, "I acknolege [sic] I very early thought it would be best to effect a peace thro' the medium of war."

Paying tribute will merely invite more demands, and even if a coalition proves workable, the only solution is a strong navy that can reach the pirates, Jefferson argued in an August 18, 1786, letter to James Monroe:

 "The states must see the rod; perhaps it must be felt by some one of them. . . . Every national citizen must wish to see an effective instrument of coercion, and should fear to see it on any other element than the water. A naval force can never endanger our liberties, nor occasion bloodshed; a land force would do both."

"From what I learn from the temper of my countrymen and their tenaciousness of their money," Jefferson added in a December 26, 1786, letter to the president of Yale College, Ezra Stiles, "it will be more easy to raise ships and men to fight these pirates into reason, than money to bribe them."

With US merchant ships being attacked and Americans being kidnapped he finally issued letters of marque and reprisal, which sent a groups of privately owned war ships, that were approved by the government, to make war against the Barbary Pirates. He utilized this constitutional measure, which we are not using today.

In doing this he sent for the "privateers," as they were referred to. The privately owned frigates USS Philadelphia, USS President, and the USS Essex, along with the schooner USS Enterprise was America's first navy to cross the Atlantic. Others would also join and see action as well.

Ultimately, in 1805 United States Marines crossed the desert from Egypt into Tripolitania, forced the surrender of Tripoli and free those Americans that had been kidnapped and were made slaves.

Thus, this is where the famous line from the United States Marine Corps (Oorah!) comes from: "From the halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tripoli. Demar says it not only refers to the First Barbary War, but specifically to the Battle of Derna, which took place in 1805.
