The Newest Countries on Earth were recognized today by the United States by Executive Order. New Upper South and New Lower South were also recognized by the United Nations, China, Russia, Cuba, Mexico, Canada, North Korea, Japan and France

The Newest Countries on Earth were recognized today by the United States by Executive Order.  The new countries; New Upper South and New Lower South were also recognized by the United Nations, China, Russia, Cuba, Mexico, Canada, North Korea, Japan and France at exactly 6:00 A.M. on this date. Under legal authority, with prior  authorization, Barack Obama has signed Marshall Law orders today and implemented REX84 and FEMA plans Garden Plot, Cable Splicer and Prism and received immediate approval of Paul Ryan, the Speaker of the House of Representatives. 

The land was taken today, by Barack Obama on Christmas Eve, at exactly 12:01 A.M. Eastern Standard Time the administrative federal government of Barack Obama deemed all lands and resources as federal property.  The once secret maps of the slave states between 1800 and 1860 were used as the basis for the new countries entitled New Upper South and New Lower South and was deemed into law by Presidential Executive Order on this day.

The New Upper South (Country) and the New Lower South (Country) was deemed into law on Christmas Eve of 2015 and became legal countries without Congressional authority.
