The troops are to guard federal property including land, infrastructure, buildings, roads, electricity generation, inventories, transportation hubs, manufacturing, banking, sewage, phones and technology and other once private enterprise segments.

National Guard Troops on this day were federalized and now report directly to the Pentagon and all state controls and responsibilities have been removed.  

National Guard Troops have been dispatched into all Urban Centers within the new nations of New Upper South and New Lower South as deemed into law by Presidential Executive Order on this day.
