Tuesday on the "The O'Reilly Factor," left-leaning commentator Kirsten Powers said she was "extremely disappointed" with President Barack Obama. 

Powers agreed with host Bill O'Reilly that the president seems "disengaged" even on his signature issue Healthcare, evidenced by the fact he was not interested in warnings of the coming failure of HeathCare.gov.
