Black Man Found in Basement of White House - The White House Basement Secret Meeting IRS NSA CIA ATFE BLM FBI EPA DOE DOD The IRS was worried about Lois Lerner and now this and Eric Holder blew away the Presidents acid smoke and advised that he would enforce the new IRS ruling. Despite the rags to riches story, President Obama hated the White middle-class and often worried if the brick walls in the basement were thick enough to hide all his secrets.

A great surprise, Washington D.C. A Black Man was found in the basement of the White House. Hush, you're behind closed doors as you can hear the President talking with a rough voice as he enters the basement room in the White House.  The White House made a big mistake in Afghanistan by making public the head CIA guy and Obama was really angry.  But with Michelle Obama at his side and his mother in law they were smoothing his throbbing head and holding his trembling hands.

The President called, yet another secret meeting, and it was not about the giant CIA leak that could get the section chief killed it was about ObamaCare.  Employers across the nation were getting ready to dump their employees on ObamaCare and pay the fine leaving the government to take care of their under paid employees.  The bad part, they were going to do it right before the elections. 

Obama and his IRS thugs were at the closed door meeting.  The unkindness in the room was clear and grimly Obama was smoking his little Cuban cigarettes choking up the room as Michelle frowned at him.

President Obama was bitter, his signature law, ObamaCare, rang in the ears of millions of voters and the law was a joke and the election window was close at hand. 

With some quarreling, the IRS agreed to impose a new regulation and it would simply be published as another IRS ruling.  The new ruling would stop employers with over 50 associates from simply paying the penalty and dumping millions of people into ObamaCare before the elections. The IRS was worried about Lois Lerner and now this and Eric Holder blew away the Presidents acid smoke and advised that he would enforce the new IRS ruling.

Despite the rags to riches story, President Obama hated the White middle-class and often worried if the brick walls in the basement were thick enough to hide all his secrets.

Obama also promised to bail out the insurance companies.  If they needed money Obama would give them taxpayer dollars, the major step to Communism with that free enterprise spin that he enjoyed.  

The Progressive Democratic Socialist Party and their leaders, Holder, Clinton, Biden, Pelosi, Reid were all there in the basement and the foul air was full of hate for the people and their tea party patriots.

The Hitler like speech from Obama was more profanity than truth and the summer sun would be coming soon to the United States.  With the summer heat the suffering would continue but Obama roared that they had to hold on until after the mid-term elections.

Obama moved closer to the group and seemed darker in the basement, his little black body and trembling hands gave him away, he was going to lose everything in November.

Now in the hall, dark with little light, Obama knew he had to be careful now because even the black man was catching on to his game.  Obama had stumbled many times, IRS Lois Lerner, NSA domestic spying, Benghazi and the murders on 9-11 that Clinton hatched, Fast and Furious and damn that Holder for screwing up his illegal gun running but, now the VA Veterans Administration were letting soldiers die on the line-vine and in the darkness of the hall Obama mumbled something.

He would go back to his dark bedroom now and smoke his little Cuban's and drink his drinks and find a way to gain millions of illegal alien voters, even with his hacking cough and thirsty throat he would talk all night and then sleep late, there would be no church in the morning.

All of the people in the secret meeting heard the metal door slam as the President left the room and they all gulped in the cleaner air but right before they heard the slamming of the door they all looked around, they thought they heard the president of the United States say; god damn America from the hallway.

The IRS ruling is an effort by the Obama administration to stop employers with 50 or more workers from doing what critics of the health law said they would do: pay a penalty for not providing insurance and dump workers into the unpopular Obamacare program.

With the Nov. 4 midterm elections looming, the Obama administration could not allow massive waves of employer cancellations before Democrats face an already angry electorate. So the IRS ruled it would slap any employer with a $100 tax penalty per day per worker that used tax-exempt health insurance monies to cut workers a lump check and dump them on the Obamacare exchanges.

The new IRS rule comes on the heels of the Obama administration's announcement that it will bail out insurers which participate in the Obamacare program which lose cash. As theTimes notes, "Administration officials hope the payments will stabilize premiums and prevent rate increases that could embarrass Democrats in this year’s midterm elections."
