The old time Negro barber shop and tattoo parlor was the place for the meeting. The Four Leaf Clover Barber Shop in mid-town New York City was famous for a lot of reasons and they had nothing to do with haircuts or colored tattoo's.
Late in the day you could see a few bums, drunks and drug addicts sleeping on the concrete sidewalks and steps but one thing for sure you never ever saw a cop.
Andy Ledger, FBI Special Agent, was eagerly watching the Four Leaf Clover Barber Shop from across the street through a window that hadn't been cleaned in months. Just like a tourist he peered through the dirty glass and seemingly never blinked.
Sure enough, he spotted the Secret Service Agent down the street leaning on the cast iron lamppost as the city bus passed through without making any stops but leaving a considerable amount of black diesel smoke behind.
It's was said that the Four Leaf Clover Barber Shop in New York City and been in business for over a hundred years and is probably the only place in America where leeches like Hillary Clinton could sneak in and sneak out and get anything she wanted.
If you knew the neighborhood you would notice the small sign painted on the window shaped like a big human eye looking out to the streets. In small letters under the eyeball the fine print states "Black Eyes Only." It was a clear signal that a white guy like Andy Ledger couldn't just walk in so the FBI found it interesting that Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama could cluster inside day or night.
It was the place in New York City that white boys never went alone so Andy Ledger knew he was in a dangerous spot. Some police officers came down here years ago and have never been seen again. Needless to say Andy Ledger continued to touch his nine millimeter pistol hanging from his belt, over and over again.
The FBI had been informed that Hillary Clinton is affectionately known to the worst of this area so they prodded Andy Ledger out about a dozen times after the FBI had rented out the American Revolution Beer Bar as a cover to get Andy close to the barber shop.
It was a dangerous tour as a dead cabaret woman was found in the vacant lot across the street only two days before. It was the place of more murders and unsolved mysteries than any other place in America. Down the street you could find a dozen bars, cabarets with naked girls on tables and shops that sell cigars out the front door and hard drugs out the back door. The whole area was full of drug addicts, gun runners, cash whores, cheap booze and street gangs on every corner.
The first Secret Service Agent down by the lamppost was the scout for the rest of the security detail. Andy knew that in a matter of minutes a long line of black government owned S.U.V.'s would charge down the street and stop in front of the barber shop.
The parade of armed men and women, with weapons pulled and visible, will usher in Hillary Clinton and deliver her to the front door. The ancient habit of security was expensive and Hillary Clinton had plenty. At any given time she will have a least two dozen armed Secret Service Agents and twelve vehicles on the move and at times snipers posted and helicopters flying above. She was important.
The Secret Service Security Details were divided into two major groups going by the code-names of "Chopsticks" and "Back Scratchers"
Chopsticks were armed heavy and would be the lead group like a spear point that would deliver Hillary Clinton. The Back Scratchers would supply back cover as the name would suggest guarding back streets, alleyways, checking dumpsters and parked cars.
The command vehicle that carried Hillary Clinton was called code name "Temple" and Hillary Clinton had the code name of "Souvenir". Andy couldn't be positive but it was a good guess that Hillary was near by as the Chopstick vehicles were now in sight and the Temple was located in the middle with blacked out bullet proof glass as the Back Scratcher vehicles started to slow down and park in various places and dismount their men with weapons drawn and ready for anything.
The Temple vehicle stopped right in front of the Four Leaf Clover Barber Shop but no doors would be opened until the area was secure and all Secret Service Agents were in place. The Souvenir "Hillary Clinton" would stay inside the vehicle for a few minutes until the full flavor of the street scene could be understood.
Free of any nonsense the agents were in place and Andy Ledger, FBI Special Agent was filming everything in real time and transmitting it back to the FBI command vehicle about a half mile away parked at a Denny's restaurant filled full of the old-timers Joe and George that would be calling the shots tonight and they also had a direct link to the Director of the FBI in Washington D.C.
In cahoots with the FBI was the NSA and the CIA liberally sprinkled men and women around playing their parts as thieves, liars, whores, and drug dealers on the streets and running their fake sting operations inside and outside of the saloons and cabarets.

The big bird, swing wing bird was designed by the pentagon to have a combination of weapons systems, range and stealth at high, low, fast or slow air combat missions. The flyaway price was 237 million dollars each and that wasn't including the ground support equipment, training equipment or the cost of deployed weapons.
The Air Force Captain pushed the General Electric jet rocket engines as the North American Rockwell B-98 fighter bomber hedged all bets at fifty two thousand feet above the earth. The advanced electronics monitored the target area and the captain had the fighter bomber on auto-combat pilot as the cargo plane sized fighter bomber started it's attack run over three thousand seven hundred miles away from the target.
As the Air Force Captain expected the "bread was in the toaster" which meant all final checks and authorizations had been received and the mission would be continued.
The hot new bomber fighter B-98 handled millions of bits of detailed information by using powerful on-board computers linked to ground based computers. The Captain didn't have to walk on eggs as the bomber fighter did most of the hard work and monitored the military security area for other threats and even the weather.
The multi-mission bomber fighter was designed to bomb multiple land or air targets at the same time and the two pilots were drinking coffee as the navigator-systems officers in the rear of the bomber fighter noticed the red light flashing which meant that they had pushed over 1,500 miles per hour doing the supersonic dash over the Atlantic Ocean.
The B-98 could fly over 19,000 air miles without refueling so when the big bird took off from Iraq they knew that just in a few minutes they would be high enough and fast enough that nothing could touch them, even the Russian Mig Fighters that tried every time they took off out of the Green Zone had already dropped off and out of sight.
The B-98 was picking up enemy radar detection but it was less vulnerable due to speed and height as enemy radar was almost entertainment at this point. This trip-mission did not require nuclear weapons armed and ready but the B-98 always had eight nuclear warheads on board if required. The bomber fighter carried thirty eight SAM surface to air missiles and 48 air to ground missiles used for short or long range attack missions.
The B-98 had tremendous dispersal capacity and multiple targets could be attacked anywhere in the world as she could get off the ground quickly, stay airborne and deliver massive firepower using pinpoint technology.
The ground mapping radar gave the B-98 bad weather capabilities and the ability to fly almost in space made it almost 100% safe from enemy attacks. The bomber fighter also carried decoy missiles to protect itself against enemy attack. The flight, distance, speed and load ability could not be matched by any other military aircraft in the world.
The Air Force captain received a change in targeting orders that would make it necessary to make a dash into the American defensive air border making yet another test run against his own Air Force. Testing the B-98 and the U.S. military required the Captain and his bomber fighter to make a low and supersonic pass crossing the international water border into the United States. The low-altitude requirement meant a terribly bumpy ride as the B-98 would fly up and down hills at low altitude making a test bombing run against New York City. During the test the U.S. Air Force would try to find and see the B-98 and then launch fighter jets to intercept the B-98 at speeds over 2,000 miles per hour.
Instruments galore started flashing their tiny red L.E.D's as the expert crew members were monitoring Russian fighter jets using their air to air radar to track the Captains ship.
The flashing red lights meant that Russian offensive weapons, infrared and optical sensors were mapping or painting the B-98 as the first step to actual targeting. The B-98 on-board computers made their assessment as the computers started to open the missile pylons on the bottom of the bomber fighter and deployed anti-aircraft missiles in response. The on-board computer also made an adjustment and course change as the two missiles mounted under the wings flashed their own little red panel lights indicating that they were armed and ready to shoot. The Combat Office selected the override switch which would allow her to control the shoot and not the computers on-board or for that matter the computers in underground military bunkers in Pennsylvania. The B-98 could also be flown in Drone Mode from operating bases around the world as the four giant G.E. jet-rocket engines created less of the 156,000 pounds of thrust capability while the B-98 started a very slow and long dissent while at the same time watching and avoiding Russian fighter jets starting their bombing run on the United States.
