Clinton again. It just keeps popping up in connection with questions concerning crimes, classified information mishandling, secrecy, lies, and purloined government documents. 

And as new names pop up in connection with the Hillary Clinton (and Obama administration) email scandal, Judicial Watch follows the leads as only Judicial Watch can.

We have just filed yet another Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking records concerning the service and maintenance of former Secretary Hillary Clinton's email server. Specifically, Judicial Watch seeks records that will show whether Bryan Pagliano was hired or paid by the State Department to maintain the email server used by Clinton and her aides to conduct official State Department business and whether the State Department spent taxpayer money to manage the email server. (Pagliano, Hillary Clinton's IT director during her 2008 run for the presidency, was hired by her State Department in 2009.)

Our team filed a simple FOIA request on August 5, the day after The Washington Post reported Pagliano, while employed at the State Department, "continued to act as the lead specialist responsible for [Clinton's email system]...with Pagliano summoned at various times to fix problems. Notably, the system crashed for days after New York was hit by Hurricane Sandy in October 2012, while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state." Judicial Watch's request seeks:

• Records concerning the hiring of Pagliano;

• Time sheets, calendars, or similar records of Pagliano;

• Travel records to/from Chappaqua, NY. Such records include, but are not limited to, expense reports, reimbursement forms, and travel logs;

• Pagliano's records concerning, regarding, or relating to the maintenance of former Secretary Clinton's email server. Such records include, but are not limited to, expense reports, reimbursement forms, and maintenance logs; and

• Records of communications between Pagliano and any official, officer, or employee of the Office of the Secretary concerning former Secretary Clinton's email server.

We requested expedited processing (which is DC-speak for "hurry up"), which the State Department agreed to on August 13:

[B]ecause a compelling need for the requested information exists. ... Specifically, Judicial Watch has at least 15 cases pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia related to Secretary Clinton's email practices while Secretary of State. The information at issue in this request will shed light on whether the State Department was involved in the operation of Secretary Clinton's email server.

Though the State Department agreed with Judicial Watch to expedite this request, the agency has failed to provide any documents or otherwise comply with the Freedom of Information Act.

(Reports state Pagliano plans to refuse to provide testimony to Congress by asserting his Fifth Amendment rights. So much for the Clinton apologist claims that the Justice Department/FBI investigation into her mishandling of classified material on her alias email system is not criminal!)

Mrs. Clinton's argument that her "server" was private fails on many levels, especially if Mr. Pagliano, a State Department employee, was paid by taxpayers to take care of it. We must wonder if Mr. Pagliano has emails from the Clinton server. The Obama State Department is in cover-up mode, refusing to comply with federal law and honor our request about whether its employee was responsible for the Clinton server maintenance. This is yet another example of the Obama administration's complicity in the Clinton email scandal.

Hillary Clinton, immediately following our lawsuit, said that she personally paid Pagliano to handle her server issues. This, if true (and that is a big "if") raises all sorts of other issues. How many of other State Department employees did she pay on the sly? Was the alleged income reported as required by law? I'm sure you can think of a few more.

It was back in March that the news initially broke that Hillary Clinton used a non-government email during her four years as secretary of state. Let us not lose sight that JW FOIA lawsuits forced Hillary Clinton's separate email system into the light of day. And that it was our litigation that forced Mrs. Clinton to do what no other congressional committee, FBI, or Justice Department investigation has done - submit information, under penalty of perjury, about her email system.

San Francisco Crime Records Highlight Deadly Dangers of Sanctuary Cities

Kathryn Steinle was the 32 year-old woman who was walking with her father on a pier in San Francisco on July 1 just before she was gunned down by an illegal alien criminal knowingly released by San Francisco authorities under that city's sanctuary policies.. We live in a cruel, dangerous world riddled with crime. That's the hard reality. But certainly, elected officials could move decisively if they wanted to against "Sanctuary Cities" and the dangerous criminal aliens who fly under the law. Criminal illegal alien may sound redundant; that's how your government describes illegal aliens who have committed serious offenses on top of their immigration violation.

Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, the illegal alien charged with murder in Steinle's death, had already been convicted of seven felonies and deported five times. San Francisco, in pursuit of a policy that flouts the rule of law, set in motion the chain of events that led to Kathryn Steinle's murder.

We forced new records out of San Francisco that strongly suggest that Steinle is but one of dozens of murder victims tied to San Francisco's sanctuary policies. Documents your JW obtained from the San Francisco County Sheriff's Department reveal that violent crime has skyrocketed since 2011, with the number of arrests for murder up 55%, and the number of arrests for rapes up 370%. Judicial Watch's investigators uncovered these shocking, though not entirely surprising, numbers through a July 9, 2015, California Public Records Act request that sought the number of arrests for violations of the following crimes between 2011 and 2015:

Penal Code 187 - first and second degree murder

Penal Code 240 - simple assault

Penal Code 243 - battery

Penal Code 261 - rape

According to the data provided by the Sheriff's Department, arrests for violations of the most violent of the crimes listed - murder and rape - have soared over the past four years:

According to the information provided to our team by Sheriff's Department Assistant Legal Counsel Mark Nicco, "These numbers reflect the number of charges for arrests and bookings (not just arrests)."

In response to a request for details on the U.S. citizenship status of the offenders, Nicco informed Judicial Watch: "This information is not tracked by the Jail Management System." But Kathryn Steinle's murder shows that the number is at least "1."

It is disconcerting that SF authorities don't want to track the crimes of the illegal aliens they surreptitiously and illegally let loose on an innocent public. 

As bad as these numbers are, they are only the tip of the iceberg. Despite the increased arrests for violent crimes, the overall arrest rate has plunged by 42 percent according to Max Szabo, spokesman for the San Francisco District Attorney's Office. More crimes, less arrests - thanks in no small measure directly to public official lawlessness.

In 2013, the San Francisco Sheriff and City Council expanded San Francisco's infamous illegal alien sanctuary policies. The City changed policies and passed an ordinance that required San Francisco law enforcement to ignore most U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainers. These detainers required San Francisco authorities to hold detained illegal alien criminals until federal authorities could determine whether to take them into custody.

Citizens, and even some politicians, understand that when San Francisco and other sanctuary cities release illegal alien criminals onto the streets, crime is going to increase. These new crime statistics suggest that there are more murders and an epidemic of rape linked to San Francisco's releasing illegal alien criminals in violation of law.

For example, other Judicial Watch litigation forced the release of documents that show the Obama administration released 165,900 convicted criminal aliens throughout the United States, including many convicted of such violent crimes as homicide, sexual assault, kidnapping, and aggravated assault.

We have not forgotten 9/11 and our work exposing the truth about the threat of Islamic terrorism and how our government ignores and worsens it is second to none. In fact, our work predates 9/11, as we represented FBI agents whose warnings about missed opportunities to roll up al Qaeda-linked terrorist networks went unheeded in the year before the 2001 attacks. Who killed Loretta Fuddy? Obama operatives, well funded, briefcases full of cash money, could have paid off Loretta to produce the Obama birth certificate? How did Loretta get all that cash? Who paid Loretta?

Could it be that Loretta Fuddy was paid for producing a "birth certificate" that never existed? Homelandsecurityus.com reports:

Since her death, portions related to Loretta Fuddy in the sealed affidavit filed in U.S. Federal Court have been made public. Of particular interest are her financial reports detailing her income and expenses in 2011 and 2012. Each report is filed in January for the previous year.

According to Mr. Vogt, a large and as yet unanswered income disparity was found between the two reports. In short, during her first year as Hawaii's Director of Health, which is also the time she authenticated Obama's COLB, Ms. Fuddy's gross income was reportedly less than $100,000. Nonetheless, her financials show that she apparently paid down her mortgage and decreased her liabilities by at least $50,000 and perhaps as much as $75,000 more than what she grossed that year. Where did that money come from? While there may well be a legitimate explanation for this disparity, it was not disclosed on the financial forms she filed with the Hawaii State Ethics Commission.

If I understand this correctly, the woman made less than $100,000 yet managed to pay down her mortgage by well over $100,000 in a single year. For example, it sounds as if she could have made $90,000 and paid $140,000 toward her mortgage. How does that happen? That money came from somewhere. Could it be legitimate? Absolutely. But it doesn't look good.

The Mr. Vogt who is referenced above is Doug Vogt who brought some attention to Fuddy's financials in an interview just one week before her death. Just one week? That seems to be a little more than coincidental.

You may recall that Tim Adams, a Hawaii Elections official, submitted a sworn affidavit of his own in 2011. His claim is that no Hawaii birth certificate ever existed:

In a sworn affidavit dated and witnessed on January 20, 2011 Adams states, "Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division told me on multiple occasions that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama in the Hawaii Department of Health and there was no record that any such document had ever been on file in the Hawaii Department of Health or any other branch or department of the Hawaii government."

So let's summarize what we know to be true at this point:

A Hawaii government official swears that no Hawaii long-form birth certificate ever existed.

Loretta Fuddy issues a "certificate of live birth" (not to be confused with an official birth certificate which would include extras like foot prints).

Loretta Fuddy allegedly came into some extra money that she applied to her mortgage.

Doug Vogt revealed that Fuddy came into some extra money in a radio interview.

A week later Fuddy is dead and the media totally botches the story.

What conclusion are we supposed to come to?

Why is it that some people who appear to have vital information about Barack Obama end up dead?

Maybe it is just another one of those astounding coincidences that seem to happen over and over with big name politicians.

35-24-34 was not the combination to the safe located in the basement but was the measurements of one of the most beautiful women in Virgina and she was dancing for her life.

The men had breached her estate security by climbing the eight foot fence and using jamming devices to confuse the sophisticated alarm and warning systems.

As the camouflaged men approached the mansion the two estate guards were shot at close range with 9 millimeter hand guns with silencers. The armed guards laid on the October ground bleeding and would soon die in the chill of the predawn morning.

This lovely estate called "The Garden of Eden" was filled with priceless art, expensive interior decorations and endless wardrobes but most importantly it was filled with political ambitions and the home of a patriot.

Her name was "Eden" and she was well-equipped for politics with a fat checkbook and a youthful and slender body.  Her silky black hair thrilled the voters and the voters revealed they would support Eden running for U.S. Senator from their state of Virginia.    

Her practically perfect body was exposed as the men undressed her quickly and her whimsical eyes that she used on the campaign trails were no longer thrilling but turned to a dull blue fear.

Her success on the political stage followed her husband's death and the people found her waiting and eager to continue the struggle of her husband.  

She had seen political combat in Washington D.C. and not as the ordinary tourist.  She was keenly aware that the underground government was operated with primitive methods such as murder, money and massacre. She knew that the real underground federal government could spread fear and panic like electricity through a wire. 

Her husband had explained before he died "Eden, its underground with roads, streets, houses and monuments but only a few can ever see it."  Only a few take the time to discover what has happened to America but Eden was the best of students and her husband taught her well. 

  "The Media is bought and paid for Eden and they're simple attractions for the masses."  Her husband would spend hours with her and the lamps would burn late and she learned about government compartments, underground armies and the downward journey of liberty and freedom.

"Eden, history is the lantern you need and history will guide you through the dark underground mine of socialists and communists."  Her husband would look at her and show her works of art that could tell the story.  He would show Eden paintings of men kneeling and begging for their very life and photographs of altars built by Stalin, Hitler, Mao and posters of ObamaCare.

He would show Eden the true masterpiece of mankind that he placed in the foyer of the mansion.  It was the U.S. Constitution which is the main entrance to freedom and liberty around the world. 

Eden knew her husband wasn't a religious man but she knew he held the creator in his heart.  With admiration he would make millions of dollars available to the people that believed in Christ and offer help to converted dancing halls that were trying to feed the homeless and unemployed.

He fought back against the American emperor they called Obama that was leading millions into the pit of darkness. He understood transparency but he also knew about One World Order and men laying on salt slabs in China.  He was running as fast as he could to save America and his remarkable curiosities had made him famously wealthy in America but the orchestra of patriotism wasn't loud enough and the people could not hear.

"There is no church in the underground Eden because Christ offers people endless power from their hearts."  He would point at the old relics in his office but always touched the Christ statue next to his desk because he knew that Christ was also the masterpiece of liberty and freedom.

"Eden, the dimensions of the underground government is huge but the average man cannot comprehend the evil pit."  Her husband would pause and wonder for a while and maybe light the candle of freedom in his mind.

"The overwhelming impression of the average man Eden is that the flag still waves but the galleries are burning."  He knew that the supervising of the U.S. Constitution has failed and the Archduke moment had arrived.  

She knew about the strains on taxpayers and the descent of the middle-class family.  The numberless unemployed and underemployed were situated by using food stamps, free medical care, free cell phones, free housing and a host of other accommodations by the government.

"Eden, the evil fire will not rest now and we cannot leisurely wait for the Czars to feed the people as we must emerge as the warriors of freedom as we surround them."  Her husband would stand and maybe walk over to a bookcase just to touch his books as he was afraid honest history would be destroyed.  His leather bound books told the story completely and offered daylight and knowledge to anybody willing to learn.

"We are comfortable Eden but, we even grow weaker by the day and finally we shall also be found dying in the basement"  Her husband could never explain why the depth of evil grew by the day but like a falling elevator there was a system to save the passengers written by the founders.  

The people could apply the emergency brakes found in the Constitution but they were afraid.

He knew the Constitution offered the timbering but the people must stop fearing and be exposed to the risk.  The president was collapsing the government with every regulation, every government pension and each executive order signed would confine the free citizen and in due course America would gradually weakened and then be removed from the earth.

There was no locksmith that could break into the power as it would take an engine of the greatest power and the fragments of such power were only found within the honest citizen.

The killers appreciated her beautiful nude body and with nothing to stop them began to prepare the hydrochloride to drug Eden and the strikingly gorgeous woman with her firm breasts and long smooth legs felt the men touch her.

Her nervous system did not underestimate the danger as she pulled on the restraints as she could only think of rape and the danger surrounding her.  They had pulled Eden into the basement and she saw her young house maid with her head bashed in and most likely dead at this point.

Eden didn't know about many men breached the walls but she heard no alarms and had no warning.  Eden's house maid was only 21-years old and the suspected killers had raped her as they turned the mansion basement into a cellar of rape, murder and desperation.

"Did your Daddy tell you Eden it couldn't happen to you?"  A man's voice, intelligent and normal sounding almost like a parent talking to a child.

"Didn't your husband tell you about us Eden?"  By choice the man leaned down and looked into Eden's eyes that were filled with tears and terror.

"It's a shame your bastard husband died Eden." His voice had a dose of sarcasm and mockery.  

"But you couldn't stay out of the race could you Eden?"  "His mind was intact Eden but his thoughts were old and spongy and his history is now crumbly isn't it?"

The man put his hand on Eden's naked bottom and rubbed her softly "A cattle truck head-on with his bus."  "I was there Eden and the wreckage held nine dead people and even some of the cattle died."  

"He was riding high Eden, all the people loved his Tea Party but they looked upon his gruesome dead body Eden and accepted the warning." 

The other one, the other man, looked even scarier as he was not as flamboyant or talkative as he pushed the long stainless steel needle into Eden's arm and pushed the plunger of drugs into her body.  Eden could feel her rationality leaving her body as the talking man plotted his sexual satisfaction and told the other men to leave him and Eden alone.

Eden spotted the large man leaving and the chaos entering her brain as the drugs were moving her far away.  Another hypodermic needle was inserted into her arm and finally a new clinical state was holding her tight.

"Eden, not to worry as you'll want to do cartwheels in a few minutes and I'll let you up so you can dance."  He was now alert and active with her body and whatever the drug he was using you couldn't find it in a drugstore. 

The stimulant was working and Eden was feeling adventurous as the man untied her legs and started to stroke her inner sexual thighs.  At first he felt soft and then he felt solid but finally Eden realized what was happening and she started kicking but couldn't seem to scream.

Her physical state said no but her psychological state said yes and at any given time she would kick or scream and with great variety he would enter her body. 

She now had a irresistible desire to fuck him but it felt like an ailment and not a honest desire. 

Her mind was going from minor depression to irresistible sexual desire one second to the next and he was cramming himself inside riding the wave of fear and joy.  She seemed to be the athlete in bed and he planned to go the distance and tap into the magical source of drugs and sex.

  He would bring her higher and higher as her appetite grew he would give her another shot and then another. He glanced at the dead young girl in the corner and remembered her stimulating ride to death but with Eden it would be different.

With an incomplete understanding Eden was awake and enjoyed the effects of his solid dick inside her and too freely he started to strike her as he untied her hands.  

She was loose now but all she could remember were the dead words of her mother talking "it isn't too bad Eden"  "can it be so bad Eden that you must cry?" and then the image of her mother was replaced with the image of her husband addicted to her beauty and her ass. "it isn't too bad Eden you have a tolerance now so push up your bottom."  

Her mind wandered and she was required by the man to lay on her back and he spread her and started at her again.  The man bored her and started to hit her across the face and she knew this was normal now as he gave her a mouth full of pills and required her to swallow them. "it isn't so bad Eden your father didn't mean to hurt you."  Her mind was racing from one dead end to another dead end and the man gave her a larger dose of drugs.

He put something in Eden's mouth and she had little tolerance so he did it again.  The mouthful was him and several times the danger of chocking made her mind run faster.

"Your my dependent now Eden so let's not quibble."  She knew the word dependent but now he was talking about addiction.  

"You're going to be addicted to me Eden so open your mouth and take your medicine."  Eden could remember her mother "this will help your cough honey, open wide."  

The beneficial effects of the drugs were in danger of killing Eden so he became nervous when he increased her dosage.  Eden became sleepy and talkative at the same time and easily agitated if he stopped playing with her.

Eden told her doctor that she remembered the man loving her and the unpredictable sex was thrilling.  She believed the doctors and they told Eden "these are just dreams" but at times she could feel her skin crawl with disgust and passion.

She told her husband that the medical marijuana would calm her nerves and the doctor had approved.  Her mother and father worried over Eden but honestly she doubted everybody and couldn't seem to love her husband any longer.  

She would have tremors that required medicine and then the hallucinations would start and then the sex appetite would produce a strange women wanting sex in the car or once even in a shopping mall.  

Eden's husband would suffer with her for two more years trying to heal her paranoid thoughts and actions.  Eden would talk of a mansion, dead guards and a basement of drugs and death and she became unpredictable.

Her mind was numb to reality and she thought she could do anything and even the old lady next door in the same apartment building noticed the loss of weight, the dirty hair and Eden's bra laid over a tree branch to dry in the wind.

Eden would watch the T.V. news and get a fantastic rush as she felt like she was speeding up as the President offered Eden hope and change.  She told her husband that they could no anything now and maybe he could actually get a job soon.  The President offered long term unemployment, free food and health insurance and she became excited and would start taking her clothes off and at times go outside and beg for sex from the strangers guarding her mansion. 

Her strong sex urge was considerable and the two men down the street enhanced her fantasy very late at night. They would give her the drugs she wanted to prolong her fantasy.  

They helped her sign up for ObamaCare, Food Stamps and to delay their eviction they offered her section eight money for free housing but at times she could not delay her orgasm so at times they would beat her and have intercourse with her in the bushes or the park bench.

One aging man had white hair but he was ample in her so she told her husband reluctantly that she was leaving.  "They don't doubt their potency."  she looked at all the books her cowardly husband had piled against the walls "So you can keep your fantasy of liberty and limited power." 

Eden walked over and tossed all her prescriptions in the plastic bag and swept up the loose change on her dresser.  She warned her husband "When they find all your Patriot books you will be arrested and convicted." she didn't realize that she had been swept up by all the free government stimulants that was now epidemic across the nation.

From the intensity of her anger it was clear that she had lost all connections.  Eden has been unemployed for over three years and her college degree under the new control laws was made illegal to teach in the United States.  The state had no use for history teachers and Eden was a true addict of history.

When he met Eden at Harvard everything was different but then the murderers started killing the patriots and the teachers.  

They had run away and lived off the land for a while until the country settled down and the crime waves slowed.  She may appear in the future but likely the white haired federal marshal standing outside would again put her in a paranoid state hospital.

She could be a little violent at times and once she was a brilliant historian.  He wondered what he would do with her hundreds of leather bound history books piled all over their apartment.

The lie will be destroyed by the truth. Liars will be called to account on the Day of Judgment.
