Obama, ObamaCare “Let me say to the President” Rhett waved his right hand over the crowds and spoke with a loud and clear voice as to allow the furthest person from his podium to hear every single word. “You have held the poor down and made the strong weak Mr. President” “Barack has oppressed you and degraded the American and we shall no longer quiver in his sight” “You have created Mr. President barbarous laws and send your officers out to chase the free man down” “We are famished for our Constitution Mr. President, our children are fainting from the hunger of freedom as we drag our weary limbs forward to save our nation.” “We will not be dragged back into bondage, under any law Mr. President, and we stand here today to say no.”

Rhett Giddings simply known as the “Judge” around here was now standing up so the folks in the back of the crowd could see him a little better. Every intelligent human being was also standing and clapping their hands loudly as Rhett Giddings spoke of freedom and liberty and the rights of every man gathered on this fall day in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

“Let me say to the President” Rhett waved his right hand over the crowds and spoke with a loud and clear voice as to allow the furthest person from his podium to hear every single word.

There is not one man sitting now and they moved forward to get closer to Rhett Giddings and every man was clearly ready to sacrifice their wealth and their very life to stop what many called the “Cotton President” and would involve themselves with canon and bayonet and sword.

Presumably the trouble-brewing President, just a few years ago, commanded the feelings of the community and concluded he could do anything he wanted. Barack justified his belief and reached way back into American history to build relationships, public opinion and political power to become the impassioned President of the United States.

The U.S. Senate started to take extreme positions in support of Barack “the so-called defenseless Negro” and the average man considered most of the new federal laws “crimes against the people” and most importantly “Barack Law” held no harmony with the Constitution of the United States of America.

Rhett Giddings has been a judge for many years and now sits on the Supreme Court of the United States and speaks often about American history and the heart of the United States, the U.S. Constitution of the United States of America.

Several gentlemen in Maryland on the Eastern shore had arranged for Judge Rhett Giddings to speak in Philadelphia this very day about “personal liberty law” guaranteed by the Constitution.

These honorable men from Maryland knew first hand that the Congress of the United States and its legislation had been corrupted and the people had been wronged. The U.S. Constitution was the efficient remedy and provides the power to the people to hold back and destroy any and all tyrants. These Maryland men have been toiling inside their very homes, making plans and consulting with each other and often shouted that the American borders were open and unsafe, licenses to steal were given by the White House and their tax money paid for expensive pleasure excursions for Barack and his friends and family.

They also knew that Barack was now implementing the process to imprison as felons our own citizens for speaking out against his administration. He had already forced thousands of manufacturers to close their factories and layoff their working men. The printed newspaper excluded any unpleasant news about “Barack” which required the citizens to trade news by word of mouth which traveled slowly but surely. Barack held to his bargains with the devil and placed the United States under great obligations concerning foreign debts and off-shore military endeavors. Barack submitted every citizen to a great federal tax burden and passed many laws that repudiated liberty and freedom. Barack seized private property and ruptured contracts, collapsed trading companies and created poverty and trampled the rights of every United States citizen.

Several men escorted Rhett Giddings off the stage and many a man knew that very moment Rhett would abandon his Supreme Court chair and join in the greatest revolution that the world had ever seen.

…..

I believe in peace and harmony in perpetuity but I cannot support a President and his government that requires me to bow to his many laws and regulations inside my very home.

There will be no compromise with “Barack” as he leaves the people in the dark while he steals their fortunes and their futures.

“Barack” is merely a squatter today and he has shattered every dream and created every nightmare that we live through today. He has lost all respect in Nebraska and he cannot safely move in South Carolina and he has no safe-house in Ohio and he has fully developed into the very first dictator of the United States.

Pathologically ambitious “Barack” has aroused the great colored masses and with his handsome words has captured the Negro with ill remarks and the promises of wealth distribution.

I say frankly, in my opinion, which is my right that “Barack” as popular as he is today, will cause, the total destruction of the United States of America if we do not remove this well known liberal progressive.

…..

The American citizen has not lost sight of the principles of revolution and we hereby propose a final settlement of the “Barack” administration. The greatest nation on earth has allowed, yes allowed, “The defenseless Negro Barack” to rise above slavery, to conquer political parties, to stand on honorable ground, to enjoy the greatest of all earthly liberties and have given him jurisdiction in the public mind but that has ended this very year.

We remain a community of self-governments and fully recognize that the U.S. Constitution and its individual rights permit every man to stand up today, control the domestic legislation by vote and remove this freeman named “Barack” by popular vote and restore the U.S. Constitutional rights of human freedom.

Circa Year 1860 Fictional Story

Rhett Giddings knew that “Barack” and his newness gathered into poverty all over the United States. Judge Rhett Giddings was in a little town enjoying the natural beauty of the rich landscape about eight miles outside of Boston.   The Maryland Men with him were isolated from the public view as to allow them to talk openly and make plans to stop “Barack” from creating his own cooperative socialism inside the United States.

The fight was created by the outgrowth of “Barack” socialism that had already put a disfigurement on every man, woman and child within the union. The “Barack” cooperative socialism disease has stained the honor on our established form of government, ruined the industry, created a new corrupt social order, destroyed honest and true education and the affliction was spreading.

The President “Barack” did not believe in the man that offered healthful and honest toil but believed in the man that offered weapons, corruption and wanted to destroy the United States of America.

The gathering of Maryland Men on this very farm outside of Boston was not only delightful in companionship but powerful and of superior cultivation regarding education, business experience, business and enterprise, money and even military experiences.

Laboring in the woods off in the distance were other men with guns, swords and knifes that guarded the Maryland Men and their new found national leader Judge Rhett Giddings.

The Maryland Men and even the Judge understood the harsh history of the United States and the men that they called their brothers that the average man called the founding fathers. They too were uneasy about the harsh reality of the world past but their minds were clear about the future of the union and its people. The people had to be free and this great country would never fall at the hands of the “The defenseless Negro Barack”.

With many Rhett Giddings articles now published and slowly distributed all across the land the “Barack Societies” mostly made up of radical colored men, who could barely read or write, tempted to arouse the “American” into an outright fight. The discussion distributed by Rhett Giddings and his articles were about freedom and hard work, breaking the bonds of colored slavery once and for all, and removing this “Barack” castle of power that was agitating, expanding quickly and was gathering the ex-slave populations causing strong feelings that were seemingly blind to consequences.

Doubtless Rhett Giddings and the Maryland Men knew that there were individuals on both sides of this debate that wanted an all out civil war that would destroy the union. Rhett Giddings also knew that “Barack” was introducing slavery anew under his new government programs with cruel slave-masters found within taxes, wealth distribution, land grants and out and out fraud.

Rhett Giddings and most of the Maryland Men agreed, under no circumstances was “Barack” to be killed or harmed in any way. The judge knew that even a few of the men gathered, mostly from Virginia, openly made their remarks and arguments simply to kill the president.

Rhett Giddings knew if they could educate the population, promote the open discussion, and create the great debate he could save the union and even the life of the President of the United States.

When the Maryland Men first gathered, given a moment’s reflection, the judge knew they first wanted a sudden execution of some impossible battle plan against the president. They wanted “Barack” to perish from power and were very willing to offer up their earthly power and their first impulse was to fight with guns and swords.

All of the so-called Maryland Men gathered this very day, on this beautiful piece of land, their native land, to fight their first impulse and create a better condition to fight “Barack” and denounce his form of socialist government.

Rhett Giddings politically and socially at times could not admit his own feelings and thoughts to the gathering of these free men. Judge Rhett Giddings knew the great mass of “white people” were on the edge of losing their sound judgment and were collecting together in small villages and larger towns to again start the thousand horrors of civil war.

Circa Year 1860 Fictional Story

The “Barack” government aristocracy reacted violently upon the release of Rhett Giddings “Little Helpers Book” which took the reader back in time to the impoverished and wild North America even before it had its name. The Rhett Giddings Little Helpers Books consisted of only a few dozen pages but it was a sensational book and was loaned out or given away free to what Rhett referred to as the “Slave-less Whites” and the “Slave-less Colored’s” that were the chief victims of the “Barack” federal government.

Rhett Giddings wrote about England and the West Indies and gave life and vigor to the American story. Rhett didn’t shy away from the slave system and told the entire story maybe for the first time. He wrote about the “White Oligarchy” that held power over the masses of both Negro and even the white man. He spoke to both sides through history and hope to avoid the impending crisis and even offered up the names of crooks and thieves within the federal White House and Congress this very day. Rhett Giddings Little Helpers Book was distributed and smuggled, bought and sold, given away and even burned in piles all across the land.

The one publishing house in the South was burnt down to the ground and guards were ordered to other publishers to protect their private property.Guards and agents were privately hired and dispatched to restore order in small towns across the land. Local sheriffs asked for help as the “Barack Societies” provoked disorder as they stated to burn down their own “colored schools” to promote a new beginning.

The people were learning about the real history of the United States and discovered that only one in five white men ever owned a colored slave.

They discovered, thanks to Rhett Giddings Little Helpers Books, that most white men never had any hand in creating the slave laws under which they lived.

They were given examples of poor white persons that were regarded with less esteem and attention than Negroes. Like so many skinny cattle the poor white man and the poor colored man lived in absolute poverty and cunningly were kept down and misinformed at all levels of society.

The young American, both colored and white was disfranchised through the mockery of freedom that “Barack” and his “Barack Societies” were maneuvering to recreate through ignorance, poverty, hunger and civil disobedience. His plan was to use his own race of Negro with their colored fear and trembling to dupe and swindle them and put hot coals on the fire of civil war.

With unparalleled illiteracy “President Barack” had created, sadly astonishingly as it seems, the real conditions for open violence and through his own government and public measures planned to put shackles and handcuffs on every man, woman and child within the nation and maybe the world.

Rhett Giddings and the Maryland Men knew one general thing and it was that the freest man is the happiest man. The more intelligent man was the freest man around the world. They also knew that “Barack” was woefully corrupt and inventionless and lagged behind the majority of the citizens and was now weltering in jumbled up confusion and was ready to strike out against every citizen to gain consolidated power.

Inhabiting the White House “The defenseless Negro Barack” appealed to the poor whites because he promised wealth and property. He talked to the colored man and promised them dimes in their pocket and land that could be distributed peaceably if he could and forcibly if he must. “Barack” warned the poor that they must be ready to take their arms, subdue their slaveholders, drive out the wealthy man and take his land and animals and take possession the their country and decide to kill or be killed for their country.

Without any guide found within the U.S. Constitution “Barack” would give guarantees backed by the Federal Government, seize property and redistribute, remove the sinful religions and continue to advise rebellion without prayers and claim the right and dare the dissenters to come to the fight.

“Barack” promised to those few that would fight, after the rebellion there would be great benefits and rewards to the victorious. They should expect through their terrorism to escape poverty or any future punishment as their destiny was being held in the hands of “Barack” and the plaque of white economic slavery would be ended forever and the colored man would never be neglected again.

By aggression “Barack” had just about exhausted the treasure of the United States which forced him into desperate actions and without character or law had a South Carolina man fire the first shot in the South Carolina House of Representatives.

Declaring on the House Floor, the House Representative stood up in front of his peers and declared that all white men were now made illegal property and further declared that all white men without any further impediments must be gathered and removed from the great state of South Carolina. With free enjoyment the representative spoke for three hours and twenty nine minutes and actually had the precedent and the hand raised seconds to call for a floor vote.

Judge Rhett Giddings knew that the free man citizen would never allow the stow-a-way immigrant to steal America, indirectly or not. He also knew that “Barack” “The defenseless Negro Barack” treated ignorant Negros and ignorant Mexican’s just like any hay crop. “President Barack” would attempt  to rake the ignorant into a big stack and force them to back his bombastic plans standing over them with a flaming torch in his evil hands.

The “Barack Societies” wanted every immigrant to have a piece of land to earn income. The “Barack Societies” demanded that every colored man be given a start inside America and they didn’t worry about any of the laws prepared by Congress or even local mayors. The “Barack Societies” wanted the poor Negro to not only pick the cotton but own the cotton fields. The “Barack Societies” wanted the illegal immigrant that showed up, stowed away like criminals inside ship cargo holds, to have an immediate advantage over the working man legal citizen.

The illegal man and his family and the ignorant colored man from Africa grew dependent on the “Barack Societies” not only for food and poor shelters but all their hopes and dreams. “The defenseless Negro Barack” played his poker hand well and every one of his conversations included the plight of the ex-slave, the disunion of liberty and freedom of choice and was now doing more harm than good. “Barack” started his boat-rocking several years before he became an abolitionist of free enterprise and private wealth and was the direct cause of the nation standing on the cliff of civil war.

Rhett Giddings and the Maryland Men, without firing a gun, as a point of honor, gathered the colonies now known as states based on loyalty to the U.S. Constitution and started to make war against the “The defenseless Negro Barack”. As the deluded “Barack” obtained considerable power through legal vote he immediately corrupted the entire federal government and dared to make war on the U.S. Constitution to create a single state administration and place himself as dictator.

A powerful magazine “Blackwoods” a peculiar printed register was distributed around the nation and served the bad management of “President Barack” to stir trouble and rock the boat of independence, individual liberty and freedoms. The magazine “Blackwoods” was first published by “Barack” supporters to provoke agitation against “The Whites” and force them to give up land and other properties to the masses of colored people inside the borders of the nation.

Every colored troop, most likely, had the monthly copy of “Blackwood’s” tucked away inside their blankets that continually goaded them to mutiny against the “White Army” and take the country by force. The employment of “colored troops” was at first an earthquake inside America but they had proven over and over to colored citizens and white citizens that they could be trusted, somewhat, with arms and other weapons of war. The nation even had colored congressmen and colored jurymen and some of the schools even allowed colored school teachers even within the deep south.

Before he was “President Barack” he wrote for the magazine “Blackwood’s” and often asked why the slowness of colored power. He urged upon the readers to never accept the white answer and create a crisis to overthrow the United States of America. As president of the United States “Barack” still wrote monthly for the magazine but to calm the white citizens politically and socially he had his thoughts published under false names.

The Maryland Men and even the Judge had the latest issue of the magazine“Blackwood’s” and was reading “President Barack’s” latest article written under the name of “Samuel Flogging” which sheltered the president from the whip of the citizens.

Blackwood’s Article by Samuel Flogging;

“I say to you, at this very time, a black women, is being taken to a small house back in the deep woods, stripped of everything, inspected minutely and scars are being left on her honor.” “Her unruly spirit allows the White Man to beat her first and have her second.” “The white jockey is riding her and dwelling at much length on her several good points and qualities and you briskly walk back and forth wondering precisely what to do.” “Imagine her beautiful arms and legs being thrown about by an old white fiend.” “Imagine the Negro coachman waiting outside holding the carriage horse and hearing the young beautiful black girl screaming for her mother.” “I learned this story from my rebellious colored brother living off in the woods of New Orleans and he swore on his mother he was conceived by the same old man only seventeen years before.” “This young colored brother, your brother too, was nothing extraordinary but he became enlarged and killed the planter only three days before and while grinning broadly planned to kill more.” “I beg and insist that you do something.” “I ask that you pray in Church for the power to kill.” “I pray that God allows you sound heart and the healthy body so you too can carry the heavy weapons and go out and kill your master.”

Signed, Samuel Flogging

Baton Rouge

Remembering that Samuel Flogging the author was really “President Barack” Judge Rhett Giddings eating a piece of bread and drinking his cup of black coffee simply stood up and went outside. Reading the article was a painful experience for Rhett Giddings because he knew in his heart, many years ago; it could have been a true story even though “Barack” just made it up to stir his dark plans for America.

Rhett Giddings was proud of his child country “America” but it was no secret that the youthful “America” had many astounding opportunities to do bad things and good things.

Rhett Giddings walked the outside path to sit alone in the woods as the other Maryland Men waited for his further instructions. Rhett Giddings, the ex Supreme Court judge would sit in the cool woods and read his Bible for a while searching for some peace inside his soul and country. It would be his duty to respond and he sat there wishing that his wife was sitting beside him, always helping him in navigating this unsafe world. With her heart and kind assistance “Martha Giddings” could speak strongly and would live through painful conditions as her husband Rhett Giddings moved from a spectator of freedom to a leader of the free men of the United States, colored and white.

….

Army General Emerson joined the Maryland Men and resigned his military experience to Rhett Giddings and recommended to the group that they quickly gather men and arms to make war on “Barack”. General Emerson with all good conscience had no real freedom army to command but he also knew that thousands, maybe tens of thousands or loyal citizens were waiting on the call to arms. General Emerson knew that politics were full of talking but their Army had to be full of actions against the “Barack” administration.

Not another whisper was uttered when Rhett Giddings raised his hand that signaled to General Emerson to proceed in the gathering of at least one hundred strong and tested men of honor that loved their nation and accepted the U.S. Constitution as the highest power of liberty.

With solemn emphasis Rhett Giddings said “no harm will fall on the president” “no surgical operations will be authorized” ‘every man should be young enough to run and strong enough to take a stand”

The Maryland Men and even Rhett Giddings knew that they were witnessing something in American history and as a group they prayed that the slumber was over and the agony that “Barack” was causing could be ended and not one man should suffer harm or death.
