Lieutenant colonel Otov knew that Hollywood U.S.A. would be the perfect mask for his operation as there already existed a Communist base of supporters and liberal minded Americans.  His "Girls" would migrate to the film capital masquerading as secretaries and grocery clerks until they could marry and have babies.  All the major U.S. cities would receive "Otov girls" over many years that included New York City, Washington D.C., Dallas, Chicago and a dozen more.  The colonel's girls would have babies and the babies  would grow up behind enemy lines and the Soviet secret services would groom them for the future battles.

Lieutenant Colonel Vassili Otov was an old man now and enjoyed the military ranking of General and at the height of the dinner Putin placed his hand on the old man's shoulder and praised his Communist loyalty and hard work.  Putin had also made Otov a tycoon in his own right and the old man was richer than most sitting inside the dining room enjoying the most luxurious food in the world. This was the time and the place where Putin retired Otov to a Chairmanship of the inner sanctum and put General Fedovich in charge of the destruction of America using the newly funded RSP Russian Secret Police.  The Chicago billionaire just sat and listened as Putin smiled and raised his glass to General Otov and praised his beautiful agents inside the enemy of America. 

The American billionaire "Jack Kauf" was safely smuggled into Russia from Chicago U.S.A. without the CIA or FBI or even the NSA finding out so he could attend this most special inner sanctum dinner.  Without powerful double agents inside America the Putin government was powerless and Jack Kauf had betrayed America over twenty years ago and was worth his weight in gold.
