Harry Whorehouse Reid, willing to shoot a rancher for money? Harry Reid had a big deal concerning the land that cows wandered around on, and so did the Senators son, Follow the money and you'll inevitably find out what's
really going on.
In the case of Clark County, Nevada, rancher Cliven Bundy's
standoff with federal agents from the Bureau of Land Management, the leading
explanation has been that he hasn't paid grazing fees and his cattle threaten
endangered desert tortoises in the Gold Butte area.
But the fact of the BLM bringing in hundreds of armed
rangers with trucks and helicopters seemed over the top for protection of a
tortoise that has clearly survived despite more than a century of ranching by
the Bundy family, and which the BLM had previously been slaughtering with the
excuse that it lacked funding to care for the animals.
As reported by the Associated Press in August, the Desert
Tortoise Conservation Center in Southern Las Vegas, funded by the BLM, was
looking at killing half of its 1,400 tortoises because it could not afford to
keep its doors open since the housing collapse resulted in less income from
developers.
So why does the BLM profess to care so much about the fate
of tortoises, who seem to be doing fine, in the Gold Butte area?
Certainly it's not all of the answer because the BLM dispute
with Bundy goes back to 1993, but part of the answer may be that Gold Butte
also lies inside what the BLM has called the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone, part
of the federal government's plan to put solar power plants and factories on
BLM-controlled lands in six Southwestern states.
As part of the plan for the Dry Lake solar zone, any solar
developers are expected to pay into a fund to "mitigate" the Gold
Butte area. However, the "mitigation" activities can't take place
with cattle grazing in the area. If the mitigation doesn't take place, no money
for the BLM.
One of the companies interested in building a solar plant on
BLM-controlled land is the Chinese firm ENN Energy Group, which wants to build
a $5 billion solar facility in the Nevada desert near Laughlin. ENN is
represented by lawyer Rory Reid, Sen. Harry Reid's son. The Chinese firm also
wants to build on a 9,000-acre plot in Clark County, where rancher Cliven Bundy
is holding off the BLM, and where Rory Reid used to be the chairman of the
County Commission.
According to Reuters, the County Commission voted to sell
ENN the public plot of land for $4.5 million, a fraction of its appraised value
of $38.6 million.
Majority Leader Sen. Harry Reid has been one of ENN's most
prominent supporters. According to Reuters, he recruited the company for the
project during a trip to China in 2011. Reuters also reports that Reid has
tried to pressure the state's largest power company, NV Energy, to become ENN's
first customer.
Sen. Reid has had other links to dubious power projects, including Amonix, a company
with no record of success that received huge tax breaks then collapsed. There
was also Nevada Geothermal, which received $98 million in federal loan guarantees
but in a recent filing with the SEC revealed that it is undergoing substantial
problems that threaten its ability to continue as a company.
Both Reids have denied ever discussing the ENN project or
working together in any way on it, but the paper trails suggest otherwise.
A Clark County commissioner recently said that supporters of
Cliven Bundy "better have funeral plans," and the situation seems
primed and ready for violence, with hundreds of federal rangers on one side,
and ranchers and militia members on the other.
If blood ends up being shed over a desert tortoise, the
trail of gore may lead straight to Harry Reid's desk in the Senate chambers.
Clark County Commissioner Tom Collins has said that supporters of rancher Cliven Bundy, who right now is facing off with the Bureau of Land Management over grazing rights, "better have funeral plans."
The Obama Administration, must be happy with Clark County Commissioner Tom Collins, who should be jailed at once, without delay, for threatening the killing-murder-death of protestors. The left wing radical, Barack Obama, taking time to remind America that he's black just like his Attorney General Holder, and illegal, non-identified people have the right to vote, over and over again, under cover of the Bureau of Land Management may in fact shoot and kill Cliven Bundy, nobody knows.
By the extreme use of government force, commissioner Tom Collins, must sell graveyard sites or receive a commission. Did he really threaten to kill all the protesters?
This is what Obama really wants so I'm sure he's watching from his sofa in the White House. A government with guns and a 67 year old white guy without one. This is the perfect chance for Obama to take control of the citizens, by the use of federal forces and take control over the entire county. You must listen to the silence from Obama and wonder what strings are being pulled from Washington D.C. and the White House.
The trouble here, Obama and Hillary Clinton cannot blame the killing on some kind of Terrorist video. This is the Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Holder, Clinton government force in action so watch closely to learn how they plan to use national force to control any unrest from a group of citizens. The Clinton administration (Waco, TX) would just have a shoot out.
Snipers on the ground, fingers on the trigger. The air space has been closed so nobody can film what will happen like in Waco Texas. Watch government gun control in action. Watch as federal troopers, local low levels, playing Army for Obama. What true American, with a badge, sworn to protect and serve will kill an innocent rancher, even if the rancher is wrong?
The men and women of Nevada must be shocked. The whores in town pulled up their panties to watch the T.V. news in the Las Vegas hotels. They say the hotels are giving away free Tom Collin's and the odds right now are on the rancher living through this. What do you think?
Who Shoots First?
Will the U.S. Constitution really save the life, liberty and property of Cliven Bundy. What happens in Nevada will happen to you and your family. Stand your ground and watch the Barney Deputies of the world with one bullet in their pocket try and get their first medal. This isn't simply cops and robbers, this is the federal government, using extreme force of arms against an old feisty rancher who pushes back. I would suggest that you help the man, who's brave enough and cares enough about your rights.
At this point the rancher is winning because they have not killed him. It does not mean that he will live through the week and the noose will close smaller and smaller. Once they closed the area and control the images and reporting some trigger guy will get a green light on a protester for pushing some BLM guy with an M-16 pointing at some ranchers kid. Tasers, Guns, Dogs, Snipers, this is what you can expect when you fight or push back with your constitutional rights.
I guess the commissioner, Tom Collins, named after a famous drink, wants all the out of town protesters killed and buried in Nevada.
I want you to imagine if this was a Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and the Cummings cattle ranch and the feds showed up to kill all those black cow hands. The Black Ranchers will be give at least a billion dollars in cash and put up in Vegas Hotels for a year or so and the government would pay top dollar for their cows and force McDonalds to buy the meat and force school children to eat it.
Who knows?
Cliven Bundy, and his family, has ranched on this land since 1870's but all of a sudden, the government wants it.
Harry Whorehouse Reid, Nevada, is silent on the 200 gunfighters sent to remove the cattle and put Cliven Bundy behind bars or under the ground. It seems the land, through the Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology (Harry Reid) is worth millions of dollars in fees that big oil pays the state and federal government.
Cliven Bundy, his family and friends are surrounded by government snipers, who at this time, should stand down, and refuse their orders. It will take true patriot men to say NO TO GOVERNMENT and refuse to impose force against a 67 year old ranger, remove his cattle, taze his family and maybe kill them. Say NO TO OBAMA right now and stand down. Eager to please, low level, gunfighters with badges are considering killing an honest man, destroying his cattle and making sure nobody sees the damage. We could call the DOJ, but don't go there, Buddy. You have also noticed that ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC do not cover this story, White House is silent as the helicopters fly over the ranger and his supporters, roads closed, reporters kept out, snipers laying in the grass, targets.
The Bureau of Land Management says its 200-man armed siege
of the Cliven Bundy ranch in Nevada is all about protecting an "endangered
tortoise." But a Natural News investigation has found that BLM is actually
in the business of raking in millions of dollars by leasing Nevada lands to
energy companies that engage in fracking operations.
This document from the Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology
shows significant exploratory drilling being conducted in precisely the same
area where the Bundy family has been running cattle since the 1870′s. The
"Gold Butte" area is indicated on the lower right corner of the
document (see below), and it clearly shows numerous exploratory drilling
operations have been conducted there.
What's also clear is that oil has been found in nearby areas
and possibly even within the Gold Butte area itself.
It is, of course, customary for the U.S. government to bring
armed soldiers to an oil dispute. (Operation "Iraqi Freedom" for
starters…) Heavily armed snipers, helicopters and militarized soldiers have
never been invoked over tortoises. (Anyone who thinks this siege is about
reptiles is kidding themselves.)
Here's the map showing the oil exploration conducted on the
land where Bundy runs his cattle (all the red crosshairs are oil and gas
exploration drilling operations):
Clark County Commissioner Tom Collins has said that
supporters of rancher Cliven Bundy, who right now is facing off with the Bureau
of Land Management over grazing rights, "better have funeral plans."
The comment made in a phone call was revealed by
Darin Bushman, a Piute County, Utah, commissioner after he spoke with Collins
to discuss Utah ranchers and his fellow county commissioners who were incensed
over the tactics used by the BLM in seizing Bundy’s cattle in southern Nevada.
On his Facebook page, Bushman wrote, "I was
just told by commissioner Collins of Clark County NV that all of us folks from
Utah are a bunch of 'inbred bastards' and if we are coming to Clark County NV
to support Cliven Bundy we all 'better have funeral plans.' We should 'turn our
asses around and mind our own f-ing business.' Now there’s some classy
leadership for you."
Bushman also ripped the Clark County sheriff for
being "too spineless to exercise his jurisdiction" by arresting BLM
agents for trespassing and theft.
Once his comments became public, Collins said,
"I’m trying to do everything I can to discourage anybody who tells me
they’re coming here with loaded guns. I’m going to tell them not to come.”
Collins' comments aside, the situation at the Bundy
ranch is beginning to turn dangerous.
On Wednesday, a heated confrontation between Bundy
family members and armed BLM agents with a pack of attack dogs became briefly
violent before it was broken up. Federal agents say a dog was kicked and they
were pushed. Members of the Bundy family and a group of supporters say a
pregnant woman was attacked by a dog, they were jostled and knocked to the
ground, and Ammon Bundy, Cliven's son, was Tasered. Video of the incident shows
the strapping rancher pulling the Taser leads out and, seemingly unaffected,
continuing to argue with the feds, minutes after which the BLM agents retreated
in their white SUVs to the cheers of protesters.
The BLM insists the protesters were blocking a BLM
truck and threatening the civilian driver. The Bundy family says the
confrontation began when a group of federal agents surrounded some people
videotaping a BLM helicopter running down baby cattle. Ammon Bundy has admitted
that he did climb on a BLM truck because he thought it might be carrying the carcasses
of cattle killed in the roundup.
The BLM has surrounded the ranch with more than 200
armed agents and is calling in an unknown number of Rangers from out of state
for reinforcements. Meanwhile, armed militia members have arrived from out of
state to support the Bundys, and they say they are not afraid to shoot if need
be.
So far, an estimated 350 head of cattle have been
removed from the disputed land in the showdown that began with the federal
government in 1993 declaring 600,000 acres that the Bundy family had ranched
for a century protected acreage because of the allegedly endangered desert
tortoise, a species that has notably survived in the area despite the presence
of cattle and ranching activities.
To many people who believe in individual rights and
liberty, Cliven Bundy has become a hero. To federal agents and the
environmentalist groups who instigated the whole situation by getting the
desert tortoise declared endangered and cutting off Bundy's century-old grazing
rights, Bundy is a criminal trespasser and thief who owes the government more
than a million dollars in grazing fees.
Bundy, it should be noted, is the last rancher in
Clark County. There used to be others, but they all sold their land or went out
of business because of BLM interference.
At least some of the Rangers present at the BLM
standoff are ashamed of what they're doing, according to Cliven's daughter,
Stetsy Bundy Cox. She told the Washington Free Beacon:
"I asked him, ‘What are you doing? Do you know
what you’re doing? You’re stealing an old man’s cattle, his livelihood. He’s a
poor man that doesn’t have anything,’” she said. “And I said, ‘You’re pushing
baby cows’—I watched a baby cow not want to move and a helicopter swoop down
and honk at him till he had to move.”
Cox said the Ranger said, “No, no, we don’t want
that.”
“But I saw it,” she said.
“‘Well, well,’ and he goes, ‘I don’t even want to
be here. Do you think my grandfather’s proud of me? You think I like this? You
think this is fun for me?’”
“Then what are you doing here?” Cox asked him.
“He said, ‘It’s my job.’”
Arizona state Rep. Kelly Townsend, whom CBS
identifies as "Tea Party Republican," was appalled upon watching
video of Wednesday's Tasing. "It sounds dramatic," she told the Las
Vegas Review-Journal, "but it reminded me of Tiananmen Square. I don’t
recognize my country at this point."
