Kidnap The President - Demand the Gold - Take the Government - With ingenuity the electrical power would fail and the backup power generation would take up to 18 seconds to start and restore the security systems. The secret service and White House guards would be blind and their countless military appliances would be worthless, if only for a few seconds.

Kidnap Attempt- Washington D.C. - The White House - Fantastically disguised the woman was whispering her orders and the other intelligent men and women of her squad was intent on not missing one word.
They would sneak across the White House lawn and past the guards and the Secret Service agents in less than three minutes, at the exact time a power failure would cripple the White House security for a full 18 seconds.
She smiled in realizing that they had all crept across the American border just 36 hours before and using clever tricks and fake documents sat silently by the White House fence looking at the Mansion, the home of the president.
With ingenuity the electrical power would fail and the backup power generation would take up to 18 seconds to start and restore the security systems.  The secret service and White House guards would be blind and their countless military appliances would be worthless, if only for a few seconds.
The men and women of her squad were all dressed up like typical capitol visitors but they were about to start the next war.
The plot to kidnap the president was now a real life event and the planning had taken months.  The leader, dressed in a full naval officers uniform was the anchor and she looked and scowled at her watch, only a few more seconds.
