For reasons that you can imagine Andy Ledger had built his home in Alaska to create a safe place for his wife and children, away from terrorism and  his plan was to live in complete disregard of the outside world.  His cabin was built of logs outside of a remote town with no running water or electricity and most of the four hundred and six acres were overgrown and scattered with five hundred year old trees and stones perfect for wall building, 

It was a common idea and dozens of good men had moved their families but recently it had become almost a mistake.  Andy liked to keep up with the news but he didn't want to be in the headlines but that had changed a few months back.

The Islamic Radical Extremists had hit Anchorage very hard and they made international headlines as local men were killed along with dozens of U.S. Army troops stationed at the Army base at Elmendorf Field. 

The Alaskan Patriot Command APC located behind sandbagged metal buildings was particularly somber as there was little confidence in tomorrow.  

The practical difficulties of transportation, communication, medical and supply of a moving army cannot be easily overcome during this the seventh year of World War III.

The Alaskan Patriot Command APC was first authorized by what people now call the Second Congress and many just call it the Second Chance Congress of the United States of America.

Once the war in the Middle-East developed into more than a regional problem the mainland of America was not completely immune.   The Islamic Radical Muslims and their Caliphate reached inside America and struck Chicago, New York, Detroit, Washington D.C., Philadelphia and hundreds of cities, towns and villages across America. 

It seems that the Radical Islamic killer never sleeps and the Alaskan Patriot Command APC first started at Elmendorf Field just outside of Anchorage Alaska  to counter the chain of attacks of the Muslim Radicals.

Before World War II in 1940 the United States created the Elmendorf Army Air Base and it was the primary host to the Third Wing, Pacific Air Force of America.

(ALCOM) Alaskan Command, and Alaskan NORAD were the facilities and structures that protected America from the old Soviet Union after World War II but it's vital role was air logistics for the American military.

After the Persian Gulf War the United States located fighter interceptor squadrons, radar sites and what the U.S. Army called "Top Troops".

These Top Troops were used to guard the Northern approaches to American soil but due to mission changes in the Middle Eastern Caliphate Wars the U.S. D.O.D. Department of Defense increased the number of boots on the ground year after year.

The nature and degree of the Islamic terrorist threat lead the Army to create the Alaskan Patriot Command APC and increase the flexibility of the larger ALCOM Alaskan Command.

The mainland was now under constant terrorist threat coming from individuals, groups and smaller Islamic Army Groups and Republican Guard Units across North America.

It is the job of the Alaskan Patriot Command to pose a deadly counter threat against the Islamic Armies and their subordinate commands.

Once the Washington D.C. area became a primary target area for the Islamic Terrorist Groups the Congress developed and authorized by law the Second Congress or the Second Chance Congress and the construction of standalone facilities, now located at Elmendorf Field outside of Anchorage Alaska.

The Capitol Area around Washington D.C. is now under constant threat of bombings, shootings and kidnappings at the hands of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards using every method of lethality that is producing mass casualties.  Arson, hostage-taking, hijacking, skyjacking, seizure of government buildings, small raids, full attacks, commercial and  industrial sabotage, hoaxes, use of various weapons of mass destruction, information warfare, ecological terrorism, and dozens of terrorist attacks on weaker softer spots or other unprepared targets like schools, malls, gas stations and other places that create a great deal of attention for their Muslim cause.

The criminals inside the Islamic Radical Movement also have profit goals from the theft of U.S. Government property which includes foodstuffs, ammunition, weapons and even clothing as the U.S. Army boots are very popular around the world.   Radicals killed by U.S. troops in Iran, Iraq, Syria, Israel, Libya, Yemen, Afghanistan, Jordan and even Saudi Arabia were wearing almost new U.S. Army Desert Combat boots.

Islamic Criminal Gangs, a branch off the main trunk of Radical Islamic Jihadists threaten U.S. military goods on a daily basis as some are large organized groups with hundreds of members while at the same time little gangs consisting of two or three men hit the U.S. hard, unsophisticated but very busy.

As the Middle Eastern Caliphate Islamic War (World War III) is a mixed bag of religious, political, economic and ideological components it bypasses most logical military training.   The most sought after military goods will always be (AA&E) Arms, Ammunition and Explosives and other specialized equipment like ground to air missiles.
