What was Barack Obama doing at the exact same time of the San Bernardino California terrorist attack?

As the empty rifle cartridge cases were hitting the floor, the dozens now tinkling to the floor covered with innocent blood and giant heaps of people and spent shells were being formed, what was Barack Obama doing? 

We now know that Barack Obama was informed directly over a year ago that ISIS ISIL was growing around the world and very dangerous.  Obama ignored the warning.

As the Islamic Radical Jihadist Muslim's Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik bullets sheared through skin and bone as the shooters kept pulling their triggers.  Smashing, splintering and shearing bullets kept killing the American Christians as the Army of Allah and Muhammad kept advancing toward your home.

Barack Obama knew about the threat over a year ago and he was advised during his PDB Presidential Daily Briefing that ISIS ISIL had thousands of soldiers and without any remorse were killing thousands.  Obama did nothing.  Obama said you were safe.  Obama said he had everything under control.  Obama said he was smarter than the radicals.
