Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake Criminal Civil Actions Pending as Baltimore Negroes continue to Kill each other in Obama's world

Another Negro Radical goes down, Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake said Friday that she will not seek re-election next year.  This is no big surprise as the radical Negro mayor Blake let Baltimore burn to the ground as she watched on T.V.

This great news for Baltimore came just a few days after Baltimore Radical officials said the city would pay Freddie Grays family $6.4 million to settle civil claims over his spinal injury, once again proving that crime pays very well in progressive socialist democratically controlled slums of America. 

The mayor said she believes she could have won re-election, kind of sounds like Hillary Clinton, pointing to her work on the city’s budget and pension system. 

“It was a very difficult decision, but I knew I needed to spend time focused on the city’s future, not my own,” she said.  This is another self serving radical pose as the Negro Radical retreats deeper into the progressive underground.  What we will find out later is that Baltimore Mayor Blake will be named in several multi-million dollar legal actions for allowing the black radicals to burn Baltimore to the ground. 

The Democrat assumed the post in 2010 when her predecessor, Sheila Dixon, stepped down after a conviction for embezzling gift cards for needy families and a separate plea for lying about gifts from her developer ex-boyfriend. As the slum lords rule over Baltimore the poor uneducated unmotivated unemployment blacks survive on the street with their guns and knives.  

Rawlings-Blake won the 2011 Democratic primary with about 52 percent of the vote in the heavily Democratic city which only votes for fools that can make false promises of free cash and increased welfare.  Imagine this idiot being Council President in 2007 and see where Baltimore is today. 

She did win praise for her handling of snowstorms and budget gaps.  What a deal, she could shovel snow but had no idea how to stop a crime wave of black africans. That praise turned to criticism as many blasted her handling of the unrest following Gray’s death.

Several people, including Dixon, have announced plans to seek the Democratic nomination in the April 26 primary which would be great for Baltimore.  Another idot, convicted crook with the check book.   The general election is often seen as a formality in the heavily Democratic city, which hasn’t had a Republican mayor since 1967 and it shows.  Since the great White concession of 1964 urban centers have decade into crime zones.
